I've been here time and time again. It's one of my go-to places for having some food & drinks with the family and for the kids to play games. I haven't been to the warehouse in years. It wasn't anything special back then but it was so bad last night it deserved my 3rd ever yelp review. Saturday night at 7 and the place was dead. For good reason. The service stinks! Went there because they are the only bar in the area that show the UFC fights. Sat at the bar and the bartender was not pleasant. Couldn't get my simple drink order correct all night. The area filled in as the fights started. Probably close to 40 people at the bar and 1 bartender. I guess I'd be miserable too. Multiple times people standing at the bar with empty drinks. Wings were average. Small and weak sauce but not terrible. Who I believe was the owner just sat on his barstool and drank the whole 5 hours I was there not helping besides to bring a bucket of ice. Act like you want people to come back. Didn't ruin our night though. By the end it was comical how rude that bartender was. We racked up a nice tab and my tip was far less than the usual 20-25% I'd normally give. Be better!! read more

Absolute worst service I've ever received. We had a club meeting there and gave them notice of this. They were completely unprepared, slow service, slow kitchen, Rude wait staff. After we were done eating we were advised we could not have another drink because we were done eating. Totally not the rules of covid. They grouped all 35 of us on one bill....35 people on one bill. We were told before we sat down that they would divide the bill by table, then told us it was not feasible at the end of the night. I was super excited to try the chicken wings here, unfortunately I was extremely disappointed! The wings were flaps cut in half, and every time I would eat one, I would get shards of bone mixed in my chicken wing meat. I have never seen such a thing in my life. I was there later in the afternoon and starving otherwise I would've sent them all back. To top it all off, the service was absolutely terrible. The girl said she just started her shift and we are her only table, but I had a track her down every time I needed something, such as napkins, extra blue cheese, and even to cash me out. Wow That's all I can say. LOUD MUSIC, older couple sitting at the bar sucking face. LOUD (no really loud) on a Sunday afternoon with only 6-10 people in the place. If you enjoy cold fries (with chicken wing skin crumples mixed in). A baked sub with a burnt roll, melted cheese but still cold inside. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Western NY. The staff is AMAZING, the food is AMAZING, it's overall a wonderful place to eat dinner or hang out with friends. The owner always makes himself present and goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. This is a great place for family dinners, including the little ones. They will LOVE the game section. Had the fish fry for lunch. Fish was undercooked. Should have been fried a little bit longer because the inside coating was "mushy". French fries were over salted. I would suggest serving no- salt fries and let the customer salt their own. They also did not give us a roll. We put our review on their FaceBook site, only to find that it was deleted. We will not go back there again. Plenty of other restaurants that serve an excellent fish fry. On a positive note... our server was excellent. read more

This is my second time here. Once with a friend and last night with my son. It is noisy and it's great to see families playing games and having fun. However, after a day of running around shopping it was a bit much both times. The food last night was good, but I found for what I paid, we still left hungry. We tried the new Cherry Barbecue sauce on the wings and even at $.99 to upgrade it was REALLY GOOD!!! I truly never leave feedback, I know I should but unless it stands out good/bad I dont. Unfortunately this was my first and only visit to this restaurant and it was horrible. The food was cold, good but cold. They were out of many main menu items, even juice for the kids. Normally I would let that go but the owner was insanely rude! Basically to paint the picture it was 4p on Saturday and we were a group of 10(with kids) and after we were seated(mind u we called ahead) were explained how "inconvenient we were for his business as it was his busy time and he had a family party going on taking up his back room". We asked what the problem was as we were all going to b eating/paying customers n there were many other tables still open, his reply was "sorry if you're offended"- as he walked away n never came back to check in or officially appoligize as there was plenty of room for other customers our entire visit. Stopped in for lunch with a friend. had a beer at the bar and ordered the chicken souvlaki pita sandwich which was excellent. Perfect portion and loaded with flavor. It also tasted really fresh. The overall atmosphere was really upbeat and the bartender was nice and attentive. The owner was also here and he stopped to say hi and make sure everything was good & we were enjoying ourselves. Went here for the first time on friday night with my daughter for dinner. The place was packed and we were still seated instantly. Our server greeted us right away. We went today for lunch , Had a great time this place is Huge. There are TVs everywhere across the entire dining and bar area . I enjoyed the egg rolls with the plumb sauce. I also split a beef on weck and wing combo with my girlfriend. I was introduced to one of the owners Mark Lesinski who made us feel very welcome and made sure our food and service was excellent. I am not one to write reviews for much of anything but tonight I had one of the most memorable horrible experiences with our family at this restaurant. We are first time customers and will NEVER be back due to the experience with the owner. For a 6pm Saturday night dinner with 7 adults 2 children (ages 3 and 5) we were placed in the bar area high top due to lack of available seating elsewhere. While waiting for our checks, someone from another table threw a pumpkin because of their drunkenness at our table resulting in food, drinks and a complete mess everywhere on all 9 of us including the children. The person who threw it took no accountability and was clearly over intoxicated, as was several people in their party. I was able to get the owners attention after a few minutes of waiting for him attending to others, and explained in detail what happened. He said that he was going to make sure that they would not be served any more alcohol and he would escort them out once we left, as well as comp our drinks and a discount on the meals. After waiting 10 minutes, they were served another round of drinks and our checks came back not separated (despite requesting this when placing the order) and drinks were not comped. I asked to speak to owner again, after waiting another 10 minutes before he came back to the table smirking, he then took the drinks off which took another 10 minutes for the updated bills. I told him they had been served another round of drinks despite him telling me he was going to cut them off and escort them out once we left. He smirked at me again and said he would let the bartenders know, and I asked him why he would say he was going to cut them off but he did not. I do not appreciate being lied to especially by an owner. At that point he did not have any response, would not look me straight in the face, and did not answer my question. I told him we will NEVER be returning and that I am going to make it clear publicly of his lack of proper management to the situation. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in diffusing a situation as what our family experienced tonight. read more

I went to the original warehouse during a super busy bills game this weekend with my 2 children,my neighbors and there kids... the service was great!! Kaitlin was our server and took great care of us the whole time we were there! The kids had a great time playing all the many games that the arcade has to offer! ... it's great to keep them busy while the adults get to sit and visit... the restaurant has plenty of space and everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space to enjoy our time here! The owner Mark made sure we were well taken care and my kids had a great time...he even gave them a few free tokens! The service and the food were all Five star especially considering how packed the place was... we waited for nothing! I would recommend this restaurant for families or even as a place to hang out! Weirdest experience ever here. Went in for appetizers and drinks with a friend. No one seemed to want to serve as as we came in... when we finally got served I asked the sever how the spinach artichoke dip was to which she replied "really good but we don't have any" okay so what's in the Southwest egg rolls? ".........corn and.....vegetables but they are really good" a few minutes go by and she comes back, okay I'll have the Southwest egg rolls "ohh sorry just sold the last order" wait what?! Told her I needed a few more minutes to think. She then disappeared for 15 minutes, mind you there was only 4 other tables in the entire restaurant. I saw our server periodically from a distance as she was laughing with another server but she didn't come close enough to get her attention. When she finally came back to take out order, whattt?!?!??! I told her we just wanted the check, which came back at $15 for a Corona and a vodka lemonade. I was excited for the warehouse to open back up. My wife and I were devestated when we drove by a couple months ago and realized it was closed. They renovated a bit, sad to see they got rid of those glass soda bottles. We really enjoyed the arcade in the corner. The food is 5 stars. We ordered the southwestern eggrolls and they came with a plus sauce which was strange but complimenting. Actually the sauce was the best part since the eggrolls were just filled with an outstanding flavor. Their pizza was good, we ordered a stuffed pepper pizza and the flavor was there. I would have liked to see some type of flavor on the crust like garlic butter or some extra cheese because I love cheese. The awesomeness is as best as average gets. I was happy to see that they got rid of the Chicago style pizza... Speaking of menu, they have really great prices.
