When they finally got the lenses installed - sometime after two weeks - they had installed completely different lenses than the ones that were ordered. How long does it take to install lenses - obviously, even though they are over a month late, they still are not prioritizing my order and it is still not ready. Its now 47 days.... and counting... maybe it will come tomorrow? My wife also ordered glasses with a specific lense. That was completed sometime after two weeks, but once again it came with a completely different lense than the one that was ordered. The glasses were returned and that pair was finally ready after 6 weeks from the order date. There is something truly wrong when the same store installs incorrect lenses twice on the same order especially when they charge full price on Worth Ave. And then, after they recognize the problem, they have made little attempt to get this fixed on a timely basis. i guess customer service is not a priority for them.
