FF is located in a very busy shopping center. It's an easy in and out and could be a little challenging at times to get a parking spot. Have patience, it will happen. When we walked in I was fortunate enough to find Jamie who helped me find everything I came in here for. I thought it was going to be simple... LOL. All I needed were sneakers and sandals. It took a while since they have over one million pairs of everything here. (OK, maybe a little exaggerated.) I wanted very specific sneakers and sandals and happily I had Jamie working with me to make that happen. When you go to place with such a large selection you know it's going to be a challenge. I mean, he even followed me all the way to the door as I was exiting the store. I felt so uncomfortable being followed by this man, that I left without purchasing what I came there for. This is the second time that I had this type of experience at this location. The first time was a few years ago, and it was even worse than this experience. During my visit, I wasn't the only customer in the store, but I was the only customer that looked like me and that was being followed. So, If you look like me, or if you care about these type of things happening to people, you shouldn't shop here. And, quite frankly, they don't seem to want people who look like me shopping there anyway.

my favorite store is back open so happy! i always find great deals here…read more with new social distancing guidelines they limit amount of people allowed inside, while waiting outside a staff member or two would come out offerering some water bottles which i thought was a nice gesture, after all people were baking in the sun a bit. dressing rooms are currently not opened (unsure when they will reopen) so i decided to be that girl and the few shirts i tried on i tried on over my shirt i was currently wearing because i was unaware of a return policy at that moment. the register line is long but its normal for tjmaxx/ marshalls so i didnt mind the wait we now all have this extra patience waiting on lines i never mind them and neither did everyone else at this point. i made sure i browsed all areas of the store to crosscheck myself. once online there was about a 10-15 minute wait. they have less registers open about 4 and they are spaced out with large dividers. there was one associate delegating which register was next. when i was checking out i asked the cashier what the return policy was on clothing especially bc fitting rooms are not available the gentleman said its the same 30 day return policy as it was prior to closing. it was music to my ears! huge sigh of relief but lucky for me i did my semi-try overs already :)

There is a huge selection of men's women's and kids shoes and they even have a robust clearance section. I didn't interact with any employees but there didn't seem to be a lot of them around even if I did need one. The displays were clean and easy to shop. We had first stopped at another orthotics shoe store that didn't carry any rockers. My son then remembered Eneslow, where my niece had previously purchased her shoes and was extremely happy with them. She actually wore her new pair when we went back, which says it all! When we arrived, we were fortunate to meet Raul again. He had helped my niece before, and once again he was so patient, helpful, and friendly. He really knows his products and immediately understood the type of rocker shoe I was looking for. There were additional discounts for Black Friday. I found the store to be very neat and tidy. They had lots of people in the store and they were equally staffed to handle the rush in checkout lane.
