Worst shopping experience of my life!!! The store has a few problems: - An inexperienced, rude, and self-complacent guy, Robert, runs the store. - no store level announcement of the closing time (they suddenly start turning off the lights). - discrepancy on the pricing. - missing price tags. - problematic items. At the check out, we encountered some issues with the items (mentioned above). The cashier was very nice and helpful. Right after we paid, we noticed some discrepancies on what we were told the price was and what we were charged on some items so we wanted to double check with the manager before we leave. However, the manager not only did not help us, but also called the security to escort us out. I wonder if North Face ever provides any training for their staff? What criteria #thenorthface is using to hire or promote its staff? Is that based on how rude and inappropriate they are? Is that the culture in North Face to treat their customers like criminals? I'm seeing this awful experience mostly the corporate's problem for putting the wrong person in the wrong position. read more

The North Face outlet specializes in outdoor apparel for men, women, and children. The items are very durable, but pricey. The outlet is truly a discount store and you can get coats, hoodies, backpacks, gloves, etc for 30-70% off retail prices. The store is well stocked, but spacious. They are currently having a 60% off clearance sale. My favorite items are their fleece pullovers and backpacks. The fleece is warm, but not heavy. The backpacks are perfect for traveling or college students. They have lots of compartments, zippers and pockets. read more

I always have a good visit when I travel to this store. It's a bit of a drive from LA, but it's always worth it. I've gotten to know the staff over the years, and it's cool to see the same people after covid, so they must enjoy it. They may not remember my name, but they always recognize my face and make conversations when they have time. Their clearance selection is like a little treasure trove of finds. Especially when they're getting items from the full price store, I would much rather pay the clearance price. My only advice for this location is to shop during the week. I came during a weekend once and it was chaos throughout the mall and traffic was pretty rough. read more

North Face is great for outdoor gear. With that in mind, we came in with the intention of looking for a good windbreak jacket. When we entered, we were greeted right off the bat. They have a nice selection of jackets and clothing to choose from; they also have cool looking backpacks near the entrance. The women's selection was located towards the right of the store and the men's were on the left. The jackets that we were looking for were towards the back of the store. They had a nice looking WindWall softshell jacket that was selling for $99. There were several colors to choose from, but I decided to settle with the classic black. The only annoyance that I had was that all the jackets for black were hung on hangars that were labeled as Medium. I had to look through almost every jacket for the size that I wanted. Once we found what I was looking for, we went to the check-out counter, which was located towards the left side of the store. The staff member was friendly and made casual conversation as he processed the purchase. He asked if I wanted to wear the item or bag it; I chose to bag it. Overall, we had a positive experience. Despite the minor hangar annoyance, we found what we were looking for and the staff were friendly. Their items are a bit pricey, but the quality of the products makes it worth it. read more

Good Deals, HUGE STORE! We stopped in to stretch the legs out on the way to LA from Arizona and boy is it nice to have somewhere to get a quick walk in... Wow! The experience i had here! The door girl Mariah was so friendly and helped me find what i was looking for. I was able to try on some shirts and Nicole was quick to open the fitting room and offered me other sizes when i needed a bigger size. The checkout line was a bit long but i didn't mind waiting. The friendliness of the cashiers was top tier and they were having issues with pricing but the managers were quick to fix it for me. (plus an extra 10% off for signing up, haha) read more

The store opened 11/6/15. If youth want to buy North Face great, this is the place to go. The have marked down prices, and they'll have sales I top of that. It makes North Face affordable. Their clothes are great for cold weather, and there is a wide range of things from jackets (cold weather, rain, warm up), shoes (I have a pair of snow boots that kept my feet warm in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin), t shirts, snowboard stuff, gloves, backpacks. Excellent place to shop. I was there with my wife and mother this morning during the Black Friday sale and it was clean and in order despite the chaos. I forgot the cashier's name i think it was Shoua. She has a tattoo on her arms and was very helpful and polite. Deserves the employee of the year. The markdown on the apparel here are great. I picked up a light jacket for over 50% off and I should have bought more. They have plenty of selection for men, women and kids with lots of sizing in stock. You can't beat any of the prices here. I love the brand. But the new sale is ridiculous. They up the price and marked the discount. They blacked out original price and put new price. You can still find some that has the original but most of them are marked up. I checked a few but average $10 mark up. Very disappointing in this tactic.
