This has been one of the worst insurance claim experiences I've ever had after an accident. There is a complete lack of communication. Calls and emails go unanswered for days, and when you finally reach someone, you get inconsistent information or promises that are never followed through. I was told I would receive a rental assistance for five days, only for that to suddenly change to two days with no clear explanation--while my car is still sitting at the shop waiting on approvals. The claims process is extremely slow, with delays on supplements that have already been submitted. Everything feels disorganized and poorly managed. Customer service is also very unprofessional. On multiple occasions, it has been difficult to even communicate properly during calls due to background noise and distractions, which only adds to the frustration when you're trying to resolve an urgent situation. Overall, this experience has been filled with delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Dealing with an accident is already stressful--this company made it significantly worse. I would not recommend them to anyone.

She was able to be very competitive in price, which was a concern so I gave her my business. I recently was up for renewal, and the price increase was just too much! I called Kirk personally to see if he could do anything to lower my rate and he said no! Didn't even try to keep my business! I went online to check other rates, and EVERYONE was lower, for the exacts same coverage! By half! I called Kirk back to let him know all of the rates I was offered, and he still didn't even try to beat their offers! So I ended up leaving Allstate, and going with State Farm... Same exact coverage, half the price (e.g. $162 down to $86/month for auto insurance). I'm just annoyed that Allstate obviously did NOT care to keep my business, and I know for a fact that State Farm is equally as good. Just my opinion, but I would stay away from Allstate.

My experience has been nothing but wonderful. I do deal with Shyndy 100% of the time, but I've honestly never met her or anyone else in the office in person. I've done 100% of my business with them over the phone and via email. That's due to MY preference, not because they require me to stay far away...at least I don't think they do! I did have to file a claim once many years ago and it was super easy and paid very quickly. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.
