I went through the car wash and pulled into the vacuum area, only to find that a piece of my bumper had been snagged and pulled off during the wash. My 2009 Subaru Forester was in great condition beforehand. The damage happened here. I told the employee at the booth, who called over the assistant manager, Tyler. Tyler was rude and combative from the start. He handed me an incident report with a disclaimer stating the business isn't responsible for damage to cars over 10 years old. I refused to sign it. He also refused to give me contact information for the general manager or any insurance information, and instead gave me the phone number for a different location across town. When I called it, I spoke to two more "assistant managers" who said I'd have to wait for the actual manager before anything could move forward. Total runaround. If a business damages a customer's car, that should be handled between insurance companies, not decided unilaterally by the business that caused the damage. Of course they're going to say it's not their fault. I ended up waiting in the parking lot for over an hour for the general manager, Dustin, to show up. When he finally arrived, he walked straight to my car and started inspecting and touching the damaged bumper without a word. No introduction, no acknowledgment that I was right there. I was alone in the back of that parking lot with two men telling me their business wasn't responsible for damage they caused, and Dustin's whole demeanor made it clear he had no intention of being cordial about it. When I pointed out that he hadn't even introduced himself before putting his hands on my car, his response was, "If this is how we're starting off, it's not going to end well." That's not how a manager should speak to a customer, period. It came across as a thinly veiled threat, not customer service. He was short, dismissive, and clearly agitated that I'd pushed back at all, like I was the problem for expecting basic decency after his business damaged my property. At no point did he attempt to de-escalate, apologize, or treat the situation with any professionalism. If your business damages a customer's vehicle, the bare minimum is: reimburse the cost of the service that caused the damage, treat the customer with respect, and carry insurance to cover it. Instead, I got aggression and intimidation from the person in charge. Worst $11 I've ever spent. Dustin and Tyler both need serious training in how to handle conflict without becoming hostile toward customers. read more

Stopped in to wash our rental car after a 1,000 mile CA north coast/Southern Oregon road trip. The once white Toyota Camry was quite dirty with bugs and road grime. Two separate employees sprayed the car down with pre-soak solution. The $10 auto-wash included vacuums & microfiber towels. The car was far cleaner and shinier than when we picked it up in Oakland, CA. Vacuums worked great, loved the towels to dry and "dust" the interior of the car. Great little auto car wash! read more

The car wash overall was worth the price and made my car very clean. Would not recommend going to the one by mcandrews, the lady worker was rude and disrespectful. There is no sign for the buy three get two free until you get to the vacuuming. I wanted to upgrade my one premium wash purchase but Cody, the assistant manager, refused immediately. Once I mentioned I was going to leave a review, he started stammering but that is beyond unacceptable. I like Crater Car wash because it's fast and efficient. They provide you with a vacuum coin, cloths to dry your car with and windex to finish things up. There's always a different employee, so it's a bit robotic at check in. But overall this is my favorite car wash in town. The machines work well and the car is always clean. I buy the card that you pay for 4 washes and get 6. It's a decent deal. read more

I will NEVER use your car wash again! Your Grants Pass location could care less about customer satisfaction. I have had my car come out dirty and FULL of soap on several occasions. If it's too much to run a car through a rinse cycle to get the soap off the car, then I will use the Yellow Submarine in Medford, where they Care about the Customer! You will be receiving a letter, Card,Vacuum token and receipt via USPS so I can rid myself of your HORRIBLE Service, if it can be called such a thing. I couldn't get an address for corporate from your "Manager", so I will be lodging a complaint with the Grants Pass BBB. I suppose I expect too much to get a clean car when I prepay for service. They finally got their vacuum's back up so I decided I'd get my car washed. I upgraded to the $10 wash and really liked that they made sure my mirrors were turned in and that my back wiper was covered. I wasn't disappointed in how clean my car came out and the vacuum's had decent suction. I will plan on coming back here. read more

My car was filthy and shines after one basic wash! Usually takes a couple washes to make it that clean. They have a great deal $20/month and you can wash your vehicle as often as you want. Even with 1 a week it's still less expensive then going to a do it yourself car wash. read more

This was the first time I used this car wash and I am so glad to discover it! I wanted to clean a friends car that was a mess. The exterior drive thru wash was excellent and then parked next to a self serve vacuum and used the windex spray bottle cleaner and the vast supply of white terry cloth cleaning clothes. I was really motivated to clean the car and could not have found a better place. For $10 the car came out looking like a $100 prof detail job -- thanks to there vacuum and cleaning supplies. read more

Car wash does a decent job and the staff is friendly enough. No complaints there so far. Something I've noticed over the past few months is that the hours of operation are pretty shoddy. I went by there today at 6 pm and they were already closed. Their hours are supposed to be from 7am-7pm according to their website. No sign up saying why they were already closed, or that the hours of operation have changed. Same thing happed a while back and I've been there once just after 7am and they weren't even open yet. They take cash or card but good luck finding a sign to let you know this information prior to getting in line, the point of no return... Also they give you ONE coin to vacuum your car in , maybe 3-5 minutes. Good luck with that. When the timer shuts off, you're done no matter how far you got cleaning your car. Thumbs down. read more

We went to this station because of the yelp rating and offer. But the techs refused to accept it. They said I had to go home and print the coupon. Odd for a digital app offer. No worries, a dollar won't kill me (although they did try to down-sell me to 'save money'). Then after rounding the corner and getting into Tue wash tracks, a tech went and removed my rear tow ball hitch. NEVER EVER did he ask if he could do it. If I had known that was a requirement I would not have gone through. But to remove a piece a of my truck without permission and then try to just throw it in my backseat is just plain wrong. So instead of a clean truck, I now have to spend time/money to clean the grease out of my carpet. read more

WHAT A JOKE!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! there management is about as unprofessional as it gets and incapable of running anything! On Friday June 10th @ around 6 pm there wash put two 6-8 ft scratches down my 2008 Toyota tundra passenger . I noticed immediately when I was putting my antenna on the car after the wash. I talked with one of there managers on duty and he acknowledged that there wash did this and it wasn't there on camera before and we did some paper work..... less than 2 minutes later another guys in a white suburban came through with scrathes in the EXACT SAME PLACE and there wash did it to his car to. I called 4 times between 4 day and left message , no response! they called and asked me to come down ( i took time off work to go there) with in 2 minutes they told me it was IMPOSSIBLE for there wash to do this and they were not going to do anything.... this happened to two people within ten mins and they wont do a damn thing... I have pictures, video, video of there camera system with my car going through the wash and before I entered, with not a single scratch on the passenger side when I entered. They applied a solution from what looked like a yard sprayer .... when I got home my car had oil residue run marks that had dried around the entire car, it look like run marks everywhere he had applied this mystery solution ..... I tried hand washing them off twice. I had to use rubbing compound to finally remove this oil nasty crap from my car.... 5 hours of fixing their ignorance. I tried looking up their phone number online and imagine that .... just a E-Mail form you can fill out. Piss poor place to have anything done. read more

I like the facilities but the employees have been rude on several occasions. Today I went through and they had changed the process to where you have to stop further back to pay, but this was not obvious. Rather than informing me politely that the process had changed, the employee began chastising me from across the parking lot "you can't just pull forward! You have to stop back there." When I stated that I didn't see any indication of that and had never had to do that before, he said "that's why there's a sign." Even my 8 year old pointed out that he was rude and could have handled it better. Their employees need some training in people skills and manners. read more
