We bought two things that were almost identica, so when I went back in to return it less than 24 hours later they would not refund me my money that they only offered store credit. I was just visiting this area for the week and am too far away to shop here again to just casually chop. So them refunding me was really the only way I'd really be receiving my money Back. At the time of purchase they did not say items could not be returned, and if they were returned they would only be given store credit. This is something most businesses do if they have this policy. They pointed to a small sign on the table. I told them in the future it might be nice to have a bigger sign that isn't so easily over looked or tell customers when they purchase something that any items they purchase can not be returned. they said they don't make exceptions on this rule that they are a small business. I'm tempted to dispute this with my credit card company but am going to cut my loses. I handed the gift card to someone I met on the street a couple blocks down in hopes they can get some use out of it, since I won't be.

She even included horsetails with the PNW look, something that is very unique and not typically part of any arrangements that I have seen. I appreciated being able to talk to her on the phone when needed, as well as the quick response I got an emails. On the day of the event, we were short one arrangement, so her team put together an additional arrangement on the spot. The final bill surprised me! I thought we would be paying much more than the final amount turned out to be.

I looked over different papers and found variety in patterns, textures, and thickness. I was looking for paper to make a couple Easter cards and found a few I liked. I went with two patterned papers that were double sided (different pattern on front and back). I also went with a firecracker red and a textured white. The plain colors were for me to cut out flower shapes in the spirit of the holiday. My total for all four pieces of paper came to $5.67 and my cash payment method was accepted.

It had been years since I'd been in a Hallmark shop, but this place gave me all the good vibes I remember from my childhood and young adulthood. Loved the large selection of cards and the decent variety of prices for cards. I bought five cards that day and checked off all that I needed for my summer birthdays list. Enjoyed looking at the gifts and trinkets throughout the store, even the cheesy ones. The cashier that helped me was super nice and friendly. I'm so used to getting bad or mid customer service, that his kind and thorough service surprised me. I signed up for the free Crown Rewards program with his help and was psyched about the $5 off coupon that comes with it (sent later so you can use it with your next purchase) along with all the other perks. For example, a standard size Disney licensed ornament for 30 dollars. Recently, I saw they are selling fake Labubu in the store for 15 dollars. I was super bewildered, and surprised. When is it ok to sell counterfeits under day light in this country? Fake labubu's next to your Jesus and religious products? I think Hallmark corporate really needs to reconsider this decision. We are not Washington natives and our wedding is in Washington so that presented us a unique set of challenges in planning our wedding. We felt compelled to hire a coordinator that is local, and has experience with the venue we chose which is why Krisanna was our prime option. Planning: We officially started working with Krisanna about 3 months out of the wedding date if memory serves. She kept us organized and curated a list of all our vendors with contacts and created a wedding timeline with details for us. As we approached the wedding date we were able to slowly take our foot off the pedal and allow her to drive for us which was helpful. Overtime the she was almost 100% in charge of dealing with the vendors and only came to us with important decisions. She's well versed with our venues guidelines and layout, so she would intentionally call out pitfalls that we can easily avoid due to the institutional knowledge that she has which we really appreciated. She's responsive over text and emails when we has questions or thoughts we wanted to communicate to her. Execution: Fast forward to the day of the wedding, we literally didn't keep our phones on us at all since she's the main point of contact for the day. We were able to enjoy the day without having to bear any logistical burden knowing that she's around. Overall: 100% you need to hire Krisanna for your wedding.
