The prices are average, not over-priced, and the staff is absolutely excellent at helping you find the best tools for you! I was looking at paints one day, not really sure what brands were the best or worst, and as I was going to check out, the lovely older gentleman of the staff actually helped me find a type of paint that was cheaper than what I had picked out yet would still work perfectly for what I wanted.
