The staff is always friendly and fast. If you're sitting and waiting they bring your order to you and they usually are playing country songs which I enjoy while waiting. Their shakes and teas are dee-lish!!! I usually can't choose between a shake or tea so I usually get both. If you're craving something sweet but don't want the guilt, I suggest grabbing one and I'm sure it will help plus they're good for you.

Macro-friendly and delicious? Yes, please. The Nutrition Place provides a tasty way to get that protein in after a workout, or even a kickstarter to a workout with their energy drinks (which I have yet to try!) I've had their PB Oreo and Cookie Dough shakes -- both filling. They actually taste like the name of the drink also, and not chalky or artificial. I've been twice and the customer service is always on point. They're all so sweet and helpful! Not to mention, they have stamp cards, so after your 10th drink, you can get a free one!

So damn good I could definitely feel the protein So I was able to see that it was unlike any other place Also tired their COOKIE DOUGH Loved how they were able to put 2 scoops of protein without hesitation ( normally other places hesitate ) Their staff is so lovely and friendly And they even remembered the first time I came by I live in several far away places from San Diego But I'm willing to make the half hour drive just to get a smoothie from this place 2-3x a week ! The shakes are the star of the show, they are all fire and they keep me so full! I try to taste a new flavor but I can't seem to stay away from Coconut Creme Pie, my favorite don't sleep on the tea though, it automatically comes with your shake! I always upgrade to a loaded tea, for an extra energy boost! Berry Good is my GO TO!!! Not too sweet and not too tart. Nice refresher to complement my shake! Tip: order the s'mores or puppy chow if you just got done working out! They both have soy AND whey protein for immediate muscle recovery for the gains! Overall vibes are amazing! I love this place. The shakes are all healthy and packed with protein. They have really good flavors and are always adding different flavors with the seasons. I used to come here all the time and I really miss it. If you are in the area make sure you come by and try one of the shakes you will not be disappointed. The ambience is also really chill and it's a cool place to set up with your computer and get some work done or study. read more

I have been coming here since the week they opened. I have tried everything on the menu. I come now post Covid every Monday Wednesday and Friday after my workout and get my recovery shake and tea combination. There is no better way to get started with your day. I am good to go, have more energy and no hunger. Unless I am out of town, or sick I am coming through here. The owners treat you like family. read more

The cafe latte is so amazing I want to buy a protein mix like this for my house. The peach tasted very peachy. I would love to see nutritional labels because the employee told me there's a bunch of antioxidants & vitamins. The shakes are 25g of protein or more & have only 220 calories. I'm not sure about carbs, should've asked. Anyways, super amazing. Also if it's your first time, look up their coupons and you get a shake and tea half off. Amazing little pricy don't know If I can afford a $10 shake on a regular though lol. read more

I love this place! I come here either before a workout or after. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I don't like, is that they are closed every last Saturday (if I counted right) of the month. It's quite annoying and frustrating being a weekly regular, then you see them closed. The sign says for training, but why not have one or two people man the store, and rotate scheduling, while training occurs? read more

Mom loves her Herbalife products. This is a great way to start the day. The staff is friendly and took some time to explain and recommend flavors for the shake. They have over 68 flavors available and it comes with the tea. Place is very clean, organized, and a good over all vibe. This place has a lot of good stuff. I ordered their November Special which was a Pumpkin Spice Shake and a Apple Cider tea. They made it and gave it to me very quick. It tastes amazing and I would recommend coming here. The employees here are also really nice! read more

The sandwich deal is so smart of them to do because in this economy, it is harder to find a good deal. Back in the day, they used to include sprouts in the sandwiches for free, but now in 2026 I rarely see sprouts sold in stores even. Healthiest smoothie I have had was the green detox, highly recommended. Every single week a different smoothie goes on sale so check the weekly ads for your favorite smoothie. The meat quality is amazing always! I always get chicken, fish, and beef on sale. I have gotten sick before from meats from markets that inject hormones in the meats. There were several variations of Athletic Non-Alcoholic Beers, nice. My FAVORITE non-alcoholic find was the Mocktails brand called "Mingle". The different flavors looked delicious and seemed to be priced very well. Our cashier was great, she had good customer service. She also showed us the new 25 cents reusable Sprouts shopping bags. They are made of a pretty sturdy material and are a nice khaki tan color with the green Sprouts logo. We purchased 3 of them. Overall, great trip here on a Friday Night, minus the $200 we spent on great groceries, still a great trip.

The ladies that make the hand made flour tortillas are always in good spirits and are up for good conversation when I visit. Same goes with the young ladies at the register. There's plenty of parking available here.

Don't believe the hype. This is just another herbal life recruiting center. They serve you herbal life shakes and try to pass them off as their own. Might as well go to Walmart and grab a slim fast powder to go make some shakes at home. Don't support these con artist, that's why the Federal Trade Commission fined them MILLIONS a couple years ago. read more
