We lived in the Palatine for 6 years and loved it. A great location with good amenities and maintenance. Unfortunately, the management is rather difficult to get in contact with and has been withholding the security deposit despite a clean move-out inspection and we may have to take legal action. If you live here, be sure to have all your paperwork ready because you can't expect the office to be diligent in its own work. read more

I've lived at the Palatine for several years. The management/leasing manager changes pretty much every year but all of them have kept the building and the community in great shape so I never had a complaint, until the current leasing manager and her team arrived. Don't be fooled by these 5 star reviews, the manager is notorious for hassling everyone in the building to leave 5 star reviews. You attend the building event, she's there to ask for it. You see a charge that shouldn't be on your account, she'll say leave a 5 star review and we'll take it off. It's so unprofessional and awkward. We had consistent and reliable front desk concierges that all of us love: Tim (morning shift) and Jabril (evening shift). Tim has recently retired but even before he retired, we started noticing inconsistencies with concierges. Pretty much every other day, someone different is sitting at the front desk, some couldn't even care to open the door let alone answer a simple question without an attitude. It's almost like I'm bothering them from sitting on their phone in their living room. Sometimes there's straight up no one at the front desk for extended amount of times. Thankfully, Jabril is still with us but we have also noticed his hours has been reduced or we don't see him not as often. We see more trash, debris, dust and overall poor maintained shared spaces and hallways ALL THE TIME. I swear we used to see cleaners more often than now. The elevators, carpets, gym, even the coffee station area are just always dirty. Considering its Spring, you'd think at least the vacuuming would be consistent, but no. Also, if your apartment faces Meridian (next door apartment), best believe you're going to hear garbage trucks beeping and dumping for an hour straight pretty much EVERYDAY starting at 6:30-7am and then more later in the day because the trash pickup/loading dock for Meridian also faces the same direction so you'll hear it from theirs too. Her whole team will shamelessly lie to your face and say they're planning to work on it but then several months will go by with no improvements. In the several years we've been with Palatine, we had only paid amenity fees once when we moved in. But this recent year, they made us pay amenity fees again, I believe was something like $500, when we renewed our lease. Mind you, all the services and the shared spaces have gone down hill so idk what the fee is even for. The "renovated" gym was a downgrade echoed by many residents. The printer now can only print up to 10 pages or something per unit. The apartments are spacious and the maintenance team is very attentive and helpful. This isn't an apartment with nothing but 5 star reviews, rainbow and sunshine. Beware. read more

I really wanted to love this building but woof- I will start with the bad and end with the good in this review. This review is also in comparison for what you pay to live here and what you actually get for a "luxury" building. Whatever you do- DO NOT live in an apartment on the street side of N. Troy. The condos across the street have been jackhammering all day since OCTOBER 2024 and it's continuous. If you want any peace inside your apartment you will not find it here on the street side. When the jackhammering isn't going (on weekends and after 5pm and it starts at 9am M-F), you have car alarms and honking from big rig trucks by the prison. The windows in these apartments are paper thin. MAJOR fail on the management of the apartment for not even alerting residents to the insane amount of noise that would be coming from the project of the condos across the street (which is apparently to jackhammer all day every day in the garage). No end in site for this jackhammering either and it's obnoxious. Not to mention I don't have a traditional work schedule and this building, including the proximity to the jackhammering, makes it near impossible to ever get rest/sleep. And it's extremely irritating to listen to the jackhammering all day long. A few months ago they did a gym "renovation upgrade." This might be the only upgrade in history that actually down graded the equipment. The treadmills seen below are that of Wish or Temu quality. Those are not giants on the treadmills, they are miniature treadmills. These things are legit tiny, narrow, and unstable (shake back and forth when you try to run). They are not conducive for actually getting a good running workout on them. They got rid of the leg press machine- which is like everyone's fave machine in gyms. Why would they get rid of it? They also got rid of the curved curl bars which I was also sad to see go. They did get a stair stepper (in the same miniature model as the treadmill) and some weird "mirror" thing that plays workouts. I'm sure someone got a kick back for them buying this thing as I've never seen anyone use it and you have to create an account to use it. They also got a new cable machine but also in the same miniature model as the rest of the "new" equipment. The bathroom randomly smells like sewage which leaks into the bedroom or kitchen. These apartments seem to have mold issues- likely bc of terrible ventilation and weather stripping of the windows. Leasing office staff basically acts like you are bothering them anytime you have to go into the office. I dread it. They are dismissive and short. The door is always closed and ppl hardly acknowledge you when you go in. You have to be like "hiiiiii can someone help me?" And even then depending who is in there you may still be ignored. There is a nice blonde girl that sits in the "middle" room by the kitchen that is usually the 1st person you see and if she is there she tries to be helpful. Now for the Pros: -The gym is always very clean -The maintenance staff is TOP NOTCH and VERY QUICK to respond to issues. They are always professional and friendly (shout out to Jorge). -Tim and Jabrill at the front desk are also the best! -there is a small pool on the roof with nice views -there is a coffee machine in the lobby but gets "turned off" around 2pm. I would suggest letting ppl have coffee all day since not everyone is on the same schedule. -the building does do "fun" things once a month at all different times (smoothies, breakfast, flower class for Valentine's Day coming up) -space in apartments is good and actually usable space -never seen a bug in the building Overall- I think this place is ok if you don't live on the street side (Troy Street). And you lower your expectations of what "luxury" means bc this building is not a "luxury" apartment complex. read more

Concierge service is great. The staff is welcoming and always greets us when we come and go. Tim works on weekdays in the daytime and always says hello, answers questions about the community, and resolves any apartment problems we have timely. He goes out of his way to make each resident feel like a priority and really makes this community feel like a great place to live Maintenance - Friendly, Maintenance has always been responsive depending on the service request. I consider myself handy so usually don't have to rely on maintenance but Jorge and his team are friendly and feel safe when they're in the apartment. Even seeing them in the hallways, they're always saying hello, makes it feel homey. Only had one issue with our first-floor apartment flooding from the 6th floor, but we identified it early and were able to notify them. They took appropriate steps removed the water and fixed the carpet in a timely manner which was done well. Pool - Good location (rooftop pool), similar to other complexes in the area. Bit quieter and occasional Kids. There were closed/limited hours for the first month due to lifeguard staffing shortages. Was really going to cut management a break with the whole recovering from covid etc. But after talking to other people at the pool, hear it's a reoccurring issue. Losing 1/3 of the time between MDW & LDW hugely decreases this amenity. Gym- Wish I could say more but haven't used this much. Does have a very large selection of equipment. Zen Garden - This in addition to the pool comments another main reason I would consider living somewhere else. The grills are a great idea- they are open all year round and maintenance comes out to clean them every day. The problem is no one is ever using them. In the summer months, there are so many ants in the Zen garden. We notified management multiple times and they tried to hire a terminator company which didn't do anything. I've heard others complain about the same "Bug/Zen Garden" overall good concept but the bug problem needs to be fixed before residents can use this amenity. First-floor apartment - the bug problem from the zen garden really impacted the use of our private outdoor space on the first floor. We were very excited to have the extended balcony/patio area for the summer months and specifically selected this unit for the additional outdoor space, but the ant problem was so bad we never used it. Again, we notified management of this. They made an effort to bring in an exterminator service to our apartment balcony and patio but it was unsuccessful. We ultimately were not able to use the outdoor space this summer as we hoped to. It seems like all other first-floor residents had a similar issue as no one was out on their balcony/patio areas throughout the summer. Fetch packaging is not good - Delivery times are usually at least 8-10 hours after your package is delivered. Very inconvenient when you already pay for services like amazon for same-day/overnight delivery. Every company is speeding up delivery to 1-2 days and this service increases it usually another full day. I can see Fetch being very convenient for city townhomes when you need to schedule delivery or don't want packages left outside your door, but most residents have Fetch leave their packages at their door. read more

We really wanted to live here, to the point when I saw a lower price on a unit I jumped to make a appointment to come tour as soon as possible. I arrived for my appointment and had to wait 15 minutes to be seen, which was fine because I was waiting for my boyfriend to join us. The lady conducting the tour was disengaging, yawned the whole time, and seemed like she literally would rather be anywhere else. This was a bit odd as most of these people at other communities were engaging and were really trying to sell the place- this lady was the complete opposite. She was more ready for a nap then to have us live there. We go tour a unit which is way bigger then a unit we would live in but she did mention one unit that was both expansive and in our price range. We left the tour giddy with excitement to sign here and planned to apply that night. The rate she quoted was for a 15 month term and their website did not have above a 13 month lease term anywhere so we were genuinely confused. Of course there office was closed so we had to wait 12 hours to apply. When I called the next morning another women told me I had to apply then quote the price they gave me and they would honor it but "beware we have current residents wanting to lease it". Long story short, we lost the apartment to the residents they most likely tipped off. It's a bit hard to apply for an apartment when I have a full time job that I can not exactly dip out to apply for a lease. If the website honored the prices/lease terms they quote in person, I could have simply applied online the night before and happily been moving in. I guess evident from my first interaction with staff, they don't want or particularly need your business. read more

Olivia my leasing agent was my main point of contact as she really sold the value of the apartment home and its amenities! Maggie another leasing agent also assisted me in my moving in process and made me feel happy I chose The Palatine as my new home! Aaron the evening concierge made sure I was okay and took great care of me as I moved my furniture in from the loading dock. And Tim, the daytime concierge is always friendly, professional and most accommodating. I stayed at the Palatine for 3 years in two apartment units and I have nothing bad to say about living here. Tim is always friendly and extra helpful, and after I moved abroad I had to get references from Harry, the property manager, and the entire team has been nothing but cooperative. Plus, actually staying at the Palatine itself was great. I had maintenance issues here and there but the staff were always happy to sort things out, and I never had to ask twice or complain about anything. read more

I do not recommend living here if you work from home/need to sleep during the day and your unit faces 13th street. I recently started working from home and the community noise is extremely annoying and disruptive: back-up alarms from all the recycling and garbage trucks servicing the entire neighborhood, gas-powered leaf blowers from all the maintenance crews in the area, road work and other landscaping equipment noise. It's literally a daily annoyance Mon-Fri happening in the mornings and afternoons. There's even back-up alarm noise on Saturday mornings! read more

We got a tour Sunday morning and a couple of things happened that we thought were unprofessional and could be reflective of poor management: 1. The leasing professional that showed us around was late by 15 minutes for the appointment and the whole time we were waiting we have no idea what would be the ETA. We were about to leave before she finally came out. 2. We wanted to see one of the apartment layouts but none of that layout was available, which is fine. I wanted to know which direction the windows of the apartment faced but the lady was not sure. She eventually brought us to the door of an apartment and said this would be the apartment layout I want. However, that apartment's location and other structural feature of the building makes it unlikely it'll look like the layout on paper. Then the lady said "Yeah you are right, mmmm, I don't know." 3. She hurried through the showing, maybe because she wanted to take off for her day or she was 15 minutes late to start the showing and she had other appointments. We decided not to lease here. If you want to live in a peaceful, quiet, clean environment with kind, respectful neighbors - DON'T LIVE HERE! I've lived in the Palatine for 3 years and stayed as long as I have only as a convenience during Covid. I'll start out saying the location and interior of the apartments are nice and will cloud your overall judgement to make you want to live here. I first lived in a one bedroom facing the courtyard, which provided zero privacy since all the balcony's are tight and touching. It also was an echo chamber and you could hear everything outside all the time, which was especially frustrating when people threw parties at the courtyard. During Covid I moved into a two bedroom to get more space and ended up facing the street so now all I hear are screaming kids and inmates along with constant horn honking and construction. That's something you can get used to and have to except moving to this building, but what is unacceptable is the paper thin walls and poor quality of the building. In addition to the outside noise, my neighbors are beyond loud and disrespectful literally all the time. My bed has no choice but to face the connecting neighbors wall and they slam doors constantly, blast their radio and scream and yell daily. Every day I can hear my neighbors upstairs drop pins, that's how thin the ceiling lining is - in every single room! They must also have a dog and are dropping things and stomping around loudly all day and night, I don't understand how people can be this loud but they are and it's impacting my wellbeing. It's impossible to sleep or relax in this place. I wish I was exaggerating. Many of my hallway neighbors also don't follow simple rules and constantly use the hallway as a storage/trash, putting their dirty shoes out and water bottles out for days on end. It's not comfortable walking home to that daily and especially humiliating when you want to have visitors. They will also put their recycle in the trash room because they're too disrespectful and lazy to take it to the recycle room. No matter how many times I've complained and expressed my concerns to management, nothing has changed. There's also been little things like every year management saying my renters insurance is expiring when it's not and I have to go out of my way to show the. There have also been many times when management accidentally emailed my email with private information meant for others, which is just odd and annoying. Overall just unprofessional and unaccommodating. Lastly, of course the price is an absolute rip off for what you're getting, but that's to be expected in the DMV area. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live. read more

Living at The Palatine has been a dream come true. Absolutely everything I had been looking for in a living arrangement. Not only is it in the perfect location (next to entrances to all major highways), but the accommodations are incredible. Every maintenance issue I've had has been resolved within 24 hours, sometimes within an hour. The pool is awesome to use during the summer and the resident events that they host are always great. The Palatine Apartments are one of the best apartments in Arlington. I've lived here for three years, and the only reason I moved was to move in with my boyfriend. I LOVED living here, and here are some reasons why: - The staff (concierge, maintenance, leasing office, etc.) are amazing and always available to help. Some members of the leasing office are slow to respond, but Peter, the Property Manager, goes above and beyond and responds to any issues quickly. - The actual apartment units have large layouts and are well insulated against noise. I never lived in an apartment complex where I barely heard my neighbors. - The amenities are really nice, such as the fitness center which they just upgraded to include a rowing machine, a Peloton bike and new ellipticals. - The location couldn't get better. It's a 5 minute walk to the Courthouse metro station (Orange and Silver lines) and walking distance to bars, restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment is also a few minutes walk from the Xfinity store, so you don't have to bother with customer service over the phone. - The complex is really safe, with a police station nearby. There are a few cons, though: - No guest parking. When I moved in, there were 5 guest spots in the parking garage but they removed those spots after a few months. It can be hard for guests to find a parking spot at night or over the weekends. - Some units face other buildings, so you can be looking directly into someone else's apartment or office cubicle. - The other units have a nice view but are in direct sunlight, causing high electricity bills in the summer. My roommate and I kept our AC at 72 during the night and 78 during the day while we were at work, and still had at least a $100 bill each month during the summer. I've been living here for close to 4 years and I've noticed a lot of changes. Some good and some terrible. The current management seems to be the best and most competent we've had to date. There were definitely some transition pains but it seems the ship has been righted. The front desk and building management are great to work with and very attentive to our needs as residents. When I moved in, it was a great place to live - quiet and close to a ton of things. While the proximity has not changed, the enjoyable experience of being a resident here has taken a 180. The building feels more like an upscale frat house than a luxury apartment. Over the past year we've had to deal inconsiderate residents shouting from the balconies until 3-4 a.m. on weekdays and guests parking in reserved resident spaces to the point where it feels like the norm. I feel terrible for the residents with small children. Sure, there are policies against such inconsiderate and stupid behavior, but it doesn't seem to be enforced very strictly. If this were a review of the staff they'd get five stars, but as a review about living here I can only give it two. read more

How quickly things change... In September, the Palatine got new management, and so far things aren't looking great. There has been very little communication from the new company, but they've been cutting some services (no more online payments, for example), stopping some nice perks (no more water for pets in the lobby), and showing signs of poor maintenance (all the computers in the never very impressive "residents' lounge" are out of order). They're also switching out the lobby staff, and the new crew isn't too impressive. It's still a decent building, and we're happy enough with the actual apartment, but between the new management and the homeless shelter coming in across the street (Google "2020 14th Street North"), the Palatine may no longer be an ideal choice in this competitive area. read more

Today the pool is dirty all the time, the computers in the resident lounge are in bad shape, and my biggest issue is the gym!! The tv's in the gym have been out of order since last summer 2013 and still no word on if they'll ever be fixed. The property itself (as well as the actual apartments) are great - high end finishes that are expecteed in this price range. However, what the property lacks is any type of actual caring from the property management company (or staff). As other reviewers have noted they are great in person but they don't follow through on what they promise and their maintenance staff is subpar to say the least. It's amazing that they charge what they charge for rent but the service they give is like that at a Holiday Inn - definitely not in line. I defintely wouldn't recommend anyone to this building - the location is great but after that there's not much to write about. My wife and I were also looking at City Vista across the street at the same time -- we're kicking ourselves for not moving there in the first place. read more

I can't say it enough -- I LOVE living here. I moved in a little over a month ago, and so far it is exactly what I was looking for. The common areas and hallways are very well maintained, the vibe is clean and modern, and the residents are very nice and easygoing. The newly installed laminate floors are gorgeous, the floor plans are diverse and unique, and the layout is a nice change from the cookie cutter Arlington apartments. Also, the staff and maintenance folks have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Can't say enough good things about Tim the concierge! My one sort of caveat about Palatine would be that if you don't like living around dogs, this may not be the place for you. I would venture to guess that at least half the residents own dogs. But, as a dog owner myself, the dog friendliness is a major plus!! read more

I've lived in 3 buildings in the Court House area over the last 4 years and this has been my best experience yet. The front desk staff is very friendly and maintenance is responsive. We rarely hear noise from our neighbors (above us and next door). It's far enough off Rt 50 and Wilson Blvd that the outside noise is very tolerable. They communicate building events and general building maintenance issues via email regularly which is appreciated. The Property Manager Peter is great. He was helpful when it came time to renew our lease and assisted us with a transfer to a larger 2 bedroom unit. There are some negative reviews regarding the number of dogs in the building. Suggest you live in a building where pets are not allowed (which is actually harder to find). A dog being off a leash has absolutely nothing to do with building management. It's not their job to be dog sitters and ensure every dog in the building is on a leash constantly. While those dogs should be on a leash, this is just the result of a careless owner and shouldn't be reflected with a negative review of the actual building. I've only seen this occur once in the year I've been a resident. They're also willing to listen to residents and make changes. They're currently adding a few grills and additional seating areas in the courtyard. They also extended the pool season by a full month this year. read more

Having said that, I'm moving because of a building takeover and subsequent management disarray. This may be common with building transfers, but seems worse than last time, and more disorganized than pretty much any other building I've looked at...and I've looked at a lot. I'm actually moving to a building that seems to have its act together, and they've actually had several people moving in from the Palatine for the same reason. Overall: Pros: Great location Really nice building. New apartments. One of the few in the area with decent balconies Maintainence guys are really responsive Concierge guys & gals are nice as well. Cons: Pricey (~3100 for 1 BR + den) Apartment layout is kind of weird in my case At the moment, above all, new management disarray. I heard about some of the issues, but basically figured I wouldn't be dealing with them once I signed my lease, and was goign to stay, trying to set up a simple apartment switch. However, the office was very unresponsive...numerous calls were not returned, and things were routinely not followed up on. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I was told I had an apartment, and notified the movers, set up a date, etc., to transfer. The management was going to set up a walk through of my apartment before the transfer. Not only did that not happen, but they actually rented the apartment to someone else! I realize its tough to find a good apartment in Courthouse, but that to me is not a license to treat customers like crap...especially when they're paying 3k a month for the privilege. He knows us and my dog by name and provides excellent customer service to the residents. First off, they had us when we looked around at the apartment back in June. Everything was beautifully presented, the gym, the lounge, model apartment, etc. Even though we didn't have an appointment they were really friendly and happy to have us. Plus, they gave us snacks at the end. That's definitely not the attitude with other apartments we've asked to see. The move in has been great so far. I came into a freshly painted, re-carpeted building AND apartment. When we informed the office about one of our burners not working in our initial check, it got fixed in a day. Wonderful! The leasing office staff and front desk staff is always so nice and smiling. They always greet me and are ready to help at any time, even odd requests! From drunk residents to doggy treats, they do it all. Even our neighbors are good. I think they have thicker walls here, but I hardly hear my neighbors or even my roommate - unless she's snoring loudly. :) This quiet is something that I haven't had in a while so I'm super happy. The location is absolutely awesome. It's not even a block away from the police station. The outside of the building is gorgeous and the plants are well taken care of. If I had to choose one con it would be that the water takes some time to get hot and only a little comes out at a time on any faucet. Do not live here! Here are just a few problems we had while living at this complex: 1. The leasing office staff is TERRIBLE- especially Jennifer. Whenever I had to deal with them, they were extremely rude and unwelcoming. They were unwilling to assist me and acted like I was a nuisance whenever I had an issue. 2. The garage door was always broken. It was so inconvenient and always took forever to fix. 3. Our sink flooded multiple times and the leasing office was very slow to respond. Sometimes I put in a request for them to fix it, and no one showed up. This went on for months. You'd think they would be more responsive considering how much money I paid to live there. 4. There were always dogs off-leash and dog poop everywhere around the building. The ONLY good thing about this apartment complex is the concierge/front desk staff. They were always so nice and willing to help after-hours. read more

I am a current resident at The Palatine apartments. I want to first start by saying I've been living here since November 3, 2020. I have never missed a payment nor been late on any payments. I'm at work most of the day. I work as a executive Chef that requires many hours away from home. When I do get home I just want to relax maybe play some music and unwind. Unfortunately the Leasing office has made my stay extremely uncomfortable and I feel targeted as a mixed race couple. I am constantly getting accusations of playing my music to loud even at hours I'm not even home. I am constantly getting accusations of smoking in my apartment when I do not even smoke. I have asked repeatedly that if there is any reports or complaints about my apartment to please come and investigate the situation and they never have. I now have gotten multiple lease violations for noise complaints, & smoking. The topper on the cake was this week my boyfriend surprised me with a puppy. He knew about how the apartment had restrictions on dogs so he got a breed that was not on the list. I started the whole process to get the dog into the apartment with the Leasing Manage his name is Harry F. Murphine. This man is one of the most discriminating people I have ever met. After adding a payment onto my bill for the puppy of 500$ my boyfriend tried to bring the paperwork from the vet proving the breed of the dog, along with the payment. He refused to accept the payment and told my boyfriend that the puppy "looks" like a pit bull and he would not accept any of the documents from petco and my payment for the puppy. I then came home to 2 notices on my door. The first was a notice saying that I had a restricted dog in my apartment that was not allowed and the other a was for my boyfriend saying that I was allowing un authorized person to be living in my apartment. My boyfriend's house is in DC but does occasionally spend the nights with me... now I am looking at a 30 day notice to leave the apartment. This experience has been awful. I do not feel comfortable in my own apartment. I feel as if I'm being watched and harassed and I will be taking further action to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

As a heads up, I moved out 7 months ago (and loving my new place). I was pretty disappointed with the experience. A positive is the absolutely fantastic and friendly doormen (and ladies). Otherwise, I really only liked the the coffee machine. the shared areas were completely out of shape and need a major "face lift" (hallways, gym, elevators, etc.) They redid the common area room even though I rarely see anyone use it all. Before I moved out, the gym had been in disrepair for nearly two years, with no fixes in sight. I had to buy my own equipment just to take down there. Maintenance was meh. Last thing, the "white" carpets inside the apartments are awful. Simply spilling water stains the carpet. read more

We have been extraordinarily happy with our decision to live at The Palatine. The process of visiting the building went well, as did the actual lease-signing process. From the move-in onward, the entire staff has been a dream to work with, from the concierge team to the property manager. The building itself is great; units are spacious and updated, shared spaces are well maintained, and you can't beat the location (steps from the train). We are happy to be at home here! read more

We love living at The Palatine. The location is great! The concierge and office staff are always very helpful. We have always received quick responses from the maintenance team. The units are updated and well-maintained. The location is directly across from the police station, so we are never concerned about safety. The metro access is about a 3 minute walk and there are plenty of good food and drink options nearby. We definitely recommend living at The Palatine. read more

We have only lived here for 4 months but wow! They are great so far. The communal areas are always clean. They always restock the coffee machine (with Kauai coffee - my fav!), which is free to use. And we have put in 4 work orders so far and they have come to fix the (minor) issues within a couple days! Can't complain at all. Happy with our choice to live in the Palatine!! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Let's start with the amenities... Well, it has a beautiful view of the jail and a homeless shelter. The entrance is cramped and looks like a cheap Walmart break-room. The leasing office is guided by a dirty carpet that probably hasn't been cleaned since it was built... But I actually gave this place the benefit of the doubt and went further... BIG MISTAKE!!! Not only is the leasing office unprofessional and ran by some high schoolers, when we went to look at the apartment my girlfriend didn't have her ID and they said "I can take you up... Unfortunately, your girlfriend has to stay here, but you can take pictures." So when I asked to talk to her manager. The manager said that "if there was an emergency they would be able to find her." So, I said "what about guests that don't have an ID?" She said "they sign in at the front." "Ok... can she sign in?" "No, she has to be with a resident." The manager can't escort someone as a guest... Really!!! Myself, the leasing agent and the manager knew we would be walking up there for a 5 min tour of the place. Also, if there was some catastrophic emergency in the next 5 mins do you really think some high school kids would remember to grab our IDs for accountability? Wow, way to make a sale! read more

I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful - always. Anytime I put in a request for service to my apt they came right away. They keep the property very clean all the time. They also take very good care of your mail/packages and I found them to be very responsive. The apartment itself was good quality too. The only down side is the cost, but it is Arlington and their rate is the same rate as you'll find in the surrounding area. I was sad to leave, but so very grateful for my time here! read more

They made us wait one and a half hours for our appointment. We have dealt with incompetency before but nothing of this scale.
