Okay, I used to frequent this store a long time ago for my incense, I always had a good experience. I have wanted to stop cigarettes, and a few of my employees are into vaping. So I decided to give it a try. Long story short, I felt like my lips were on fire! Yikes! I went back today and spent 40 more for a different set up. This time they didn't even take the time to set it up for me. Now I'm sitting here with I believe a missing part so I call and dude answers phone and keeps telling me my phone is breaking up , so I do the only thing I could do and hang up now in this day of caller ID you can't tell me that he couldn't have called me back if he really really cared about customer service I am not gonna go back into that store I will visit another store and see if maybe they can help me with this issue I think it's really really pissed poor customer service that they've gotten $120 out of me in two days and didn't get dinner or a kiss. This experience sucked..Also A sidenote the big guy who had actually more tats then face kept hitting my rig and it one point he did say oh I do feel the heat now, but when dude came in from outside, they all agreed it was just me. Verrrryyy unsatisfied. I came here on 4/20 with a friend to get her a bong I than got talked into getting a new bong even though I had explained to the worker I've had a bong I love for 3 years that has done me well even though I try to get new ones when I start to get tired of it I always go back to my old one. It hits well and is thick I've dropped it off a table and banged it on the sink. Not one crack. 40 dollars with perks. I told him if I did get a bong I wasn't trying to spend more than 100 than swipes my card not knowing I was paying 118 out the door for a bong that broke in just 2 weeks. The most I've ever payed for a bong. Never fell or anything was just cleaning it and the stem snapped off while I was covering the hole. Mind you I've been smoking for about 10 years from bongs and this has never happened unless I drop or smack it on the sink. I came back in thinking they would work with me and only offered a 30%discount which is the same they offered when I came in the first time.. price high so you can give a "discount". The guy wouldn't even listen to me he wouldn't show me which bongs were sturdier or in what price range they were bc he didn't want to get "blamed" I asked what bong is under 100 with perks he said NONNNNEEEE. Basically just BEWARE THEIR GLASS IS REALLY THIN and they won't work w you. I was hoping at least 50% off a new bong bc I took a loss of 120 for one I used 2 weeks. apparently 50 percent off one bong would have hurt their pockets more than my 120 dollar one I used for 2 weeks hurt mine. I just expected good customer service and got cut off and told that that's what happens to bongs they can't garuntee when I have had 10+ bongs and never had a stem just snap off until two weeks ago to the most expensive one I've ever purchased. read more

I've come here so many times for either body jewelry or my vape supplies. I bought several Vape kits from them and I just recently purchased one and when I brought it home I noticed that the manual and inserts were from another Vape kit brand. I went in to get a replacement part for the Vape I just purchased a few days ago and they didn't carry it. I ended up having to call around different shops and nobody carries it so I don't know why they would sell me something which they don't even carry the replacement pieces for. A few days before Christmas I was clumsy and broke my Nectar collector, but luckily for me I have a wonderful boyfriend who took it upon himself to go to outer limits to find me a NEW shiny fun piece of glass! Of course I wasn't aware of this yet! Christmas Day he gifts me a green silicone nectar collector that comes with a dab tool and a green tray to prop it up on AND what appears to be a 18mm Nectar collector with a titanium And Quartz tip. excitedly I grab a water bottle to fill the percolator part of the nectar collector. as I poured the water in the water filled up and just as quickly emptied itself directly in my lap. On the 26th we went to outer limits to try to see if our leaky nectar collector could be exchanged. Unfortunately I wasn't able to really catch any names but we were "helped" by a larger short haired man who from the get go seemed to be in a "mood" as I explained that the water fell right through he gruffly replied that it was a DRY nectar collector and that he had never heard of a nectar collector having water in it unless it was "really fancy" he pointed to where the percolator was inside the nectar collector and pointed out that it wasn't sealed and to further his point called over a younger coworker who actually said that he didn't know that the nectar collector was supposed to be dry and apologized. I just find it strange that the nectar collector would even have a percolator to begin with if it's supposed be "dry" there are many companies that sell "dab sticks" that do not have any type of filtration or middle part in them at all and that includes the green nectar collector and that makes sense since it's supposed to be more "on the go" truthfully it really just feels like outer limits is selling overpriced BROKEN china glass. Also as a side note I googled "how to use a nectar collector" I'll add those pics it's quite informative! best part is that the image is basically identical to the "DRY" nectar collector outer limits sells. read more

I just recently went in to buy a bong from this shop as i had remembered being inside many years ago. When i went inside it was almost overwhelming the amount of selection they have when it comes to glass, not to mention how helpful the workers were. They greeted us as we walked in and were very helpful considering how indecisive i was on my rig choice. One was named Brandon and i think the other was william? Its been a few days and i can't quite remember but they were both incredibly helpful. I got a rig, a new torch (by recommendation), and my boyfriend also bought a smok vape with some juice he was reccomended, which turned out to be the best tasting juice i've ever had. We were incredibly satisfied and we plan on always coming back here whenever we need something. You definitely won't be dissapointed when you walk inside! Went in about a week ago with a Bong that was broken after coming home from the shop which I bought from them and asked what could be done to fix this. First I was ignored by the store attendant while he was taking care of "business" but no one else was in the store. They told me nothing and all I could do was buy another one for full price. No type of deal was given, the person that helped me didn't help, and I left without buying anything else and will never return.
