Tried to find the location to pick up in Outlet Food Court Concierge Desk. It took a lot of time to find location only to find out it takes 24 hours to process? I have never heard of this before, especially after they have already received my money. I'd tried to contact the company myself several times but only got voicemail. However, Ruby who was at the Concierge Desk, was a huge help and was able to contact the owner and get my tickets sent to me instead through email. OTC was able to send my tickets that same night. So overall OTC did come through as promised and I now have my tickets. Just wanted to let others know to only receive tickets by e-delivery and that it could take up to 24 hours to have them processed. The website will also show the status of your order.

The easy bar codes on our tickets that my parks sent us did not work in Busch gardens systems. We worked with two park managers one to get us into the park and another for our dining wristbands. It was a good thing ut was a week day and park not crowded. This process was no fun at all.

The show itself was spectacular! Stunts, sound and water effects, and a lot of crowd interactive type of competitions. I loved that the crowd was divided into different teams. Our server was so nice and attentive to our needs. We chose not to upgrade our meals (it was like $20/extra per person if we wanted steak instead of chicken), but we were impressed with the 3 course meal! It started with a Caesar salad, followed with chicken accompanied by veg and mashed potatoes, and finishing with a brownie. The chicken straight up fell off of the bone. I was also served like half of a whole chicken (I had to take some home because I was so full). It was cooked way better than I thought it would be. You can purchase appetizers after you get you salad for an extra cost. The drinks are good but can be expensive. If you're looking for a less expensive alcohol option, definitely ask about using their house liquor. I had to ask them 3 times for them to actually tell me it was like a $9 difference between getting it with their house vs premium liquor. I will say that anything you get from the bar or as an appetizer that cost extra already includes 15% gratuity. Nobody will tell you it does, but it will be written on the appetizer menu in a very light colored font. What I think is a little BS is that although gratuity is included for those, it isn't included for the server who is serving you the whole night. But none of this negatively affected my experience, I just want to make you all aware of this! I would come back for sure with some family who hasn't seen the show.

And it couldn't be located any better right outside of Universal Studios. I had only interacted with a few of the wraps there, but the staff seemed friendly. I went from hot and humid outside to shivering for about 2 and 1/2 hours, hoping that I don't get sick. My only comfort was my popcorn, but it was cold and rubbery. So I can't say it ever eat the popcorn there ever again. Popcorn is one of those make it or break it variables in life. It's really hard to mess up fresh popped popcorn. Maybe it's just their combination of vendors or something, or just not enough guests to keep it continuously popping. For that, I docked it a star. If I could, a star and a half. Two stars would have felt unreasonable, but it doesn't allow me to do one and a half stars so I'll just have to settle with the minus one.
