They take a positive effort in bringing French style to the area along with a sustainable stance. I took the French picnic class and it was well organized and delicious. There was a crew that helped bring out ingredients and equipment as you focused on the cooking element. Even cleaning up as you went along. Lots of care and detail was put into the class. On top of that everything we made was delicious. The salad dressing was simple and tasty, crepes had the options to customize with toppings, galette was savory and unique, plus the chocolate mousse was the perfect finish. Our appetizer of pork belly was delish but I would've gone easier on the frying. BF's entree of spatchcock chicken was great as well. I ate a lot of that instead of my entree... We finally went this past Sunday for Father's Day and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Food was outstanding; we started with a couple of their garlic cheese breadsticks and coupled with their fresh table bread we almost got filled up before the mains arrived.
