I was really excited to try Bel Air Social with a group of ladies for coffee and brunch on a weekday and they did not disappoint. I was able to park across the street in the Bank of America underground parking garage (just ask for your parking validation sticker when you pay for your food). The retro style of the signage is adorable! There were multiple seating areas indoors and outside on the patio. I definitely want to return on a day that is cool enough to sit outside. We were able to choose from several different food and drink options (like a mini upscale food court). I got a cold brew Americano with gluten-free syrup. There was also a fancy crepe place open and a bar. There was plenty of seating for our group and we really enjoyed the classy location.

My husband and I stopped in for a drink before the Red Lantern Festival and we really loved the vibe of this place. We sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive and we both really enjoyed our drinks. We also really loved the wall paper in the bathroom (lol). Can't wait to check out this place during the day time

Fun, fresh atmosphere for a casual pizza, burger, or a drink. You order everything at the bar, and it comes out pretty fast. The City Foundry vibes with the food court style. We got the truffle fries and Sicilian-style margarita pizza. Both pretty decent. I'd love to come back on a cool weekend night to enjoy their cozy-looking patio, and maybe some gelato too.

We had such a great first visit to Bel Air Social! Located next to Indigo Hotel, this space offers a lounge area, bar, coffee shop, crepes and soon to be a pizza and burger place. They have a HUGE outdoor patio with tables, swing chairs, and outdoor games. A portion of the patio is covered and connected to a gelato shop! The best part, the entire place is dog friendly! The staff was so sweet. We had a great a bartender! Even the director of sales came over to say hello and give Kylie some treats!

Cool vibe, cool concept. Walk around and check out all the vendors, then order food and drinks at the bar, they'll give you a number stand and go sit down with your drink. They'll then bring food as it is ready. Pay at bar on your way out. Pizza place, burger place, coffee bar, and crepe stand. Do it!

Such an awesome space for.... anything! Groups, Happy Hour, Casual pop-in. The space reminds you of a small food hall in the way that the Coffee counter, Bar and Food Kitchens are set up. In addition to the ample outdoor seating, there's plenty of seating options inside including couch spaces, long tables, bar tops, etc. Take your pic. Staff was super friendly and helpful which was a plus! The fries on the Loaded Fries were tasty, but could have used another 30 sec in the fryer for some crispness.

I'd been excited to check out Bel Air Social ever since it opened inside the revamped Hotel Indigo in the Central West End. The place is really spacious and has a huge layout and cool nods to history. They offer wood-fired pizzas and the cocktail list has some creative options. Where it fell short: The fire pit wasn't working yet, which was a bummer. It looked like it could've been the star of the outdoor vibe. Service was slow as they only have one bartender. The venue itself has so much potential, but the execution during my visit was lacking.

Really nice addition to the CWE! The patio is very nice and well decorated. I had a N.A. drink from the outside bar. There was a jazz band playing. Really nice atmosphere and vibe. The fire pit wasn't working. Hopefully that's been fixed! We will be back. We had Pizzavia to eat.

Would have gave it 5 stars but the waiter never gave me my debit card back after charging me so I had to go all the way back. Excellent customer service. Atmosphere was definitely welcoming. Drink was even better.

    The outside patio.

The bouncer was super nice and he actually walked me all the way in. our waitress was also very nice and attentive. It was not busy when we were there and we had reservations for a group of six, which is apparently the most you can have on a reservation. We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday and everyone got a variety of drinks from the cocktail menu. I got their version of the whiskey sour with the cherry froth on top and it was so good. The waitress said it is the most popular and I can see why I really enjoyed it and would've ordered more if it wasn't so expensive for one drink the table, got a variety of the small bites such as the cheese and the Barada. They also got some bread which looked awesome. I did not try personally, but it looked very impressive. the atmosphere is dark and mysterious. It smelled good and felt fancy. The decor is very tasteful and makes you feel like you are truly in a speakeasy. The location is outstanding with it being near the foundry. If you're looking for a place to grab a drink, this is definitely a fun stop however, don't expect a full meal. Overall would be back!

We showed up without a reservation, which I wouldn't necessarily recommend. We were initially told the wait would probably be around an hour and a half, so reservations are definitely a good idea. Somehow, we got super lucky and received a text that they were ready for us only about 10 or 15 minutes later. We ended up sitting at the bar, which honestly made the experience even better. If you enjoy watching bartenders work their magic, I highly recommend sitting there if you get the chance. The cocktails here are unlike anything we've had before, and it was so much fun watching all the different drinks being made and seeing the creativity that goes into each one. Our bartender, John, was amazing. He was incredibly personable, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely enjoyable to talk to throughout the evening. Between the two of us, we tried four cocktails. I started with the Linea Uno and asked John if he could make it less bitter after the woman sitting next to me mentioned that was an option. It was delicious, although I apparently didn't pay enough attention to the menu when ordering because it was tequila-based, and tequila normally isn't my first choice. The Trade Winds was one of the coolest drinks of the night, made with clarified rum, apricot, and coconut and topped with mango air. The mango air literally looked like bubbles but smelled like mango. Such a unique presentation, and the drink itself was really enjoyable. My husband tried the New York Whiskey Sour, made with clarified whiskey, yuzu, tart cherry, and black lime cordial with a red wine foam. Again, the presentation was beautiful, and it tasted just as good as it looked. My personal favorite was Ankra's Passion Fruit Martini, made with vodka, vanilla, passion fruit, lime, and bubbles. It came with a small glass of champagne on the side, which was a really nice touch. John mentioned that I could drink the champagne separately or add it to the martini as I went. I ended up pouring some into the cocktail, and for me, it balanced out the sweetness of the passion fruit perfectly. The entire speakeasy experience was just fun, from trying to find the entrance to making our way inside and finally settling in at the bar. We took plenty of pictures and videos along the way, but I'm intentionally not posting most of them because I don't want to ruin the surprise for anyone visiting for the first time. I will share a picture of the red light you need to look for at The Foundry since we initially had a little trouble figuring out where to go, along with some photos of our drinks. The rest of the journey inside is something I think you should experience for yourself. Creative cocktails, beautiful presentations, a genuinely fun atmosphere, and fantastic service from John made this an easy five-star experience for us. If you're visiting The Foundry and enjoy unique cocktails and hidden speakeasies, None of the Above is absolutely worth finding. Just learn from us and make a reservation. We got very lucky!

I'm disappointed that it took me so long to make my way here. They won me over with the tiny dedicated parking lot. At my big age, difficult parking situations are a turn off and I will go home if I can't get reasonable parking. I was able to snag a space in the lot and headed in. The space is a bit dark with rich sage, brass, and terracotta. There are several hanging plants making it an inviting place. The bar has plenty of comfortable seating and cozy tables if you decide to bring some friends. Caleb was our server during our visit. He was an absolute delight. He made excellent cocktail suggestions. He looked after our group without being overly doting. Just a gem of a human. We tried approximately 9 cocktails during our visit. Did I mention we were at brunch! I highly recommend the peach bite and the Side Car. Every cocktail is thoughtfully made and well executed. They offer a small brunch menu along with the regular menu. I usually always get chilaquiles when they are available. But today the ruby trout and grits sounded perfect. This dish was amazing!! The trout was thin with crispy skin. The grits were creamy and delicious. The dish is topped with a house made radish pico and salsa macha. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich that was paired with the crispiest breakfast potatoes I've ever had. The burger and fries are also a good option. The seasoning on the fries is next level. The brunch menu has a sticky toffee roll that is a perfect size for sharing or not. Salty sweet fork tender cinnamon roll. Lastly, the deviled eggs were a group favorite. I am a big fan of Passenger Chili Crisp. If you are unfamiliar please look them up! It's hands down the best chili crisp I've ever had. It's locally made here in STL and can also be found in several dishes at restaurants around town. The eggs were creamy with the right amount of tang from the mustard. The chili crisp made these deviled eggs easily top five best I've ever had! Planning to stop in again soon for happy hour with more friends

Hidden Gems in St. Louis -- and darling, the name is not exaggerating…read more I had the absolute pleasure of attending a birthday celebration here and let me tell you... this place is a vibe, a moment, and a whole sparkling experience. The space is intimate, stylish, and perfectly appointed -- the kind of place that feels like you've stumbled into a secret little jewel box in the city. It's cozy in the best possible way, with an atmosphere that invites laughter, celebration, and maybe just a little fabulous mischief. The bartenders? Absolute pros. Warm, welcoming, and clearly masters of their craft. Naturally, I ordered my classic gin and tonic, and it was perfection in a glass -- crisp, balanced, and exactly what a proper G&T should be. I heard from the birthday boy and his wonderful wife that the owners were incredibly accommodating, and you could feel that hospitality throughout the entire evening. Everything felt effortless and welcoming -- the kind of place where people clearly care about creating a great night. And then... the party truly began. We had drag queens serving glamour and joy, music, laughter echoing through the room, and pizza delivered from the birthday boy's favorite local pizza spot that honestly deserves its own standing ovation. If you want to know where that pizza came from, drop a comment -- because it was outrageously good. By the end of the night I couldn't stop thinking: this place really is a Hidden Gem. A perfect little pocket of St. Louis where good drinks, great people, and a bit of fabulous chaos come together. Sparkle-tastic. Gem-tastic. Pure joy. The restaurant itself is quite small and is located on the other side of Yellow Belly. The entrance has minimal space that looks to be able to accommodate 4 or 6 people if you're waiting for a table. Inside, the spacing is fairly decent for being a smaller location. I didn't feel too crammed dining and the 2-seater table was of normal size so there was enough room. We were seated right by the entrance with a curtain separating the area. True to its name, a Tiger statue sits at the entrance which is decorated in tropical manner. The theme continues within the restaurant. Lazy Tiger has a happy hour which if I remember correctly, ended at 6:30. Their cocktails are $12 during happy hour (rather than $14) and they have a selection of snack type items which you could have as appetizers if you'd like. We both got a cocktail. My husband had the human costume (gin, amaro, blanc vermouth, melon, gnartruese, malic acid) and I had the humble brag (gin, rhum, salted banana, forbidden rice, coconut, lemon). Both were refreshing and different but in a good and surprising way. We started with the nachos from the happy hour menu and added some pork belly per our writer's recommendation. I love pork belly anything anyway. The nacho was a huge serving! And it was very tasty with a good amount of crispy pork belly peppered throughout. I had the Morrocan spiced halibut served with couscous, asparagus, Spanish chorizo, tomatoes, pistachio dukkah. Halibut was well seasoned and prepared perfectly. We also shared an order of the vegetable fried rice and added some spam because I am a sucker for spam fried rice. It came with some chili crisps which brought the dish to another level. My husband had the tamales which he thoroughly enjoyed. I didn't get to try some but it looked fantastic. We ended up taking home the rest of my meal and the rest of the fried rice which have been devoured over the weekend. Service was fantastic. I love the vibe, I love the food!
