Absolutely terrible service. It's shocking how incompetent the staff were. I was the first of the…read moregroomsmen to show up, only to find out that none of the suits that we ordered were in-store, and that we would each need to drive out to the store for individual measurements before they could even order our suits, then come back again for alteration measurements, then again to check and make changes to the alterations, then a fourth time to pick up the suits. Not convenient when most of the groomsmen live in NYC. The groom was told by a salesmen that the alterations were included in the package price that he was quoted, but I found out upon arriving that this was a bait and switch, and we only had $20 off alterations. This covered less than 1/3 of my alterations. The manager refused to honor the salesman's promise to the groom when I was in store. He actually raised his voice at me and I walked out. To top it all off, on the wedding day some of the other groomsmen's alterations were off and the suits didn't fit right. Avoid at all costs! :)

The front security was really kind and friendly, he gave everyone a $10 gift card, and was very kind to help with the carts. There's so many items that are nearly a 3rd of the price of what you'd find any other places, especially amazon. It's a get bargain store, especially for holidays, you won't break the bank. Keep in mind, like other Burlington locations, that you cannot remove the carts from the store and you do pay for bags.

The staff does a great job keeping the store neat and tidy and they have plenty of cashiers on the floor to keep the line smoothly quickly. They currently have an awesome 50% off sale on most clothes so I was able to pick up a few really fun graphic t-shirts for a great price. They even had some pretty nifty recycled goods that caught my eye, as they were only $5 and were made with Ocean Bound Plastic (plastic collected from coastline communities with no recycling in place). I picked up a modular lunch box and also some reusable cutlery that will surely come in handy when canoeing or camping. I approached the register and place all 3 of my items barcodes up, would you believe the young man at the other register reach over while working with another customer placed my boxes flat on the counter Infront of his coworker, I ignore the immature act but continue with my purchase. After the young lady rang all my items totaling $198.75. I paid and noticed an overcharge of 10.00 dollars, I questioned the 10.00-dollar difference. I asked but got no solution, so a manager came up uninterested in the issue of a mis priced item. After further investigation she apologized and walk away. I asked so the item was mispriced, and I am supposed to pay the difference...... the ignore and continue walking away. At this point I felt disrespected, so I returned the $198.75.
