Initially thought it was because the wheel locked and it was a feature with the car. Turns out the key was wron and I wouldn't have known without RG. He said he could come out within 45 minutes and he arrived sooner. It took him about 15 minutes to get a new key made and programmed and it works like a charm. I was charged $199 and honestly did not mind because the service was extremely quick and it solved my ongoing issue I had with the new vehicle.
