We had an enjoyable dining experience because of the service we received from Chris. He greeted us with a friendly smile and was very upbeat and jovial while taking care of our dining needs. Thank you Chris!

Reasonably priced Italian comfort food - perfect for a large hungry group on a budget. We stopped by last week and were seated right away in the outdoor area, which was lovely except for six teenagers smoking and vaping a few feet away - all their smoke was blowing in our direction! They brought out a big loaf of bread with butter, and I ordered clam chowder as I wasn't super hungry. The others got full meals with the following main entrées: lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken dippers. We also had drinks, salads and ended our meal with spumoni ice cream. The food was filling and there were few leftovers (always a good sign!). Service was good. Bill came to about $70. Happy to return, but next time we'll sit indoors!

We arrived 30 minutes before closing for a takeout order and were assisted by a lady with the name tag indicating she was a Manager assisted us. She was very helpful, polite and friendly. A short time later, while awaiting our order, we observed the same lady assisting an elderly couple with a completely unrelated issue. And she completed the task with professionalism and the overall attitude of wanting to help her customers. Her actions brought much credit to herself and the OSF company. We took our food back to our hotel room and, needless to say, it was excellent. This demonstrated the professionalism of the Chef and their staff.

    Steamed mussels were on point!

My friends and I had a lovely dinner here the other night…read more We were all in town for a wedding and knew we had to make an early night of it, so we made an early reservation, for 5pm (when the restaurant opens for dinner). We were the first patrons there, and we opted to sit in the charming courtyard/patio, which is enclosed by ivied fences and a wrought iron front gate. This front patio feels very intimate, but the restaurant interior also seemed warm and cozy, with various niches for more private diners. The menu highlighted homemade pastas, but there was a good variety of seafood and meat entrees, along with vegetarian options, too. This restaurant has a few features we really REALLY liked: -an "early bird special", which is a 3-course meal offered from 5-5:30pm for $39. -all meals are available in full or half portions. This is FANTASTIC and I wish all restaurants did this. -the food and server were excellent! (The only lukewarm review was from one friend who said his meatball dish was just "okay". The rest of us LOVED our meals. And the creme brûlée was one of the best I ever had). When we left the restaurant, it was totally PACKED, so clearly it is a very popular place here. I'd seriously recommend making a reservation.

My absolute favorite would have to be the duck steak and crème brûlée!! Definitely a 10/10 place to meet up and have dinner in Victoria

Had the brownie for dessert which was also delicious and much larger than I was expecting. Service was excellent, our server was very knowledgeable and tried to make the experience as authentic as possible for us, however keep in mind we went at a slower time. Ambiance is very average, but the restaurant is nice inside and well kept. We went around 2pm so it was very quite but I could see this being a popular spot for dinner due to the lack of restaurants in that area. Overall would recommend and will definitely go again!

I had researched places to eat and found Lot A as it is an Italian -style restaurant. The pictures…read moreonline were very enticing as was the description of the food. We started off with Parmesan Polenta Bites House fried polenta bites, parmesan, spicy tomato sauce. Tasty though spicy might be too big of a word for the dipping sauce, a welcomed change from the expected bread. I had the Caesar Salad: Whole romaine leaves, creamy Caesar dressing, bacon bits, focaccia croutons, crispy capers, shaved parmesan, roasted garlic . I don't care for bacon on this type of salad and love It when I am treated to anchovies. The fried capers were a nice touch, but not a big fan of the creamy dressing as a lighter dressing helps when you still have the main course ahead of you. I had, for dinner: Ricotta & Tomato Campanelle Campanelle, fresh basil, ricotta, parmesan, tomato sauce. Thought I had spaghetti and added chicken. The sauce was very light without much flavor and the chicken was not seasoned and just sliced and cooked. I am wondering if this dish would be better served in a marinara sauce as the ricotta cheese is flat against a bland sauce. I did not finish my dinner because it was simply bland. Dessert was disappointing because I was looking forward to a chocolate dessert, but they were all gluten-free. This is very nice to see for those with celiac disease, but disappointing for me and so we all took a pass on dessert. I also had the Italian Mule drink which was refreshing and delightful and not overwhelming with an alcohol weight. Our server was nice and mostly prompt. Ilianao.?? I have to say this: when servers ask about the food and service in a plural fashion: are we liking the food, did we want to have dessert, it throws me off and is a bit off putting. Simply ask how is the food, did anyone want dessert or want to look at the menu. Can I get anyone anything water, salt , cheese, let me know you know how to be a top server and the tip always reflects that. The lighting in was nice, seating comfortable, and easy to talk.
