Found this on Yelp on our way back to Magnolia TX, in time for breakfast. I had the Mediterranean quiche, which is crustless, and very tasty. My husband had the southwest quiche and said it was delicious. He had hot chocolate with a shot of salted Carmel and I tried their featured chocolate covered strawberry ice latte. Oh, I'm a fan. Super nice folks. Decent espresso coffees and a creditable chicken salad was enough to pull me in. The baked goods looked compelling (pecan pie, banana nut bread, bag o' croissants), but I didn't have the opportunity to try them on this outing. This is a bakery that sells a few sandwiches, salads and burgers. I ordered the blackberry bacon burger and chips. The waitress' dont write things down because they think they have a great memory. She brought me my meal and I take a bite. No burger patty. I call her over and tell her, and she says "let me see what I can do". She comes back 5 minutes later with a single patty for me to put inside the bread. Genius! I ordered a slice of pie and called it a day. The pie was decent and she dint mess up the order. read more

I have come to this establishment multiple times for lunch. The ladies are always extremely friendly and efficient-great service. I've had their chicken salad before which is yummy. Today I got the strawberry salad with poppy seed dressing. There's also grilled chicken, feta cheese, and candied pecans! Delicious, bright, and just what I wanted! Delicious food! Went here for a mother and daughters breakfast. French toast is so yummy with the honey syrup!!! French press was exactly what I was looking for and jam was a must. Go early as it gets busy quick. Went home with pie too Next time I'll buy the coffee to take home as well. Yes they have fresh roasted whole bean coffee for those coffee snobs like me. I stopped by this place as an employee of mine highly recommended this place for desserts and cakes. So I stopped by and boy were they right! Some of the best desserts I have ever tasted and home made flavors I was looking for. I ordered carrot cake, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes and all were super delicious! I didn't have a chance to eat off the food menu, but as I was walking in and out the restaurant, I was able to see some what appeared to be very delicious food others had ordered. I can't say enough great things about this business. We travel full time, rv life, we love supporting Local, ESPECIALLY people who fly the flag, love God and love people. The breakfast was amazing, bacon, eggs, home fries and biscuit. The sweetest lady named Jenny answered the phone and went out of her way to help me! I was calling from out of town( I had picked Open Range for their name when I was looking for bakeries online) to order sweet treats for some family friends who had a death in their family. This sweet lady explained what were their best sellers and what she would send. I wanted the items delivered if possible and she said they didn't always do that, but our friends lived on her way home so she would do that-so kind!! Come to find out that our friends love this bakery, not only are the baked goods delicious, the people working there are so kind-hearted!! God Blessed all of us through Jenny at Open Range! Horrible service the two times that I have been here. Our first time, we waited about 25 minutes before someone came to our table to take our order. The second time, we wanted to order a certain item but were told that they were out. As more people started coming we noticed that people were ordering and receiving the item that they were supposedly out of. When we asked waitress she had nothing to say besides, "sorry about that." And both times, our waitress failed to return to our table to ask if we needed anything, but saw her making the rounds for other customers.
