To the short manager with black hair that work today on a Sunday, who was being extremely rude to two of her employees beside her telling them what to do and how to do it in the worst way that was a total turn off to shopping in your store I don't think it's cute for you to be treating your employees like that in front of customers who are spending a lot of money and then you wouldn't allow me to use my husband's first responder discount because he wasn't present but not only did you tell me no, you yelled at me to hurry up and tell me no. You are extremely rude. Your attitude is horrible and your customer service is the worst. I've seen in a very long time. I will not be coming back to the store because of you. read more

I've been a customer at this location for years. I also understand we are going through Covid and some things have been changed to comply with Covid policies. With that said, the customer service here has gone down hill. I went in with the intention of buying multiple clothing items, mainly golf shorts. I asked a female employee (never got her name) if the dressing rooms were open. She replied stating they are closed. She then tells me (with attitude) to just try them on over my clothes. I showed her I wanted to try shorts on. I lost a lot of weight due to working out and I want sure of my new size. How in the world would putting shorts on OVER JEANS help me identify if they are the right fit or not? She then just stared at me. This annoyed me so I put all the clothes back and walked out. You might ask yourself, "what did you expect to happen since the dressing rooms were closed." Not all stores had their dressing rooms closed. Levi's had their dressing rooms open. I headed over to Calvin Klein for some clothes and asked if I could try them on. The sales man told me "unfortunately the dressing rooms are closed. However, we do have a 90 day return policy. So you can buy the clothes and return whatever doesn't fit within that timeframe." That is a great and acceptable customer service response and option. Under Armour should focus on hiring people with customer service skills. read more

Good Deals, Surprisingly Great Service! We stopped in to stretch the legs out on the way to LA from Arizona and boy is it nice to have somewhere to get a quick walk in... We popped in and were surprised at how good the service was here. Staff is always making sure you can find things and happy to look in back for the XL sizes since they seem non-existent on the shelves otherwise... I started liking this brand because the materials they use for their shirts is really durable and holds up well wash after wash. Also the cut of their shirts makes for a a good fit and doesn't distract you from your workout. The store has a good selection of men's and women's wear. The Camarillo store seems like it had more accessories and shoes than this location. The people here are really helpful and friendly so that's why they got the fifth star. I went into under amour a while ago to do some early Christmas shopping. I wasn't exactly sure what to get until one of the sale associates came up to me and helped me out. The young man's name was Erik. He gave me the best customer service that I've ever received in my life. He helped me pick out a lot of outfits and gifts for my family!!!! At one point, I was convinced he was a manager because he spoke with such intelligence and confidence. I had a chance to speak with other sales associates and they seemed pretty lost or uninterested with helping me out. I was surprised to find out he was a sales associate. He gave excellent customer service and overall improved my experience at this store. read more

If we could rate it a ZERO we would. I'm leaving this review for the simple fact that the store manager there did not try to do anything to rectify the situation. Her attitude was extremely curt and almost indifferent when we explained that their sales signs were technically a classic bait and switch. She was still clearly uninterested in trying to retain our business. Our experience today was very disappointing as we have spent a lot of money with under armour over the years. We don't just "try things on" we had product in hand and were ready to buy. So instead we put everything back and walked 50 feet over to Adidas and spent our money there. Poorly managed store. I love Under Armour but the manager here wasted my time. She is unprofessional. Had me come in for a part time interview just to let me know she is looking for something a little more than part time. Then if that was the case you should definitely change the position on your website. I was offended I wasn't even taken to the back room for my interview we did it standing up on the sales floor. The store was a mess and it's associates were standing at the register. I hope you guys see this and do not walk in to this store you're better off going to the one in Ontario! read more

I must say I will definitely will return again and again and again. My wife and I were doing our black Friday shopping. We stop by the Nike store and the people were nice but couldn't help us out so I decided to come here at underarmor and im glad I did so. My wife ask for help. This young lady I believe name YVETTE ( she had braces. Just in case if I got the name wrong) She answer all my wife questions. She helped us above and beyond with a smile and professionalism. We just had a ridiculous experience at Under Armour. I called prior to making the 60 mike round trip drive to establish that our $75 gift card was usable at the outlet. I spoke to the manager who assured me that if the card was purchased in the US it was fine. I actually asked her if she was unsure to please check. Upon arrival we could not find my husbands size : xL. They had plenty of s,m, l and xxL. We were hard pressed to find anything so as to use the card. In the entire time we shopped there was not a salesperson to help us. The store was not that busy but the sale people were not helpful. After finally gathering up a few things we learned at the register, by the very same manager I spoke to that the gift card was only usable ON LINE. What a stupid waste of time. We have 6 active adult kids who have been fans of this line - you can bet we will let them know of this non existent customer service. To Update: Upon returning home we called customers service only to learn that many gift cards had been sent out that had not been activated. We were able to provide the receipt information and the card was activated. Had the outlet manager called Customer Service as we requested, the problem would have been solved at the store. read more

Rarely do I give retail a 5 star rating. UA at Cabazon deserves it. I was assisted by salesperson Kevin who was very very knowledgable about the shoe advantages and he recommended I buy the UA Spine Lazer which is by far the most comfortable shoe I've warn in my life. I also purchase Tees, Long sleeve zip ups, all at 30 to 50% off MSRP. The store is organized in a fashion that even those who don't enjoy shopping can manage through. Well... another business that doesn't appreciate a customer as an individual because they already have a following. My wife gifted me about 12-15 items for Christmas. Included were 2 of the same style running shirt in different colors. I wore and washed 1.. it did shrink a lot... a baby tee fit now. So I decided to exchange the shrunken and the one with tags still attached. Unfortunately I couldn't find the receipt. I figured.. customer service still exists and it's only 1 short without tags. I was wrong. Now it's not the workers fault. It's company policy and interpretation. They refused to exchange unless I provided my ID. My personal information is not needed. That type of policy is mainly to deter employees from falsifying returns. I let the employee know I'm uncomfortable with that. She said she will talk to the store manager. She left me waiting for 10 minutes. I became annoyed and left. I have worked retail before... as a manager I would rather my employee take the hit on the worn item exchange and pushed for more sales. My wife and I had intentions of shopping. So we decided to go to another retailer to purchase about $500 between us. Since I have donated all my under Armour clothing. Not only did they lose sales one day.. but my ongoing business. Also I will not recommend UA ever again. I hope this deters other shoppers who read this. Just another huge corp that lost sight of the customers who helped build them. I highly doubt UA would even try to make this right read more

Ok back to school shopping. My son is at that age where he wants certain stuff. Great in we go. Find some really good deals. But they don't ring up right at the register. Also you can by two of the exact same thing and if they have different stickers they won't match the price, really? Talk about poor customer service. Cool clothes, staff was friendly. I loved the bright colors of the different clothing pieces. I asked if they had any women's workout/running pants with drawstrings. They don't carry any, so that was a big bummer for me. Workout pants with drawstrings work best for me so they don't slide down my rolly sides. Their staff apologized, but really, there was nothing they could do for me. I think I was the most sorry..that I would have to take my business elsewhere. When my daughter fits in their clothes someday or when I make my goal weight again, I'd go back. Like I said, the store was nice, floor was pretty clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Go see them and check-in on Yelp for a discount book for the outlet. You pick it up at the customer service by the bathrooms. read more

Great selection of discounted items at this Under Armour. Lots of women's sizes and styles to choose from. Their workout shirts are great! I love that their merchandise comes in so many colors and are made with quality fabric truly made for high-impact exercise. I found a few shirts that came out to be less than $15. Horrible experience! Literally was there for about an hour and not one associate approached me to ask if everything was good. I've heard so many good things about Under Armour but couldn't experience any of their products because the frustration of no help, set in. Just like any other Under Armour outlet store, they have sales here and there. Not much to say other than you'll find some stuff on sale that you'll buy and some that you won't. I personally am a big fan of Under Armour brand and the quality of their merchandise so that's why they get five stars haha. read more
