After calling in, and speaking with Jacinto, I felt a lot better about the great prices. Apparently they have deals with the same people time share companies use to purchase their tickets, and buy them in bulk for discounts. Jacinto also referred me to a couple previous customers. I called one of the previous customers, and they said they had a great time and the process was very simple. SOLD. I ordered my tickets online, got them sent to my address in Pittsburgh, and had a great time in Orlando with my girl-friend. Danielle was great from the start navigating my particulars and getting all of our reservations booked.. including lunch at Cinderella's castle! Then, she passed us on to our guide Christina. From the moment we met Christina (30 minutes late), I am sure she knew she had her work cut out for her.. corralling all 8 of us and keeping us moving forward with all sorts of requests that can setback the day. Before if get into the particulars.. I never had to pull up my phone to check wait times or choose a restaurant.. I was truly able to enjoy my time with my family. And more importantly, it took the pressure of me having to manage everyone.. which can easily lead to tension. The Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom highlights - we rarely, if ever waited in a line. She knew all the secrets to navigate us around the long wait times (especially challenge since there are no fast passes at Disney. When the kids blew up because they wanted balloons, she put us on Jungle Cruise sprinted across the park and tracked down the exact balloons they wanted.. and met us at the exit with balloons for them. When the group needed coffee, she did the same thing with Starbucks.. when I saw the Starbucks lines.. that could easily derail the day. Universal Studios - I was hesitant to get a VIP guide for Universal, but I'm so thankful we did. Even the fast pass lines were long.. and we NEVER waited in a line. We rode Hagrids and the Forbidden Journey rides back to back in 20 minutes.. no wait on either. Hagrids was a 2 hour wait and Forbidden Journey was 70 minutes at the time! She got the whole group right on the Hogwarts train.. 2 of which did not have fast passes. She watched the kids while all the adults went on a ride and got us queued up for the next one.. By the end of the trip we all trusted her like family and are trying to figure out how we can take her on every trip with us! Do yourself a favor and book Christina and MY VIP TOUR. Our tour guide, Cori, knew every detail on avoiding lines-we never waited more than 10 minutes. She was high energy and did a great job of getting us to 3 Disney Parks in 1 day. We were able to enjoy the parks without trying to navigate and make plans to get the most out of our park experience. All we had to do was show up and have fun. I heard about this place weeks before we flew out there, so I contacted them in advance for some information... And I'm glad I did. They only charged $5 per bag and was willing to hold it for most of the day. It gave us time to do some last minute shopping and to get some lunch. When we returned, our bags were as we left them. All locked up and secure. They even had weight scales available for us to weigh out bags, just like at the airports. So we could adjust each bag and know which ones could hold our stuff we just bought. Then it was off to the airport with no trouble or worries. For us, the cost was way worth it. And not too far from Disney Springs, so getting back and forth using Uber/Lyft was easy. The next time we're in town, we'll use them again.

This center is like the Temu version of Guest Service so if you want a positive guest experience please deal with it at the parks but do NOT come here. They will sour the whole Disney experience for you and still collect a paycheck at the end of the day which is why they will never care about helping you even though our money is essentially where their paycheck comes from. If you see people posting positive reviews it's probably because they had simple issues that a 6 year old could solve. This was my first Disney springs experience and it tarnished my whole trip thanks to the spiteful manager and her little untrained minions. If you want a better theme park experience, universal is my new go to and should be yours too.
