It's over 1200 sq feet and window views of the eau Claire river in both bedrooms and living room. King bedroom has 2 sides of window view of river. Queen bedroom has 1 side window view of downtown. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was nice with daily $30 credit with diamond level. Kids loved large screen TVs in all 3 rooms. Free parking for diamond members. Day 1: Visited Oakwood mall to play bowling at Scheels with son then saw oakwood toy train exhibit. Afterwards my son played claw machine at claw Kraze. Day 2: Visited 4treasures indoor playground with kids and loved the ball pit, ninja course, and arcade room. The Lismore had maker fair at their convention halls next door. My son got a 67 fidget keychain. Then we visited children museum of Eau Claire. Afterwards, we decided to see Christmas lights at Christmas village at Irvine park in Chippewa falls. Day 3: Last day so we revisited 4adventures and also oakwood mall for some bubble tea and more fun with claw machine at Claw Kraze.

I'm pretty disgusted by how unclean the room was this time. We've been staying here for two-four nights every other month and this place just keeps getting dirtier. One positive thing was the woman working during the Sunday breakfast was so nice. Totally on top of things, great customer service skills, very pleasant. The in-between stuff: 1. Pool was small and heavily chlorinated. 2. Breakfast bar was ok, the staff were nice, but food was just meh. The bad stuff: 1. The housekeeping staff never vacuumed, made our beds, or changed our linen the entire stay. 2. I had to exchange towels almost everyday, or ask the front desk to have them replaced. 3. The bathroom smelled moldy and was dirty (see photos). 4. The room was two queen beds and small. The window would not open and the room airflow was not good. 5. Over the weekend, it was pretty noisy, with kids running around yelling. Overall, I removed one star for the lack of housekeeping, one star for the dirty bathroom and one star for the overall "meh" experience (stay). I realize that the Best Western Hotels are independently owned, but this hotel was not up to standard, so for the price I paid, I was not impressed. They can and should do better!

They then became rude and combatitive - and now I am having to make multiple calls to Bonvoy to straighten out, and call CC company to object to charges!!! UPDATE : Still NOT settled and staff claiming they offered to cancel and allow re-booking last night, to get points room, but stating "guest refused." - going to the extreme of blaming the customer!!
