Decided to try this place for a little dessert. My normal go-to for this type of thing is a medium Sonic Blast, which is around $4.00. I got the equivalent of what I would have gotten there for around $7.00. The Positives: It's local, the customer service was good, and the yogurt and toppings tasted good. It wasn't as clean inside as others made it out to be, and it wasn't as busy either. Taking all into account, I'd say there's a possibility I bring my family another time, but it would be most likely that we would want to spend $12 for three people instead of $21. read more

I came in today with my service dog and was immediately told "no dogs allowed." That's not ADA compliant. The correct procedure is to ask two questions: 1) Is it a service dog? and 2) What tasks is it trained to do? Instead, they simply don't allow dogs. On top of that, the froyo is seriously overpriced I always end up paying $11-19 just for myself. Place next door takes Venmo now I'll just go there instead. read more

Came here craving some frozen yogurt! It was hot outside and needed something healthy. This place is fairly new. As soon as I walk in, I was greeted by a very nice guy at the front. He asked me if I wanted to sample any flavors. I told him no since I already know what I want. I actually got a raspberry flavor and banana flavored yogurt and strawberries and Mochi to top it off. I put my cup on the scale and it came out to $3.58. Not bad. I didn't load up on too much yogurt. I got enough where I could finish it. The Mochi and strawberries were good. The banana yogurt was sweet like bananas. The raspberry flavor was a little tart and sweet. It was good. Flavors of the yogurts change. I wish they had pineapple flavor. I think there was about 10 flavors to choose from. There is seating inside and outside as well. The colors of the walls were bright. It was clean inside. My wife and I used to live in Imperial Beach and it wasn't until after we moved that we discovered this place. WHY COULDN'T WE HAVE FOUND IT SOONER? This place is great. No doubt about it. My wife and I have already been to this location twice this past week. A couple of days ago, we were greeted by Evelyn and Diana as we walked in. Super friendly people and great personalities! Even though it was around 9 PM, they seemed like they were having a good time and were being friendly to everyone who walked in. After we asked, we were given sample cups. This was the hardest decision of the day because everything looked so good! Ultimately, I decided on the eschamocha flavor, chose some toppings, and I was done. After asking, I found out that they change their flavors periodically so you are not stuck with the same thing all the time. Look forward to going back soon. Oh my lord, this location has the best yogurt i've ever tasted! Horrible service though... Ring buzz sounded when I walked in, employee definitely heard when I was in there. I waited to see if she would come out of the back room but didn't. Since it was my first time being there I wanted to grab some samples to taste out some of the flavors you guys have and since no employee was there to help me out, I decided to grab them myself... It took me some time to figure out what to get. Once i finished putting the yogurt in my cup, young lady finally decided to come out. She did not Welcome me, or said Hi. I was atleast expecting an apology from her, because you don't leave a customer unattended for that period of time. She looked at me, walked to the counter, and waited for me to finish putting the toppings on my yogurt. I was really annoyed because I felt like she ignored my presence !!! All I heard her say during the time I was there, was my total when she ringed me up. After that she just gave me my change w/ out saying "Thank you" and just waited for me to put the money in my wallet, and for me to walk out the door. 1/26/18 She had long blue/ purple nails w/ some tattoos. Came with my family 5 minutes before 9 pm on Sunday 7/2, the hours posted on the door stated that they closed at 930, yet the girl working was about to close the doors. She then told us she was going to close in 2 minutes and she had already kicked out a large party. The place seemed dirty and unkempt, as more people walked in she seemed annoyed and told everyone that she was closing. We just got out yogurt and walked outside, and she locked the doors behind us saying she was closing at 9 because she had to clean . I think maybe the girl working might have had a party or a date to go to and she just decided to close early. read more

The ladies who work here are so nice and the yogurt is so good! They have a ton of yogurt flavors and a lot of toppings.. usually when you go to other yogurt places, they usually have too many flavors and not enough toppings but this Yogurt Heaven has the perfect balance. Because it's SO good, I've been coming here like every single day. It's pretty inexpensive so it doesn't really hurt my wallet and they have a pretty good rewards system so you can earn $$ off your next visit. 10/10 recommend! read more

I love this place. It's like a bar for ice cream! Every thing is fresh and the fact that the have real couches makes it that much more appealing. The staff is always friendly and it immaculate. I like the many different flavors of ice cream and the fact that all of the toppings are actual fruits and nuts is amazing. I also like that you pay for every thing by .oz instead of my the cup like most other places.
