Stopped in tonight to grab fish fries and watch the sabres game. It was busy but we were able to get a table right away. Unfortunately, it didn't have a view of the TVs so we asked to move after a short while and thankfully our waitress was able to accommodate the request. She also warned us that they had to put a hold on fish because they were backed up but after 20 minutes she was able to put in our order and 25 minutes later the fish was out so it was no big deal. We were happy she was able to get our orders in and grateful she was so accommodating. We appreciated that they had the Sabres and Bandits games both on as well. It was pretty loud being next to a large group of young guys getting rowdy but otherwise everything was great! read more

All of my life I have been told how good NY pizza was and I wondered what's so good. Well, I now know. This southern girl got schooled on real good pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever eaten. It was perfect. The thing that I loved about it was that you could taste every ingredient when you bit into it. It had the perfect amount of sauce, cheese and meat . The wings were some of the best I have ever eaten. We go to Buffalo once a year for a reunion and next year this will be our first stop!! read more

Food was good. The we had 3 pizzas for dinner with 60 wings. Food came out as soon as our party arrived. The bbq cheeseburger pizza was really good. The white pizza and cheese/pep were decent. The wings could've been cooked a bit longer as they weren't crispy at all. The bbq sauce seemed to have some kind of sweet fruity twang that was really good. The server was nice and accommodating. They have a very large area to dine either for large or small groups. They also have a big bar either inside or on the side patio. Lots of tvs and entertainment set up throughout the week. Specials and happy hours too!! They serve just pizza brand food - pizzas, subs,salads, wings and so much more. I had a chicken n the grass sub, which was good but nothing amazing. It was pretty much a couple chicken fingers ( which I wish the chicken was not breaded or fried for this kind of sub) and it had a little bit of spinach with some garlic butter on the bun. My husband had wings a single (10 wings) and they wouldn't let him split the flavors 5 and 5, they said it had to be all one flavor. He had a Cajun and it was good. Service was decent pretty fast considering the amount of people at the bar. Yes, I would Recommend if you're hungry for Pizza, wings, burgers, soups, Beer -alcohol-and more. We just sat down to enjoy a meal. We had the Specialty Pizza Slice and Wings. Pizza was very good. Wings were also very good, way better than other places. Very meaty. Considering there were a good handful of people just eating, keeping staff busy, the waitress Laura was still attentive and nice. The atmosphere is friendly and they do have TVs if you want to watch sports and such. We stopped by to come eat here before going to the Buffalo Bills . We ordered from Hamburg Taproom because of their large selection of gluten free pizzas. We were very impressed with the pizzas we ordered! The gluten free pizza was rich and flavorful, and the crust was fairly doughy and really good. The white pizza was good, and the custom flavored crust really added some flair to the pizza. Will not be returning. Have been here multiple times and waitresses are pleasant,the manager on the other hand is RUDE.She speaks at you not to you. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe just having a bad day but this is the 3'rd time she was rude.She obviously is lacking social skills and respect for herself and others. Just poor management! Have met friends at the bar and the bartender didn't know how to make the cocktail ordered. Two friends came in 5-10 min apart and their drink prices were $.50 different. The bartender was talking on her cell phone and we were not greeted. Finally took our drink order... still on her cell phone. Disrespectful. Served our drinks, on her phone. Finally took our food order, still with her phone to her ear. She was on the patio (no customers), always off to the side, away from the bar continuously with her phone to her ear. After that, the Just Pizza menu, although huge, is really just all the usual suspects. Pizza, wings, burgers, subs, etc. Not that there's anything wrong with that. But nothing truly special and unique. Service was friendly enough, but pretty slow, considering the place wasn't at all busy. I would say that was the kitchen's doing though, not our server's. Everyone was satisfied with their burgers and pizza. I ordered the beer battered shrimp with bang bang sauce, which was really spicy, just the way I like it. Huge mound of fries. Ordered a pinot noir, and was pleased to learn it was Estancia, a brand I've always enjoyed. The decor is vastly different from what I'd remembered from my last visit. Clean and tasteful, but could use some warming up. I guess I've been spoiled by some of the great places I've been to recently. Nothing really wrong with Hamburg Taproom - just not a lot to get excited about. Working at the new stadium build and am a pizza addict so naturally I'm pleased with a Just Pizza a mile down the road. Just stopped in for a few slices on my lunch break and I was not even going to waste any more of my half hour break questioning the legitimacy of the girl charging me $2.18 for ONE side of blue cheese. I didn't even say anything but I could not believe it. Is this price gouging because of the known surplus of workers in the area or is the company just that blatantly stupid? Hamburg Taproom is a nice place to grab a drink after work. They have a nice outdoor patio space with a large bar and a decent number of tables. There's also an indoor bar and tables. It's probably more of a warm weather stop for us because the patio is what sets it apart. There was a good mix of music playing at a reasonable volume level. I never understand why so many bars have no music playing, it really elevates the atmosphere. The bartender was very pleasant, I did not catch her name but she was doing a great job handling everyone at the bar, especially considering that there were limited taps outside and she had to go inside to get the beer. Does not seem like an efficient setup, but she made it work and was friendly at all times. The food is the same menu you will find at any "Just Pizza" location in the area. Pizza, subs, wings, typical items you would find in a pizzeria so it isn't really a food destination although the pizza we had was good and there were some nice specialty pizza selections. Had a reunion with about 20 ex co workers about 2 o'clock on Saturday. While I was there they had about 7 people during the 4 hours I was there it's a big bar not alot of people in there but at 6 people started to trickle in for dinner. They had a outside bar that had a few people out there also nice big bar I'm impressed but would have to sit and be served to make a discussion about that. The barmaid tried to mix me up something that would be like a white Russian because they didn't have any coffee liquor to make me one we came up with Irish cream, vodka and milk wasn't bad then changed to vodka and ice tea with such a big bar thought I could get my white Russian but no. Some of my group had trouble catching her attention she was very helpful to get us set up some wings and pizza set it up nicely. Wings were good nice and crispy pizza had good sauce and plenty of cheese but too thick for me and every bite I took had to wipe my fingers because it was saucey and greasy but was delicious in flavor. Can't have everything and had plenty of parking . only one more observation! Was there at 2 and the ladies room barely had toliet paper and couple hours later only one had a very little left I think in a bar it should be taken care of when they open up just like stocking up the bar.we will probably be back as a group again hope it's in the summer want to try the outside bar! read more

If you're reading this, don't waste your time with this place. Just go somewhere else Every experience here has been a complete and utter failure. The staff is rude and flat out ignores people. My most recent visit my family attempted to use this location as a place to meet up. I had a tab open for over an hour as I waited for them to arrive. Even though last call had not happened and I was at the bar with an open tab the two other people I was with were not allowed to come inside the building. Other patrons were still being served and we intended on ordering one round before last call which there was still time for. The security guard at one point said one of the two people meeting me could come inside but not the other or I could leave. Last call had not been vocalized by the bar staff and people were still being served. I had an open tab and had been sitting there for close to an entire half of a football game specifically waiting for the two other members of the party to arrive. After giving this place an ample number of chances we will not be coming back. I advise you do the same. read more
