If you are looking for a bar that serves bad to mediocre food, you will likely be okay with this spot. If you are looking for a restaurant, you will likely be very disappointed. My wife, teenage sons, and I stopped in for dinner around 6:00 PM on a Saturday and were one of about four tables in the dining room. The server came to take our drink orders and mid-order turned around and dropped an 'f-bomb' to the bartender a few feet away. Granted, she did say 'sorry' and proceeded to take our order. We ordered the spicy queso, two orders of the gator bites, an order of the spicy spaghetti, and a BBQ quesadilla. As was noted by another reviewer, the queso was a thick red color and neither it nor the spaghetti were 'spicy' despite their descriptions. The two orders of gator bites with fries looked like kid menu servings but both boys said they were good. The spaghetti and quesadilla were comparable to something anyone could make at home. If you live in the Memphis and surrounding areas please don't bother visiting RockHouse Live Collierville. My husband and I went tonight and we sat ourselves and then waited for 10 minutes, which they wasn't very busy at all, before one waitress first came over to the table and said, "the bartender is going to be your waitress". Ok, so a few minutes later the bartender walked by our table and went and sat and started talking to some people sitting behind us, ok so we still sat and waited another 10 minutes and then the first waitress came back by our table and put the menu on the table and said in an VERY unwelcoming tone, "here's our drink and dinner menu" and walked away. At this point, we realized we clearly were NOT welcomed so we took our money and left! We went here a few nights ago. I had seen all the Facebook advertisements and was excited to eat here. I know it has just opened but things were very chaotic. Our waitress was working the bar as well as our table and service was terribly slow. We were given menus but when questions were ask, the waitress wasn't very knowledgeable. I ask for an impossible burger due to being vegan and was told that wasn't on the menu yet. No problem, I got the salad. I will say everyone loved the chicken wings, and my basic salad was good. One member of my party got the butter burger. It was burnt and so salty, he couldn't finish it. Another person got a rice bowl. It was so plain, with mostly wet rice, some chicken and not much else. Very bland. Another got the nachos and wasn't impress with them either. I really wanted to like this place since I live in Collierville and eat out frequently. I was so hopeful that this place would be as good as they advertised. Boy was I wrong! Food was awful and way overpriced for bad bar food. Only 2 waitresses for the entire place so service was extremely slow. Not their fault but they definitely need more servers. $12 margarita came in a plastic cup and tasted like Sprite. Ordered the gator bites as an appetizer and I swear there were about 10 extremely small pieces which were mostly breading served in a white ceramic dish alone. Not enough to cover the bottom of small dish and zero presentation. I actually laughed when it came to the table. I wish I had a picture because you wouldn't believe it unless you saw it. Burgers are average at best. One burger, the appetizer and 2 lousy drinks was over $65. Worst money I ever spent. A few very loud women wearing not much were sitting at the bar extremely drunk and were being so incredibly loud and obnoxious. Bartender seemed to revel in the site. If you EVER decide to go here, please leave your kids at home and thank me later. But the best thing you could do is go to another establishment.
