Not far away even in the balcony

Love the intimacy of this venue. I've seen multiple bands, Small Town Murder live shows, El Monstero, and the like here. It's the perfect number of seats. Not too big; not too small. The view from any seat is great. Even in the "nosebleeds," you're not far from the stage. The sound is outstanding. The staff are always friendly. Even when getting busted sneaking liquor in, they were so nice, LOL! Bathrooms are clean and plentiful. The bar? Expensive. I mean, expect to pay concert venue prices. Just club soda is even $4. They will, however, let you bring food in or even order food to the venue. Parking can be tricky along Delmar. There is a parking lot behind the venue that I recommend. Love this place for concerts and absolutely recommend seeing a show here.

Nice venue, great for smaller concerts, plenty of seating and great views for every seat in the house. The event staff working were amazing, willing to help you find your seats, and answer any questions. Getting through security was quick and easy. They do have a bar for drink purchases, and didn't have a restriction on brining outside food in.

Demola in concert. Great violinist! This was my first time at this venue and I really liked it. I had great floor second row seats but there actually is not a bad seat in the building since it's a small and intimate venue. Outside seating available with a halo bar that was not open for this concert . Bar on the inside was open and staff were friendly , speedy check in, security system is in effect which is always a good thing. Drinks were priced reasonable yay. Free parking in the bar fyi. Sound and lighting were great . I will definitely check for more concerts here. Located in the Delmar Loop there is plenty of eateries and venues to entertain you before and or afterwards.

The service at the bar is great. The vibe is extremely small and intimate compared to massive arenas and amphitheaters. Plus they allow you to bring in whatever food you want, which is amazing. So I got to peacefully enjoy Johnny Swim with some Session Taco with my husband and friends. It was such an amazing night.

Came for the Johnnyswim show. Arrived a few minutes after the doors opened and security was well organized, thorough but quick. Quite a few seats still available and we chose some chairs on the 3rd tier. Great seats but they also have bar stools on the other side and when someone sat there made it difficult to see. They have a lot of seating but I would rather some of the bar stools were removed as it is so easy to be blocked by someone sitting on the other side. Drinks were not too expensive and they had free water cups by the drinking fountains. Acoustics are just so nice in The Pageant and no complaints about the concert, sound, etc. parking was easy in the free lot behind as well. One of my favorite places for a concert in St. Louis!

We went here for the very first time to see JOHNNYSWIM and whoa! We adored this place! The sound was incredible! I loved where we were sitting; perfect seats for viewing the concert and! Right in front of the bar for easy access to drinks! Bathrooms were close and it was cozy and intimate vibes! Also! A plus was that they serve THC microdose seltzers which is right up my husband and my alley- trying to drink alcohol less so this was a PERFECT option. YES! We will be back for Allen Stone in Dec!

Perfect venue for an event! I've been to 2 St. Louis County Library events here recently (Rachel Maddow and RuPaul) and even if you're sitting in the balcony, it feels like you are close to the stage. Didn't really eat here as it's an event space but it was well staffed and security was visible. We were able to find street parking and so avoided pricey lots. Just a great evening!

I had not been to the Pageant in years but it was just a nice as it was last time I went, I will continue to going to the concert venue when someone I like it coming, this time it was an R and B singing group and they did not disappoint, the Pageant was the perfect place for them to come, it was called an Intimate night with Jagged Edge and the Pageant to me is an intimate venue, it's upstairs and downstairs seating, there is not a bad seat in this venue. Food is not served in the venue, however you are permitted to bring in outside and I love that. There is a fullbar that was bust busy busy but those bartenders were knocking the lines down quickly. I will definitely go to the Pageant again and again and again.

Place is updated and reminds me of the factory. Great live music. Everyone at the bar was super nice. Not sure they had food but good spot for Friday music on delmar loop. This was my first time being here.

Fun place for a concert! This was my second time seeing a show at the pageant and last time it was all GA which is what I thought it was this time but they actually had tables and chairs. It's much smaller than many other venues and you get a pretty good view wherever you are. I will say it's a little dated and I think if they were to update it a little it would make a huge difference. Drinks are on the smaller side compared to other venues but they were good and they check your id on your way in so you can get a stamp and not have to get carded again. I really like when venues do this or wrist bands because it makes things go much faster when ordering drinks. Parking was free and easy in the lot behind the venue. I definitely want to make this a yearly occurrence since el monstero plays here every year!

Delmar Hall is what I've always thought of as the Pageant's little sibling. I hadn't gone until recently to see the always wonderful Jon McLaughlin. When you walk into Delmar Hall you enter into a moderately sized bar. Maybe 30 people could mill about comfortably. They had a good selection of mixed drinks and beers. The show I attended was rather lightly attended, so there was no issue getting a drink before the show or at intermission. The hall itself is long and narrow. It is sloped downward, so that if you are at the back you still have no problem seeing the stage. The room can have folding chairs laid out and this is the case for the show we saw. Most of the time though I'd expect it to be standing room only. This is something to be aware of as I could imagine this being a deal breaker for some older concert goers or anyone with a physical impairment. I though that the sound quality was good and overall it had a nice intimate feel.

I was disappointed that when we went to the table at the top of the stairs to check in, we were told that since my daughter was under 21, there was a $2 CASH upcharge for her. I now see that's listed on their website (I didn't purchase the tickets). After making it through security (which was tougher than going through TSA), we made it down to the venue. The opener was already performing. We found our spot to stand for the evening. We were right up by the stage. The venue is very intimate. When the show was over, we were hoping to get a picture with the artist as he had been selling merch at the table when we arrived. The security guard announced that the venue was closing in 5 minutes. He then looked at my daughter (with the 2 huge permanent marker Xs on her hands and loudly said "you have to leave NOW!" We were dumbfounded. She was one of only 3 under 21 folks in attendance. What if we wanted to purchase a shirt, CD or sticker from the artist? We were just about to order the toasted ravioli which are locally noteworthy here. Except that in the introduction and telling about the place, our waitress informed us that Blueberry Hill is also owned by the same people who own Pin Up Bowl across the street. We had been there earlier in the week for a work party and the toasted ravioli there are the same ones that arrive by the same delivery here. So we skipped those. We ordered drinks and found some nice options. I had a tin of a local light beer and that was quite tasty. Looking for something different, we went with the fried cheese balls. Sadly, not that great. Battered and fried, they were not very flavorful and no sharpness to the cheese. Peel off the batter and they look like just the same cheese cubes you can get at the supermarket. So I'd say skip these too. Otherwise, Blueberry Hill is cool. The memorabilia on the walls, the fun games in the next room and don't skip the Duck Room. It's a neat place and maybe on my next visit, something more substantial to eat with our drinks. [Review 439 of 2026 - 508 in Missouri - 25622 overall]

Blueberry Hill is locally iconic to the point that the place feels borderline touristy on a busy weekend afternoon. However, if you come in the evening during the week, it's much quieter and low-key, and I prefer that vibe. After you order, if it isn't too busy, try to spend a few minutes looking at the walls of photos of celebrities who have visited Blueberry Hill. The space is a bit dark with rich sage, brass, and terracotta. There are several hanging plants making it an inviting place. The bar has plenty of comfortable seating and cozy tables if you decide to bring some friends. Caleb was our server during our visit. He was an absolute delight. He made excellent cocktail suggestions. He looked after our group without being overly doting. Just a gem of a human. We tried approximately 9 cocktails during our visit. Did I mention we were at brunch! I highly recommend the peach bite and the Side Car. Every cocktail is thoughtfully made and well executed. They offer a small brunch menu along with the regular menu. I usually always get chilaquiles when they are available. But today the ruby trout and grits sounded perfect. This dish was amazing!! The trout was thin with crispy skin. The grits were creamy and delicious. The dish is topped with a house made radish pico and salsa macha. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich that was paired with the crispiest breakfast potatoes I've ever had. The burger and fries are also a good option. The seasoning on the fries is next level. The brunch menu has a sticky toffee roll that is a perfect size for sharing or not. Salty sweet fork tender cinnamon roll. Lastly, the deviled eggs were a group favorite. I am a big fan of Passenger Chili Crisp. If you are unfamiliar please look them up! It's hands down the best chili crisp I've ever had. It's locally made here in STL and can also be found in several dishes at restaurants around town. The eggs were creamy with the right amount of tang from the mustard. The chili crisp made these deviled eggs easily top five best I've ever had! Planning to stop in again soon for happy hour with more friends
