What a cute little quaint B&B, a short walk to downtown Napa and Napa Valley expo, it was my husband's first experience at a B&B everything from the check in to check out, everyone we encountered were very kind and helpful Teresa the housekeeper is the sweetest. The breakfast omg so good I will definitely be staying here again only bad thing stay of the first floor if you can't carry luggage up the stairs we were on the third floor and the staircase is pretty narrow and you are secluded

A really cute and cozy B&B right at downtown Napa. Downtown Napa accommodation is always at a crazy price, this place is cheaper than most but with such a charm. It is a Victorian house with fitting furniture in the common area and in the room. Our room is has a king bed. The bath tub and shower is just right by the bed - but it really wasn't an issue at all. The breakfast in the morning is crazily good - always with super fresh fruit and granola in a buffet style, and then a freshly made entree different everyday. Amazing location that you can walk to all the restaurants and bars in minutes. Will go back on my next Napa trip!

    * Price: $250 per night. * Accommodation: spacious room, fireplace, spacious bathroom, free wifi, water, soda, cheese plate, breakfast. * Location: 10 mile from Yountville. * Morif: victorian style, quaint. * Service: friendly We only stayed here because our friends stayed here for a training course at the culinary institution... It is not bad for one night here. It is a Bed & Breakfast with two houses, Victorian style. The main building is where breakfast served with cute candle light dinning tables, living room with fireplace. Upon checking in to the place, we were met and greeted by the inn keeper, Katie who walked all of us to our own rooms. We stayed in the Tower room on second floor of the main building, good size room, good size bathroom with tub. The bedding is pretty comfy. Toiletries is so so. I would bring my own stuff. Bath robes are provided but no slippers... so bring your own. The building is historical... so you will hear your neighbor talking, squeaking stair, etc. So, bring your ear plugs. The breakfast is pretty good with cut fresh fruit, coffee, juice and freshly cooked meal with eggs, quiche and strudels. Parking is self park on the street. There is no elevator... only stair to the second and third floor... so, pack light if you don't want to drag your luggages up the stairs. Overall, it is a good place to stay overnight.

This is the first bed and breakfast in a Victorian home that we've stayed in. It was perfect! The check in was easy, everything was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, there was water, tea, and coffee always available. This place was adorable, but my absolute favorite was THE BED! I've traveled all over the world, stayed in all types of places, but the bed here is unforgettable. I started traveling with my own pillow since I usually wake up with a stiff neck from hotel pillows. I didn't have to use my own here. I looked at all the labels of the sheets they used, the comforter, everything was so soft and so comfortable! Definitely quality sheets, pillow, and mattress, so that alone make this place a home run for me. I'm super upset that I didn't take any pictures! The parking was easy, and we walked everywhere. The only thing is that it's listed as a spa as well, but I never saw any spa or any services advertised inside by the front desk, so who knows where it went. We stayed in the Victorian Room. We didn't have any street views, but it was on the second floor and we didn't hear any noise. It's a tiny bit pricey, but that bad was worth every penny. Very happy with our stay. P.S. Wear socks! The floor in the bathroom is cold!

Charming! Charming! Charming! Close to downtown, just minutes way. The room we got was outside the main house in a separate space. We enjoyed our stay very much and the delicious breakfast in the morning was the cherry on top.

An absolute gem in Napa. Well deserving of the high rating. If you're looking for a memorable stay, this is the place! The location is close to shops and restaurants. The room is clean and cozy. And the breakfast is delicious. I appreciated the dietary accommodation. Thank you to the staff for their exemplary service.

Check in was a breeze. Mumm was chilled, waiting on the table. As was the s'more basket. As was the dog bowl, already filled with water and treats. As was the beautiful Christmas tree and live table wreath. As were the L'Occitane bath products. And the lovely robes and slippers. And the super soft bath towels. And the outdoor blankets for the enormous yard we have all to ourselves. In addition to the games room. And the bikes to ride. And the Chardonnay in the fridge. And the bucket of snacks. There is a huge table and extra chairs should you want to have guests (there is room galore for guests, and we are a party of four with a dog!). Umbrellas. Picnic backpacks. Excellent Wi-Fi. (Pro tip - we brought our Fire stick but Netflix is available without it.) The single imperfection is that the lacquer on the dining table was slightly tacky/sticky and made it hard to play Catan and Monopoly. Easy fix - in the laundry room cupboard, there are tablecloths so just slap that down and game on!!! It was more than a dream, such a wonderful little B&B. The modern look and design felt as if we were standing right in a pottery barn catalog. We stayed in the Laurel cottage, which I highly HIGHLY recommend! It's still attached to another cottage but was extremely secluded as the property was a little further out away from the main house and main patio area. We even had our own little garden to the side with a table & chairs! The cottage itself was absolutely wonderful. Extremely spacious with a cal king bed, which by the way, was too die for. The sheets were amazingly comfortable and made it tremendously hard to get out of bed in the mornings, but a dream to come back to after a long day of shenanigans. The bathroom floor, get this, has heated floors! The bathtub was incredibly spacious, big enough to fit two people. The fireplace was also a great addition and made our stay wonderfully cozy. Breakfast is served at 8:30 and 9:15! You have to tell them which time you prefer. All food is gluten free and they are very accommodating, always asking if you have any food allergies, etc. The breakfast was delicious and they always have these wonderful treats at the tea/coffee station in the main house.
