I read the review of the one client who was not happy and I have to say that this has not been my experience. I have my color and cut done here and I have never been unhappy. While it is not the fanciest salon to go to - that is not why I go there. I always feel welcomed, my girl always does what I want, and she does a great job! Not to mention they don't break the bank - if you know what I mean! Also my son who is now 13, has been going there since his first haircut. I have now started to have Megan cut my hair as well and she is a very, very good stylist. The other stylists are very professional as well. Highly recommended. Having worked in the area, I happened upon this salon by chance. I can only tell you that Megan is fantastic! I get tons of compliments on my cut - even when I was in Vegas! She is very patient (I tend to be a little picky, and will even sometimes change my mind in the middle of a cut) and also very versatile. She can do anything from a very stylish cut on my hair to my daughter's updo for Prom! Trust me, I have paid LOTS more for cuts that were nowhere near as good. read more

The New Hair Image is a great salon. Everybody there is so friendly and it's hard not to enjoy time spent there. I've only had my hair cut by Megan, but she consistently does a perfect job. That's saying something, as a guy with thick curly hair I have walked away from many a haircut dissatisfied. Megan has been cutting, coloring and highlighting my hair for about 6 mos. Some stylists start slacking off after they think they have you as a customer. Not only is Megan one of the nicest people I have ever met, but she continues to out do herself each time! It's a nice family atmosphere and reasonably prices. I would recommend Megan to anyone. After having a buzz cut basically my whole life, I didn't really know where to go. this place was refereed to me so I thought I would give it a try. I was able to walk in no problem for the haircut. I also used a Groupon and had a wonderful experience. Megan was my stylist and she listened to how I wanted my hair cut and did it exactly the way I wanted it. This was not an easy task since I went from long hair and got around 12 inches cut off and styled. I think she did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend this salon.
