Living here is pretty nice. I like the community activities and the office staff that are usually really sweet. The printing is AMAZING. The only downfall for me in maintenance-it'll take forever with no updates as to what is going on. read more

Apartment complex uses the initial application as a binding lease. An application is not a lease. They bill you for a whole month then force you to move in 2 weeks later, since you didn't make any complaints because you had not moved in, they automatically reference that you accepted an apartment. If you cancel before an apartment is even assigned, they force you into the agreement because you filled out an application. They do not allow you to decline at all. The minute you complete an application, they claim it's a lease and profess that it's binding. Since students do not receive an approval, it's assumed that unless you are rejected, you are approved. There is no separate document called a lease. When you receive a copy of the 'lease', it's attached to the application that was not initially provided and now has a clause at the bottom that states that you agreed to allow the application to be the binding lease, which was not listed in the application, therefore your digital signature on the application is automatically placed on a lease and is required to force you to move in. read more

My granddaughter has lived there since August 2018, the absolutely worse place ever. Her AC has not worked since she moved in, and they want to bill for overage fees for non working AC. Packages delivered, I assume are stolen by office people. Dishwasher is junk. The experience has not been good at all. My grandson starts school next year there and will NOT LIVE HERE. This has been a complete nightmare from day one. Nothing has gotten better, it's only gotten worse. Maintenance is super nice but they're work can only go so far! They are great for clogged drains and air filters but when it comes to molding Sheetrock and holes in your ceiling pouring water, there's only so much they can do. The managers and front desk are NOT helpful. We have emailed the manager multiple times just to be ignored. When you go into the office asking for the manager, he ALWAYS happens to be "in a meeting." Well I hope that meeting is about fixing this place or better yet, closing it down!! There have been countless fights in the parking lots between people that don't even live here. If you hate using your own pool, this is the place for you! Because everyone and their brother and mother are here usually! Which I don't know why because the pools are NASTY! They send texts out saying the pool is closed for cleaning, yet the pools are still DISGUSTING!!!! Just look at the picture! Many people that do not live here come to use the pool as well and blast their own music. The people next door at Town Parc LOVE to break down the fence and come through and use all of our facilities and even tamper with our cars and trash the pools and parking lots! We have had countless flea infestations and we don't even have any animals! Also, pest control is a joke! They've come twice since I've moved in. The air filter has been changed three times (should be done once a month). Our dryer still does not dry clothes in one 60 minute cycle. It usually takes 3-4 hours to dry one load of clothes. And the overages, oh the lovely electricity overages!!!! You get them every month no matter what! And guess what! They're the same amount as your next door neighbor, your neighbor across from you, and your neighbor diagonal from you!!! Hope you like paying for everyone else to comfortable while you sweat to death at night just to try to lower your overages! If you like to be lied to, have your cars broken into, live somewhere that violates health codes, not be able to use your own pool, have the cops running around all hours of the night chasing people down, have random strangers knock on your door all hours of the day or night, have a rude office staff that talks to you like you're below them, pay for mystery bills, walk outside and there be trash EVERYWHERE you look, pay for "upgrades" you'll NEVER see (I'm still waiting for the upgrades the sign at the front gate is talking about, it's been there since I moved in), then THIS is the place for you!!! You'll feel right at home with the lovely staff that really doesn't care about their residents. This place will leave you feeling like "where does my hard earned money go when I pay rent??" Because you'll never see any positive return from this complex. I beg you, do not sign here. Save your time and your money. Please don't fall into the model apartment trap like we did. We regret it every single day as we count down to move out. read more

STAY AWAY! Took me almost 3 months to get an updated rent after almost begging to have what I owed sent to me. Also the study room which is there so students may print out assignments is rarely available and usually unable to print...not to mention that you can't use those amenities after office hours :( long story short, look elsewhere before choosing to live at the grove! Now that The Grove has changed over to The Verge there have been multiple improvements. It is probably not easy to completely flip a property with a bad reputation in a few years but new management is obviously trying. The pool has been kept much cleaner as well as the property. Maintenance orders have started getting completed more quickly as well. The office staff always has a smile on their face ready to help out with anything they can and they are pretty knowledgeable as well so it helps when management is not available to speak. The property itself still has a ways to go, but it is obvious that they are working at improving as much as they can. We love living at The Verge!! read more

I just moved my son into his apartment and the A/C was not working! They promised to fix it and techs have come in and out to work on the unit and its still not working 24hrs later! Spoke to the property manager Mika today and he promised that the unit would be fixed today or a temporary window unit would be put in today....LIAR...Nothing was fixed and no window unit. Now my son and his roommates have to spend another sweltering night in a apartment with no air-conditioning! This is unacceptable and horrible customer service! Had i known it would have been like this I would not have signed a lease with this property! Beware!! read more

Management-Management has been real bad for a while, even after changing management it's still a mess in the front office. Many people get their bills incorrectly monthly, it's hard to get the people upfront to do any changes on the system because they don't have good records of everyone's payment history. It seems every time you are in the office residents are always yelling at the workers in frustration cause of something wrong on their account. Pets- If they really want people to pick up after their pets, they need to have waste baggies in stock. Stations are found empty for long periods of time. Dog park- needs a water faucet to keep dogs hydrated in the hot months. Gates- never work they have tried several times to get them to work. Courtyard- sometimes their are a lot of people over at the fire pit/BBQ area people who don't live there. Trash- they need to have another Ben one is not enough for all residents. A couple of good things about this place is the maintenance people they are great guys, know what they're doing. The front office is starting to have fun events. read more
