I've used a lot of different car washes in Medford, most spray a little bug juice on the car then send you through. The wash rarely gets all the bugs and stuck on debris off the car. Quench and Drench is fantastic! They completely wash your car by hand before sending it through the soft cloth wash, then they completely hand dry it! My car is always spotless when they are done. I've been a regular customer at Q&D for years. Their service is always top notch. In mid-June of 2015 we took our 1998 Ford Escort in for an oil change and car wash before heading on a trip to Portland. As we were about the enter the car wash, one of the attendants slipped and caught himself on the driver's side mirror breaking the housing. The manager immediately took down the information on the car and said they would replace the mirror. It took a bit of time to get a replacement for a 17 year old car, but once it arrived, the manager called and told us they would install the new mirror as soon as we could get there. In less than 45 minutes after we arrive, they had replaced the broken mirror with a shinny new one. Customer service like that is rare these days. Thanks guys! You're the greatest. read more

Cleaned my whole car all the water spots and they even scrub the main parts of the car before you enter the wash and it was super shiny after the works wash for only $15! In town for several days, I looked at all the car washes to see which had the best reviews. This one did, and it was well worth it! I got just a basic wash using the coupon on-line for just $8. For that, several guys scrubbed my car before it went into the wash, took off my antenna for me, & gave me a damp rag to wipe the inside. At the end, a couple of other guys dried my car, and reinstalled my antenna. I asked if they had vacuums, and the guy drying said I should have gotten a token at the start. He ran to the other end of the wash to get me a token for the vacuums. Great vacuum with great suction. WOW! I wish I lived here so I could come here more often. This was fantastic. read more

This is a pretty O.K. place to get your oil changed. Mostly because there is pretty much no other place to get that done here. I am used to going to Oil Can Henry's and Meineke and they don't have either of those anywhere in the Southern Oregon area (I think the nearest Oil Can Henry's is in Grants Pass...? or something). Paid about 40$ for a regular oil change for my 16 year old car (which I no longer have. RIP "Speedy") which is a lot for me, as I usually would have coupons for those places I mentioned earlier so I would pay around 20 bucks instead of the usual 39.99. They also give you a complimentary car wash voucher! And their waiting area/lobby is comfortable. Complimentary popcorn and coffee inside, and it's cozy warm (I went in there when it was cold and rainy). I'm sure they have A/C in summer too. Overall a good place to go! They explain what they suggest you get done in your car. They don't try to shove it down your throat (like at Oil Can Henry's). They also do quick work. I was in and out in around or less than 15 minutes. read more

The staff is very friendly, however they left the inside very dirty and I paid for inside and out. It seriously only needed a wet towel in the leather but I guess they don't do that. Now I have to clean it myself after paying them $35 read more

I really like the hand wash & dry. They by far (IMO) have the best wash tunnel in the valley. But as of lately, it's like they got rid of a bunch of the good guys who worked here, the ones who seemed to actually like and take pride in their job. Now it's people (yes, still somewhat nice) who are clearly here for a paycheck and that's it. It kind of took away from the experience here. I'm sitting here now writing this, getting the full detail, so obviously I think it's still worth the time. It's just a shame they lost some great employees. read more

Excellent customer service, extremely nice and helpful, not to mention you get some quality eye candy while your car is being washed/serviced. The exterior of our car could have been cleaned a little more finely around the trims, but they did a great job on the interior! The inside was filthy, smelly and gross after doing Pine to Palm, but these guys really took care of the interior and any stains on the interior of the trunk they could not get out, they made sure to show and tell us about it. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of their honesty. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car wash. read more
