There were also other services coming by - the trolleys that provided the same service. Tons of them went by. My mistake? Signing up with these thieves for their services. No one came for over a half hour. i called. They sent a van with no tour info and brought us back to another spot without the double decker buses running. I asked for a refund. No. I was told it was my mistake for not realizing they weren't picking up there. It was my mistake waiting for a bus that didn't come. I have used these services in Europe and they were great. These guys are literally thieves. Do NOT use them. Sign up for and use the trolleys. They were everywhere!

This was a great way to get the kids some time out to themselves on the Charles. The water was higher due to recent rains, but the kids (17 & 15) were able to easily navigate the river on the paddle downstream and again on the paddle upstream. At $20 an hour for a single kayak, this is a pretty good deal, especially if you have teens who want an excursion. Totally worth the time, even with the waiver/safety video you must have to be able to go boating. Go enjoy the Charles at your own pace!

The pickup at the hotel was about ten minutes late. Far from ideal when we had a strict pickup time to make sure we were on time to get to the venue for photos, set-up, etc. The bus was technically on-site, yes. But it was parked in the rear of the building where I nor anyone else would have seen. I did not receive a phone call or alert prior to departure time that the bus was there. It did not appear until I received a phone number through the charter company. The bus driver was rather rude and then finally pulled to the front. When the driver finally arrived and proceeded to take the most questionable route to the venue. I had my Waze on my phone and instead of the trip taking 25 minutes, we ended up taking closer to 45 minutes. That's now about 30 minutes off our anticipated schedule. No idea why the driver chose to take all back roads after getting on and then quickly off the highway when we could've take the majority of the trip on the highway. The return was the same way. It was late so we didn't hit as many red lights and traffic from the venue to the hotel, but still didn't get on the highway to save time and instead took back roads and then part of the highway to return. About 35 minutes instead of 20-25 minutes. Our drop-off was set for 11:30pm and our pickup was for 11pm. Again, if I could write a zero star review, I would, but everyone please use this as a word of caution.
