This shop is cool. They have a decent selection and prices are not bad. Last time i went was late night,close to closing time. the owner was cool and very helfull. I got a awesome silicone dab rig, a shirt n some other random things. I spent lil over 100. Buck. The dab rig I got unfortunately came with a part missing. It Was not their fault it was missing a piece from the manufacturer it came in a sealed box when I purchased it. So the next morning I brought it back to the shop saying it's missing this part so im screwed.. they explained there's nothing they can do you would have to contact the distributor. And that they're not liable 4 replacing or getting me the missing part. I had even opened it and used the banger bowl it came with on one of my old rigs. So it was opened and used so they really didn't have to do shit! I think the guy's name was Will. Don't quote me on that but way cool dude lots of tattoos. Long story short they didn't have to do anything. But they swap it out with a new one, made sure it had all the pieces and hooked it up for me..n took the old one back.. awesome customer service. This place has all of the things you go to a smoke shop for. The aesthetic, the knowledge and the deals. Packed into a nice little corner shop the floor plan uses the space well and every inch is filled with toys to choose from. The selection isnt just for show, this place stocks just about everything you could need from tiny one hitters to multi perc rigs this place has it. Staffs great too every single employee here knows what they are talking about. Personally I went in to buy a peak pro and not only found it under the normal retail price but was also given a wide range of information on this piece and its competitors. Left without buying anything that day and only ever felt welcomed. Being totally honest you're always gonna be able to find a little bit of a better price online at one of these amazon warehouse-esqe smoke shops online. What youre not getting there is soul and thats one thing the Outer Limits carries in droves. I love this place, I love the people that work here and I love the community they have crafted. Jamal sold me my first vapor pen. Nearly one year ago... back when i knew nothing about vaping. Since then i've completely educated myself about vaping... Gotten a much better mod, only smoke high VG content juices vs. the nasty & highly toxic Propylene Glycol juices ect. But, I always still come to Jamal's shop to get my coils, because he give's me a great deal. I've realized lately, however, since he has hired a young(and very handsome) educated guy. They have totally updated their stock on juices, mods, and many other goodies. Today when I went in they had Unicorn Milk by Boss Reserve... one of my favorites! Also they are carrying some other local brand juices that are very tasty, low priced and 90% VG! Only $10 for a 20 ml bottle... AWSOME! This Head shop is run by 2 absolutely adorable guys-a brother and his brother-in-law. They are extremely customer friendly and will go out of their way to not only educate you, but make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. I appreciate how they always take the time to spend with me whenever I go in and they never try and push a sale. It's the perfect shopping atmosphere! If I don't make a purchase, they never make me feel guilty, ever. In fact, they feel like family because they treat me like their own family! I have to tell you all about my latest experience here, and I have been a customer for at least 10 years. First off, I am very disabled and do not drive. Most times I can't even leave the house. So, this was that day. I called and was told they had a replacement hose for my ancient vaporizer, so, a simple errand I asked my wife to please take care of it. She did! But the hose was about 2 feet too short. (She doesn't know much about these things) She called and the guy said he'd replace it for the same cost. I thought it was pretty pricey but they have to make a living like every one else. So, my wife took it back. They didn't have a longer one so the glued two pieces together, with the appropriate type of glue, of course. Now, I have a hose that will reach from my table to my bed. And I'm in heaven. They have quality glassware and many body cleansing options, very reasonably priced. They don't just sell you a pipe, they can explain the benefits of one to the other. I went in the other day looking for a specific item that I didn't know much about, I ran into Josh and he gave me the budget ballers set up and the dialed in players package explanations and educated me on both and let me decide which option I wanted. They sell you fragile, over priced, cheap glass that breaks easily then claims it's negligence when it breaks, the only negligent thing going on here is your con artist china glass bullshit. They only give a shit about ripping you off for your money and I recommend not going here. Terrible customer services, complete rip off artists, had me literally running in circles to get a refund and didnt help me out. Save your cash and go to a place where they dont try to rip you off. Maybe if you guys quit spending less time trying to pad your reviews with shills and actually had quality product there wouldnt be so many issues with your cheap ass glass. Just moved down here from WA and have visited almost every smoke shop in sacramento looking for the gems. Gotta say I really loved the vibes in here. Josh is very sweet and knowledgeable! Most places I have been to so far are pretty stuck up or just trying to make a quick buck and have no knowledge of their products or origins. But the guys here really know what they I are doing I was greeted as if I had just walked into my head shop back at home. I was forced to make a purchase...why? First time going here! I usually have anxiety going into new places, but it's a very welcoming, friendly environment and I instantly felt comfortable. The owner and one of the employees welcomed me and let me browse around. I had my mind set on a bong with a splash of color, From past purchases at other shops, they usually run around $80-$100. I saw one I loved instantly from the wall of selection. The owner gave me an amazing deal on it and suggested some great accessories, all for $80, and the employee gave me some really good tips on how to keep it safe when travelling. This place is consistently superb. The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable and always lead to what you need. Hector was fantastic and went above and beyond for me to provide great customer service and support. And I made him laugh heartily when I asked for the "AT&T" pipe, which has a bowl that looks just like the AT&T "Death Star" blue and white logo.
