If you want these new, fancy, whatever lenses it'll cost you hundreds more. Also, one eye exam is not enough. If you want contacts they want you to take another, $180 exam. It's a typical, modern business just trying to squeeze that last dime out of customers. I'm just so tired of it. The choice of frames is nice. It took almost a month to get my glasses, though.

However, the biggest issue is that they become extremely unhelpful once they realize that you are not going to buy glasses or contacts from them. It was like pulling teeth just to get them to provide me with a copy of my prescription so I could buy glasses elsewhere and once they provided me with my prescription, it lacked my PD measurement which is key for a purchase. I asked them to include that measurement and they insisted that it would be an ADDITONAL $35 for them to include on my prescription...clearly a scam for them to push you to buy glasses from them. I've been to 4-5 optometrists before and never has anyone left that off the prescription. DO NOT GO TO DR JASPER. THERE ARE PLENTY OF HIGHLY REGARDED AND HONEST OPTOMETRISTS IN THE PALM BEACH AREA THAT CARE ABOUT YOUR EYES AND NOT JUST YOUR MONEY.

This past week,on a Sunday ,I woke up with a very painful eye, I had scratched my eye in the night and I had an abrasion and it was killing me! They went to Great lengths to get me in right away. I called them late Sunday and they said call back early Monday, but they called me first and got me right in. Dr V saw me three times and alleviated my pain and fixed me right up with drops. I was very grateful that they saw me right away immediately, knew what it was and prescribed the right medicine for me and got me out of my burning pain with speed!
