I came here with my classmate to catch up and relax. And that was about the only good thing. Not only did this lady completely rush the entire pedicure, she destroyed my nail shape and rounded out my big toenails and didn't even give me the color I asked for. I'm not usually the type to leave a bad review, but this is ridiculous. TBH if I could give this place a 0/5 I would. read more

First time customer. I had a manicure and pedicure by Neyli. A very nice Cuban girl who doesn't speak English but that was okay with me. She did a fabulous job. I had the $35 pedicure, she spent a lot of time massaging my feet and legs with the salt scrubs and the lotions. She did a great job cutting and painting my toe nails. She also did a wonderful job on my hands and nails. I'm reading a lot of negative reviews about the owner. The gentleman running the front desk was very friendly and accommodating with me. All the customers seam to be regulars and everyone appears to enjoy the services. read more

It's good sometimes. The owner has actually been super nice and friendly every time I've been. I only go for pedicures and unfortunately the service depends on who you get. I always get the deluxe luxury pedicure with gel polish. Today I didn't get any hot stones or a massage at the end. So today my pedicure wasn't worth the $60. The girl was nice (maybe new) so I didn't want to get her in trouble by saying anything to the manager on the way out. Oh well. I'll travel further to my other place where it's consistent. read more

The owner was too rude, if he has no communication with his employees it is not my fault. But disrespecting me is not justified no matter how busy they are. The owner is supposed to set an example but I don't see respect anywhere. too uncomfortable with the treatment. Even the clients told him that he was rude, if he is in a bad mood, then I am very sorry, but a client who comes with a good attitude does not have to be disrespected, even a person who comes in a bad mood should be given good customer service. read more

I thought this was a good place for mom and I to get our nails done. We ordered deluxe pedicures and a manicure with a dip powder. The polish completely came off my index finger when I went to the salon to have it repaired they were busy understandably it was Saturday. The manager asked me to come back in an hour I did that three times and when he never had time to fix it I tried to make an appointment but they don't do that for repairs. Just know if you have trouble with your manicure they don't want to fix it. I'm so disappointed. read more

Unfortunately, What you pay is not what you get , pedicures are mostly fast and they don't do detailed care even if you pay the most expensive . The last two times I was here the lady who took care of me kept being rude while doing my pedis. She didn't exfoliate the bottom of my feet and kept moving it and trying to tell her she needed it but she ignored me and grab my feet to keep it still. She kept giving me dirty looks and honestly the service was terrible . I would rather drive a few more miles . I wouldn't recommend this please unless you want a mediocre service. read more

Went here for a pedicure yesterday. Terrible pedicure. Very disappointed. The girl doing it was so distracted and more concerned about what everyone else is doing. The polish has already started to come off. I also think it is very rude when they are working on you and talking in their native language and laughing. Wonder what they are laughing about. What I asked for vs. what I got. Had to wait 15 minutes, not bad since they were busy and it was valentine's day. Finally sit down and show the guy the first picture and he says I can't have that done unless I get gel(which I had already picked out the colors to match from regular polish I was just showing the picture for shape and length) and I said no gel, just the sparkle on the ring finger like in the picture then and he says forget the picture and starts doing my nails. Kind of weird but okay. He asks me what length I want when he goes to cut the tips down and I say medium length, like the picture, and he shows me before he cuts and I okay it, but then he goes way shorter and I think well it's not that bad, they'll look better once he shapes them. Wrong. He cuts all of them super short(and super crooked too) and then gets ready to start putting the acrylic on without doing the coffin shape, so to make sure, I say hey I wanted the coffin shape, and he says well they're way too short to do the coffin shape. I reply well I don't want square nails, I want them coffin shaped like the picture I showed you. So he does what he can and by the end they were just awful and I hated them. I'm not a confrontational person so I didn't say anything, but I was clearly upset while paying with the owner and he didn't ask if I was okay or if something was wrong or anything. So I go to my car and call my mom crying because I was already having the worst day and this just made it worse, and she called up and complained on my behalf and they told her to have me come back in so I did. They had me sit with the same guy and he basically acted like it was all my fault andI didn't tell him what I wanted or that I didn't like them. Just really condescending and rude, and didn't apologize once for messing up what I wanted so badly. When he redid them he tore my cuticles allll up because he was super rough with the drill, I could tell he was mad that I didn't like the first ones so he didn't put any care into the second set. And kept asking me questions on if I was going to call up again when I left or if I was going to complain to the owner again. All around awful experience, I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. read more

I used to go here all the time for nails and pedicures but recently the nail service has not been the best. It just seems like the owner is so worried about making money and not customer service. The last time I was there I decided to get my hair cut from the salon. It was the worst haircut I've ever had in my life! It was choppy and extremely uneven to the extent one side was completely longer than the other. I used to cut hair many years ago and I still would never give a haircut this bad. The girls name was Summer I believe but I'd never go back for a haircut there and would never recommend this place! read more

They cut my nail bed when I asked for a soak off. They plied them off with a tip instead. Then when I asked for acetone so she didn't cut any more of my nails, she said it "fine but it'll take longer - with an attitude". I made the male manager aware of the cut and he said it was "no big deal". The lady wanted to glue tips over the cut nail bed and said it was fine and the man refused to disinfect the cut. Again he said it was " no big deal". NEVER COME HERE. My mother who is a nail artist told me that if they were to cover the nail bed tear with a tip it could have gotten infected. I felt shrugged off and not taken seriously and now I can't even get a full set. Now I'm stuck with bare nails because of these people! read more

After 3 1/2 years as a customer at this salon, the owner typically is rude, arrogant, LOUD, and not very welcoming. I continued going since it was so close to home in our small town. Well today, I needed a fix and a color change. after 45 min wait and being embarrassed in front of everyone and chastised because I had no appointment and others did. Of course I'm not important even though it specifically says "Walk Ins Welcome" as you enter. I was unhappy with my nails due to being filed too narrow and asked for a fix when he yells in front of everyone that I must pay for a fill. (I was just there a 6 days before) He NEVER asks me if I want a drink, nor greets me when I arrive like he does others. It is disgusting and very UNPROFESSIONAL. This man needs training on how to treat and talk to people. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN! They don't care if your not happy with their services all they care about is money and treating you like trash! read more
