The staff here at oil stop is really good at customer service. I've been coming here for several years. It's fast, it's clean, and well organized. So last fall I bought new wiper blades for the Hyundai. They never really worked that well but I put up with it until January when I went in for my normal oil change and when they got to the part asking if I needed new blades, I told them about my disappointment. They then sold me a blade that for just one it was $30- I only bought the drivers side- because after the last set, I was skeptical. So, the new blade works for a month and then this past week the rubber wiper part started sliding out when it was in use! Not cool! So I went back in again and showed them what was happening and the manager says- I'm gonna take care of this and he puts a $45 Bosch wiper blade on. He didn't charge me anything additional and It works really nicely! So, it took several attempts to make it right, and I hope this blade works like it's supposed to. I feel their customer care is 5 star, but the disappointment of having to replace multiple blades makes me give them 4 stars. They never shut up about about the products you need or should buy , if you fall victim to this they would get you for over 600$ it's complete crap, they ask u not to use the phone so they can up sale you.... Nothing worse than a car light going on when you're traveling 1800 miles. We stopped in Medford for the night, while I looked up some oil changing stations that were open on a Sunday. This was the first one that was open at 8am with great reviews. Ok, let's try it out! When we arrived, they did everything we asked and then some! They were also able to change our windshield wipers (we don't use them in Arizona) which will come in handy in Washington! Very respectful and freaky fast! We were in and out in 15 minutes!!! Wow! Great, quick service from super nice, polite guys! They quoted me a price on the phone and that's what I paid. And, it was cheaper than than any other quote I had gotten from their competitors. While I was waiting they brought me a complimentary soda and asked if I wanted them to check anything else on my car for me. Beware of this buiss. If they tell you your fan belt or SERPINTINE BELT is bad, check it out yourself. We just had our oil changed from these guys, and they told us our serpintine belt was bad, so we had them replace it. When we got home we looked at it a little closer, and it wasn't bad at all. Be very cautious of this buiss, they took advantage of our lack of automotive wisdom, and charged us for a belt that didn't need replaced. So, Beware....... read more

The inside of my car was really dirty! Dog hair...hay and feed from the FFApig...hadn't been cleaned well in a few years. The inside was sparkling! Well worth the cost! Worst experience ever! I was unemployed and needed my oil changed and went there. The people working wouldn't stop offering products and put me through a hell of guilt to buy this and that. I am not sure this review will be seen as Oilstop advertises on Yelp. That means that they hide the bad reviews, calling them non recommended. I do not think that is fair to the consumer, all reviews good and bad should be on display. Instead they show all the good ones while hiding the bad ones behind a link in fineprint. However I feel it is important to share what I know about this company. Yes, they are extremely professional, polite and thorough. They do go above and beyond. However, this is all marketing. They do this to generate sales and hide shady business practices, not because they believe in their mission statement. The main focus and goal of this company is to sell as many products and services as possible, no matter what it takes. They call it GREENOUT! and CODE 7! GREENOUT! or GO! is the percentage goal for each service or product they recommend. For instance air filters have a 25% goal, Oil System Cleaner has a 30% goal, automatic transmission service has a 12% goal. There is a percentage goal for every item, 29 or so in total. CODE 7! or C7! is the dollar amount or ticket average per vehicle. And Oilstop's goal is a very high one, over $90 per vehicle. That's over $50 more than a base service. These goals are all the manager preaches about. It's all day long, non stop talk about CODE 7! and GREENOUT! They almost always hit their goals and in most all cases do whatever it takes to do so. From lying and being misleading to customers, to showing fake samples and recommending services before they're due. Claiming they go off of an aggressive maintenance schedule. It's all a ploy to get people to spend as much as possible. And none of the services are worth it. They will charge $89.99 for a trans service where they don't even replace the filter or perform a flush. In most all cases the only thing they do is suck 2-5 quarts out from the dipstick tube. All that does is mix a little bit of new fluid with the mostly old contaminated fluid. Most transmissions hold 12-15 quarts, and $119.99 is what most all other places charge for a full flush and filter replacement. Their coolant "service" is a lot the same. They will charge $79.99 for this service and %90 of the time, replace under one gallon of antifreeze/coolant. Most all of the services they perform are like this. That is exactly why they can do it so quick. If you take your car to the dealer it will take longer and may cost a bit more. But that is because they are actually doing the full service the way it should be done. Just be aware that their goal is to sell as much as possible, not maintain your vehicle as they claim. All the staff members and managers are paid bonuses related to the sales they get, sometimes doubling their pay. So of course they're gonna do whatever it takes to make that happen. In closing just know I have seen some very very questionable practices, that if they were caught for, would certainly get them in a lot of trouble (i.e.) Breaking things on vehicles and covering it up; charging for unneeded services; charging for services and not performing them; installing the wrong oil when they're out of the right one, (when they run out of 5w20 and 5w30 they just put 10w30 in all vehicles) this happens every month as they only get one oil delivery around the 1st; not installing purchased additives; installing generic lubricants claiming they're dealer fluids; faking fluid samples to get sales; using scare tactics on the elderly and women or anyone they assume doesn't know any better. And the sad part is most all the employees buy into this and practice it, money talks. And they are very smooth at talking their way out of it and around it. They are trained to do so. Truly a wolf in sheep's clothing type of company. They seriously do some shady stuff all in the name of profits and bonuses. If you feel you have been wronged by this company, then you probably have been. I would contact ownership, they will almost always do whatever it takes to get you to keep your mouth shut. read more

I was in yesterday to get an oil change when I witnessed your manager berto yelling at his crew in front of customers! This was absolutely appalling and I don't know if your aware of the problem or not but I work in retail as a manager and never ever would I allow this to happen or take place in my place of employment!!!! Nobody deserves to be belittled or treated like that! A manager is someone to help encourage and grow the strengths within the people you have working in your establishment! I expect when I come in and say I only want an oil change I ONLY WANT AN OIL CHANGE!!! Your employee kindly respected my wishes only to have berto come out and yell in front of everyone about them being lazy and code 7. I don't appreciate 1 coming to get my oil changed and being hounded about other services after I have already said no! 2 your there to provide me with service I asked for your not car salesmen and 3 how you allow management to treat your employees is disgusting!!!
