I visited Windsor this morning to return two dresses. I had already completed the return process…read moreonline through customer service and was given a QR code for an expedited in-store return. The cashier, Arianna (hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly), was amazing -- friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made the process easy. However, what appeared to be the manager approached during the return and asked Arianna if she had inspected the items. I stated clearly that the dresses were brand new, tags intact, and I had just removed them from the plastic while waiting in line. The tone and approach felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Additionally, this same woman was near the entrance adjusting merchandise when I walked in and did not greet me at all. First impressions matter. My online customer service experience was excellent, and I'm glad I initiated the return beforehand. Unfortunately, the in-store interaction with the manager made the experience feel tense and unwelcoming. I will likely be reaching out to a district manager to share this feedback, as customer service at the leadership level should reflect professionalism and courtesy.

Easily located on Voice Rd off Glen Cove Rd. Limited parking in front but a big parking lot across the street for the shopping center. You walk into rows and rows of suits with an ample display for shirts, ties some shoe and plenty of socks. They have an incredible helpful staff here who has always worked with me to get exactly what I'm looking for. I have never felt that anyone was trying to oversell me. The sales people are always very knowledgeable. They know their inventory and make the shopping experience very easy. I once purchased a suit knowing that I needed it that evening and they did all the tailor work while I waited. The quality of the suites have always been good and have lasted me for years! I love this store!…read more First the lady that runs it makes you feel so welcomed. My son who is not a person who likes to dress up, needed his communion suit. We went in just to get an idea back in late February - pre pandemic. The owner take care of him and made him feel so comfortable. She was so friendly he insisted we buy a bomber jacket for him there. Of course he loves his bomber jacket! What 8 year old wouldn't. A number of moms have asked me about the jacked and I always direct them to Roberts. In February I planned to shop around for his Communion suit. When we left my son turned to me and said "I want to get my suit from there." Don't take me to more places I like her suits and I want to get it from this store. Surprised, I said "fine we'll come back in a week or two." Needless to say... the world shut down from the Coronavirus. His Communion was delayed until September. When we were notified of the new date in September my son turned to me and said are we going to Roberts? I need to get my suit, and I only want to go to that one store. He got his suit - he picked it out and felt so handsome in his navy-blue, Italian suit. He looked amazing but I'm bias. The two women in the store had masks on and handled my son who finds everything itching or restrictive perfectly. I can't say how much it meant for him to love what he picked out after living with so much uncertainty. Thank you thank you! His Communion day was a very special day. It was the first real celebration we have had. We have shopped at Roberts for Cub Scouting great as well.
