Oasis was doing some work for my neighbor across the street. I needed my front yard vegetation including a very large tree removed in order to make way for a front yard renovation. The quotes I was given by my renovation vendors was 20-50% more than oasis. The work was scheduled and completed the next day. The crew were friendly and professional. The yard looked as good as a "nude" front yard can look at this point. They cleaned up well and cleaned up our neighbors back yard where some of the leaves were blown. If I could give more than five stars, I would. After Oasis saved our tall palm tree from a fungus, we have been using them regularly for our tree servicing and weed control. When our smaller palms' bark was harboring scorpions, they went through 2 blades to shave them all down! And today, they reigned in an out-of-control lemon tree like a boss!! My target was the removal of 2 very large Sisso trees from my front yard. Both trees had limbs overhanging my home and my neighbor's home. These trees are a nightmare with roots damaging the cement and going after water sources. It was time for them to go. We called Victor Blackwell (480-654-3966, Owner) of Oasis Tree Service.net and he came out right away to give us a quote. We did shop around but went with him and his company as he was very competitive in his pricing, beating most quotes. On the day of the tree removal and stump grinding, Victor and his crew showed up ontime. They were all very friendly. They got to work right away starting at the top of the trees (using a big bucket crane) and working their way down. I watched much of the operation because it was interesting to see how he and his team work together and communicate. What a bunch of pros these guys are. The trees are gone, the stumps are ground and the holes are covered up and it looks great. They cleaned up the area really well and comments from my wife were that if she did not know that the trees were there in the first place, she would not have guessed that there was something there at all before. Oasis Tree Service is simply the best. When cut branches fell into the neighbor's yard they did not leave them there, they hopped the fence gathered them up and destroyed them with the rest. In this most recent service they had found a nest with eggs and carefully moved them to another tree; hoping for their survival. Their thoroughness cleaning up the mess that is made when trimming a large Queen Palm is beyond reproach. We continue to use them year after year and will for many years. As an FYI the cost is a $200 minimum and we had two very large queen palms. It's a little more than we would like to pay for this kind of service, but their attitude and competence is worth paying a higher price. read more

I had a 60 foot tree in my backyard in a bad spot, it was messing up my fence and roots were everywhere. They removed the massive tree without any damage done and ground all the roots and stump. I would give this company less than one star if I could. I utilized this company to remove 9 trees in January 2021. It took multiple calls to get them to come back to finish the job after I paid them because they kept canceling last minute. They left wood chips all over the place and tons of dirt in my pool. They cut my drip lines and didn't fix them even tho they said they would. Nine months later I am still dealing with digging up roots and spraying the new sprouts that keep coming up from the trees they "removed" because they didn't do the job right the first time and won't fix it. I paid to have them remove the trees, grind the stumps and put poison on the roots to kill them. But for the last 9 month, I have been outside twice a week, every week, digging up roots and spraying new shoots because they didn't remove the trees properly. They didn't grind the tree stumps far enough and didn't use enough poison to kill the roots so they keep sending new shoots up all over the place. I fill a Target trash bag every week with new shoots that I dig up. The root systems have now migrated to my neighbors yards and they are also getting new shoots that come up weekly. I have contacted the company on more occasions than I can count over the last 9 months to ask if they could come back and help fix this but they just kept telling me to keep at it and they will eventually die. At one point they even treated me like I was stupid by saying the sprouts were from bird droppings. I have been diligently digging and spraying the sprouts twice a week, every week, for the last 9 months and it's only gotten worse, not better. They are not dying like they said they would. This last time I contacted them I got a response from the owners son, Robert. He told me he has read my review and said he would be willing to come back and regrind and retreat the roots but only if I agree to take down my post permanently. I told him I would be more than happy to remove my post if he would come back out and fix the problem. He told me he can not guarantee he can fix it and he would not come out unless I agreed to remove my post regardless of the outcome. I said I would not agree to that. I offered to remove the post if they fix it or I could modify it to give him credit to finally coming out and trying to fix it, even if he still couldn't but that I would not be removing it completely unless he fixed it once and for all. The end result was him telling me that he would not come back out to fix it if I won't agree to removing my post permanently regardless of if it got fixed or not. I would not agree to those terms, so they still haven't come out to fix it. I have finally come to the realization that this "keeping at it" is not the answer and isn't working and I will need to get another company out to fix it and do it right. I have had 2 other companies tell me that they didn't do the job correctly. They both said Oasis did not grind the roots far enough (which is evident in one of the trees because part the tree is still sticking up above the ground) and that they did not use enough poisin to kill the roots. I have been told it will cost over $1000 to have it fixed correctly. I would have been willing to give this company a second chance in order for them to correct it, like they should do regardless, and I would have removed my post if they fixed it, but I was not willing to agree to removing my post just because they came back but didnt fix anything. To me, that appears to be blackmail and it isn't ethical for them to demand that I agree to remove my post, just to have them come back, if they don't fix the problem. What incentive is there for them to fix it if I agree to removing the post unconditionally? Plus they told me if they cut into my drip line while doing anything that they wouldn't be held liable for damages. Who would agree to those terms?! No one! To me it seems clear all they care about is me removing the post and are not interested in fixing it. Because if they were, then they would have done it long ago when I asked them months ago about it, and certainly not because it was only after they saw my post and said they would come back, but only after they demanded I would agree to removing my post regardless if they fixed it or not! I would rather pay someone else to come and do the job right, then give in to their demands, and possibly still don't fix it, and maybe even do more damage by cutting my drip lines again. I would rather pay $1000 for someone else to come fix it correctly and keep the post up for others to read in order to possibly save someone else (even if it's just one person) from the nightmare I have experienced the last 9 months! Learn from my experience and heed my warning. If you are researching to find a company to remove your trees, move on and keep looking. You will be glad you did. There are other companies out there that have more integrity than this one and more importantly, will do the job correctly! read more

Nick of Oasis Tree Service came by on a Sunday to give me a quote. Weeks later he still honored the quote. Took out a dead pine, an unwanted volunteer palm, several smaller problem trees too close to the foundaion, and trimmed a dangerously overgrown palo brea so that it wouldn't fall on the house or cars. Cleaned up well, and sawed the pine into firewood pieces. A good group of guys and they brought all the right equipment. I recommend them highly. read more

These guys have been trimming my palms and other trees for 8 or 9 years now. They are always on time, friendly, and take direction if I ask them to trim a palm a certain way as it grows. Over the years they've alerted me to palms that were sickly and cut back a few dead stubs.
