Now my son is taking the full course. The flexibility of taking the classes in any order and on your own schedule is very helpful with very busy family life schedules. Also, Mark interacts and teaches the students I think in a way that not only keeps them engaged, but also keeps them in line with all of life's distractions as learning to drive should be taken seriously. She does not have people skills and gives you false information over the phone. We paid for the 5-hour virtual driving course via this school, but we did not use their instructors. Upon completion of this course, I was told by my daughter's driving instructor (from another company) to call Adrian's driving school and get the course completion conf. # from them, so that he could book her Road test, while I awaited the physical copy which they were SUPPOSED TO MAIL ME, but we never received. The day of the test we thought we had all the paperwork in order, with the conf. # that she had completed the 5-hour course. When we realized we needed the physical certificate, I immediately drove to the driving school for my hard copy (which i was willing to pay for a 2nd time - no questions asked) but you must know that Adrian's driving school posts their hours of operation as 8-5, but what they don't tell you is that THEY ARE VIRTUAL NOT IN THE OFFICE. So you see, if you lose a certificate or plain never received one like I did not, THEY CANNOT HELP YOU! Now, when I spoke with this woman (again Adrian's wife or relative ) she told me that IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY DAUGHTER'S CERTIFICATe, how that statement could be true I don't understand, was it mailed to me CERTIFIED? No it was not. She then went onto say that she had no idea what Conf # I was talking about, trying to make it look like I had nothing to stand on, despite my receipt from my daughter having taken their course. So when I reviewed my text messages with my daughter's driving instructor, I saw that I texted him on a specific date, saying that I had just gotten off the phone with this "secretary/owner" and SHE HERSELF had given me the conf. # of completion for my daughter's course, which I had in my phone. Personally, I believe that she just had no interest in helping me. She was rude and unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! She was scared to accelerate and hadn't even learned basic skills like parking or making a U-turn. Then she started working with Ned, and everything changed. He did an excellent job of safely pushing her out of her comfort zone while making her feel secure. He challenged her in the right ways, gave constant feedback, and clearly explained what she needed to improve. Instead of letting her avoid what scared her, he helped her face it and build real confidence. Thanks to Ned, Amelia went from being a very nervous driver with no skills or understanding of what's required, to passing her road test after just about 8 lessons. I am an advanced driving coach at this point and when people approach me that have zero experience in a car, I send them to New York Auto School first.
