I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY A few things to mention after I lived here for nearly 2 years 1) When we moved in May 2020, the apartment wasn't ready for us to move in so we had to wait until the evening to move in which made an already difficult move in more difficult. They showed no sympathy and did nothing for us. 2) When we were thinking about moving out this year they wouldn't provide us with the new monthly rates or our 60 day notice so I had to call the regional wasatch communities office and get their regional director to help with the situation because the management did nothing about it. Finally after escalating to regional management they got me the new rates, which were too high so we moved out. 3) Upon moving out they do a walkthrough and charge you for everything possible. We had a professional cleaner come and clean the house and it was cleaner than when we moved in; yet they chose to charge us for crumbs in the pantry, water marks in the sink and dishwasher, and tiny marks on the oven. The pictures they provided as "evidence" were a joke. Expect to be ripped off when you move out. Even a professional cleaning won't help you. read more

Buildings themselves are nice but the staff is where I have an issue. 1. They are paying people $200 if they can video someone leaving their dog's potty, and charging the owner $90 if they can find out who. 2. They do not have doggy stations set up throughout the property. 3. None of the bathrooms outlets worked in BRAND NEW buildings, requested maintenance for the outlets, and was charged for the maintenance serviced. 4. Missed on payment by a day, was charged a $70 late fee and on top of that, they charge a $20 service fee for a staff member to tap a late notice with your personal name big and bold and exposed to anyone walking by on your front door. Staff is ridiculous- only in it for the money. read more

When your smoke alarm goes off at 3am with no smoke and no other reason and you call for help, don't expect anyone to show up for at least 6 hours. (this happened twice) Don't expect to get your deposit back. During pre-walk through they will indicate don't go to much trouble, you will get deposit back. Then after doing a good cleaning you get an email with the charges. They charge for labor to paint and extra cleaning normally considered normal wear and tear. The corporate office "handles" fees for exit so going to on-prem management does not help. Walls are thin and neighbors can be noisy. The area around this place has exploded with shops and businesses. Traffic has made getting in and out of here painful. Avoid. read more

First I like to say that I'm not the kind a person that gives bad reviews. I been here almost three years and I never been so disappointed of the service. Recently I started to see people move out, one of those people is a friend of mine and she told me that they were supposed to give her some money back and they didn't she show statements accounts in exchange for ''we don't know where that money went'' at first it didn't make sense because I know the manager she was nice and kind. But then I went to the office to find out there were new faces, it was OK for a while until I needed a new drawer for my refrigerator they told me that I need to pay, I did 30 dls + feeds of course and that was in October!! I really liked living here because of the proximity to just about everything! The space was great, the kitchen was beautiful, the bathroom was large and had ample storage, the pool was amazing, and having a w/d in the unit was so nice. Not to mention they allow pets! This review is low because the apartment may look nice, but the materials used to make it look that way are SO cheap. The floor scratched the first day we moved in, the windowsill chipped when I moved a plant from one end to the other (yes, CHIPPED), there was carpet right in front of the w/d so using bleach was a hazard, the cabinets were dented by a pot just tapping them on the way in, and the blinds were so loose that they fell on me & my husband multiple times while we lived there. Because of all this, we were not able to get our deposit back despite the cleanliness or condition of other things in the apartment. It may have just been our unit, but it felt like we had to walk on eggshells and even the maintenance guy mentioned how our problems were not unique to the community. For this reason, I feel like the property is TERRIBLY overpriced. Still, I miss that pool, the nice floor plan, and the wonderful property amenities. It's a trade off depending on what you're looking for in a place, I suppose. read more

This community feels more like a prison or 55+ community than what it brands itself to be. Most of the amenities are only open during regular business hours and the pool closes at 9pm, making it extremely difficult for the working class to even use them. The staff doesn't seem to know much of anything going on, recycling is usually not picked up from your door (so much for trash valet service), the internet service is awful and required, maintenance requests take several visits to accomplish anything and they are terrible at inspecting their properties to make sure they are move in ready. When I came to do my move in inspection, the place had not been cleaned and I had to post pone my move in date. For the money you spend here you could live in a much better apartment. read more

Been living here since August 2013 and it has been a pleasant experience. The grounds are well kept, the area feels safe and quiet, and the apartments are stylish and comfortable. The office staff have been helpful and friendly as well. The rent might be a bit pricier than other places nearby, but for me it's definitely worth it. I have had no complaints yet and look forward to continue living here! read more

Pros: 1) no smoking anywhere, they actually do something about it if people are caught trying to smoke which is nice. 2) close to everything but still a really quiet neighborhood 3) gym is well maintained and usually available when I want to use it 4) pool is nice and well maintained 5) high ceilings help even the 1 bedroom apts seem much larger 6) appliances are nice & not the standard white cheap ones that most complexes have 7) patios with units are spacious for a table & chairs or small garden 8) built in shelving in bathrooms really helps as the units are lacking for storage see below. 9) washer and dryer in unit is nice and good quality 10) kitchen storage and pantry are more than adequate and well laid out. 11) island in the kitchen is a revelation, all apts should have this! It's also has a power jack in it, even more amazing. 12) they recycle here and provide the bin 13) the Internet is way fast, the tv package is stupid see below, however they don't make you buy a phone line with the pkg so that is great I know many other complexes do in their media pkgs and it makes no sense no one has landlines anymore. 14) security lighting at night is really good, out over parking structures a lot but main areas are well lit so you don't feel uncomfortable walking to the gym or mail. 15) the mail is pretty central to all units and very well lit so you can pick it up whenever which is nice Cons: 1) snow removal is slow, they do it but they're in no rush. They also stack snow in some of the parking stalls for guests which leads to.. 2) the parking is horrible especially in the winter, you get one spot with your unit, no one needs just one spot and so the guest parking is taken up with residents 2nd and 3rd cars, I've lived here a while and still never been contacted about an available spot to buy extra with my unit, been on the "list" for over a year requesting to lease another in addition to my one I already buy with my unit and none have come up. So it's even worse when the precious few spots available are then stacked full of snow in the winter. 3) pool hours are lame, like beyond short, pool is very nice but not accessible like most other places. 4) don't get a unit anywhere near the clubhouse on the south side lol the continuous beeping from what I imagine is a security system of some kind is so loud at night I'd rage if I lived over by there. You can hear it in the gym over the machines so there is no way the town homes on that side don't hear it all night. Lol glad I'm down away from it. 5) if you have a lot of stuff get more than a one bedroom. There is literally one coat closet. Tons of kitchen storage, but nothing else. They made a massive effort at shelving in the bedroom closet which sounds good in theory but they put the rods over one another in such a way it renders half the closet unusable. Solid effort, epic fail. One rod and leaving people to their own devices for hanging needs would have been much more appreciated. Unless your in to a hanging Tetris game this closet might totally be your jam. 6) the recycling pickup days are more like a suggestion than the rule, this has improved slightly while I've been here this last year but still it gets picked up on the days I put it out maybe every other time. If you don't mind your can on your doorstep for a couple days then this is minor, if it annoys you to come home on a scheduled pickup day to a full can, this will likely be an issue for you as that is often the case. 7) tv channels are lame in the required to buy package and way overpriced, there is no option to opt out of tv and just have internet which would be genius. The Internet is really good however. Fast always. Only goes down in the winter like once usually probably because everyone is indoors using it more and hogging signal. 8) wish the clubhouse had better availability for larger parties & hours that were more conducive to when residents would actually use it; i.e. When we all get home from work or school, which is when they're heading out and locking it up...lame. read more

The grounds are well-maintained and nice. The amenities are wonderful. My son and I loved the infinity pool last summer. I love the floor-plan and layout of the 2bd2ba apartment I currently live in. I have had a few complaints since I've been a resident, however, it's been manageable and with loving the grounds, decor, amenities,etc... the pros outweighed the cons in this case. However, in my final month of my lease, I have had horrible care and service which is why I rated The Parc at a 1. Long story ahead. To begin, I had acquired my pro-rated amount of a half a month rent from Levi, an employee filing in from another location on a Saturday. On Sunday, I had tried paying online with my credit card, but the system would not allow me to pay a pro-rated amount, so I called Monday to pay the pro-rated amount over the phone. I spoke with Elise, who was new to The Parc. She was very friendly and helpful and I paid with a check-by-phone. This was around 1:00 in the afternoon. At 7pm I received a voicemail from the manager Eugenia, stating that there was an issue with my payment and I needed to call within 10-15min with another form of payment or she would charge me a $90 late fee. I had received the voicemail too late, so went in on Tuesday morning with a cashier's check for the amount. I spoke to Nate (also very friendly). He accepted my cashier's check and I told him I would NOT be paying a late fee because I was informed 6 HOURS after I made my payment there was an issue. He spoke to Eugenia apparently and the late fee was not applied. Wednesday comes along. I go into my account to make some transfers for bills, and I realize the check by phone did come out so I had paid the rent twice. I called and spoke with Nate at 4:45p and he said he'd look into it right away and call back. I drive home from work and by 5:50p, no one had returned my call. This is where things got really frustrating. I go into the office and speak with Elise as she is the only one there. I tell her who I am and she says she is currently emailing the regional manager about the duplicate charge. I tell her that I have bills coming out the next day in which I will be charged overdraft fees if the funds weren't returned to my account immediately. She became very defensive and rude and said she was doing everything she could. I was frustrated because I had called an hour earlier, and she was just beginning to email her RM. I asked if I'd be hearing from someone tomorrow and she said yes. Thursday morning goes by. A good part of the afternoon goes by. Still, no call from The Parc. Finally I call at 3pm and speak with Elise who says that the corporate office will be mailing a check for the refund. I needed the money yesterday. Elise also informs me that they will not be paying for the overdraft fees that I accrued as a result. SO FRUSTRATING. I called my credit union and filled out an affidavit for unauthorized debit ACH activity. This way I will be able to get the funds faster, but I can truly say that this has been the WORST customer service I have ever received. As beautiful as the community is, it's expensive (with unexpected fees) and micro-managed, but when it really comes down to it, the staff is all about policy and not about taking ownership for their own mistakes and DOING THE RIGHT THING. read more

I don't believe that anything is perfect, but The Parc, where I have called home for nearly two years, comes pretty dang close. Begin with the management team; Eugenia has gone above and beyond with everything and virtually anything we have requested or inquired about. All of the grounds men have been quick and professional with maintenance, keeping our community clean and awesome, and always working rain or snow. I love the amenities, the security we feel parking and leaving our vehicle here, and the amazing play areas for the kiddos, not to mention the awesome pool, cabanas, hot tubs and grills for summertime fun!! We have awesome neighbors, always helpful and friendly, a dog lover community and full of trusting parents and kids for security all around. Highly recommended for small families, young couples and even retired fun seekers needing a nice place to call home. read more

Ahhhhhh.....finally! The perfect place. I just moved here from another Wasatch property and the difference is phenomenal. This place is really worth paying a little extra. The grounds are immaculate the area is super quiet, we have not heard our neighbors at all. We are in a 2 bedroom town home and the rooms are big, quality construction, and great finishings everywhere. We love the floor, carpet, counters, paint, etc. There is no dog poop or garbage anywhere. No loud parties, no thugs, just normal friendly people. The management and staff are stellar. We can't wait to use t he pool and other great Amenities. read more

It's been great living at The Parc. It's been 20 years since we've lived in an apartment. We're building a house and sold ours sooner than we hoped to. It's a really nice place to live. It's quite and very clean. If you ever have an issue or a question they are quick to respond in a very professional way. All of the staff are so nice. The grounds are immaculate and the Townhomes are all new and extremely clean. They were quick to replace the carpet when we moved in because it wasn't up to their standards. Kitchen is really nice and clean looking. Bedrooms are a really nice size, especially the master bedroom and bathroom. The two car garage is really a two car garage! Dogs are welcome which is what made the decision for me to move here. We're excited for the pool this summer. Like everything else here it's so nice and clean. There are new chaise lounge chairs and a big hot tub. I've found our neighbors to be so friendly that's it's starting to feel like home. Im glad we chose to spend this in between time here. It has been more than I ever expected from an apartment complex. read more

They staff is the worst. I was in ICU and I needed to have my daughters to get into my apartment to get my dog. They wouldn't let them in. they asked me to text them a picture ID so they could get in. Remind you I was in ICU for a stroke. So I asked the nurse to send a picture of my ID from my phone to them. They got the picture from my phone and said that isn't enough. (After they were the ones who requested it.) Then they asked for an email. I had the nurse email them. They got the email then said that isn't enough. They said the only way they could give my daughters the keys was for me to be there in person. I WAS IN ICU. My kids couldn't even come visit me because of covid. All I wanted them to do was feed and take care of my dog. The stress it caused and how much worry was astronomical. What kind of place puts someone in ICU with a stroke through all of this. I understand there are procedures but there is also common sense. If you choose to live here you choose to live where they dont care about the residents well being. When I really needed a human I got rules, regulations and stupidity. Find somewhere you are treated like a person and not just a rent check. You can find better. (oh and as an update, we found out they only finally called my emergency contact after I threatened to have the police called to get the dog out of the apartment. And the dog had gone the bathroom all over because they wouldn't allow anyone to take her out for a walk. I mean come on!) read more

Horrible customer service. Beware when you move out...They will tell you one thing and the office will charge you for everything under the sun. Don't expect to get a single cent back from your deposit. In fact, plan on having to write them a check based off something you didn't do, but was due to the poor construction of these units. The apartments are nice and it is very safe. For the most part, the neighbors are nice. But you will get hounded by missionaries and sales people. The complex does nothing to stop it. Also, like most apartments they have no intention of giving back your deposit. If you have a pet, the "deposit" is actually a fee, do not believe them when they say half is refundable; it isn't. You can't get any of it back or use for damages. They take screwing previous residents out of more money VERY seriously. read more

We signed a lease back in July 2014 for 6 months. Complex very nice. Very pricy. Even more outrageous when we went month to month. Staff never answers calls or returns them. Staff doesn't follow through with requests for pro rated cost upon move out. Called and left several messages informing staff of our intent to move out and date. They did not acknowledge until it was in writing which means they get more money the longer its drawn out. (Make sure you read your contract and put everything in writing or Eugena will make sure to get more funds out of you). She will not respond to your requests. She promises to get to it, but never does. She will even tell you she is to busy.) I wish I could tell customers that LOL. Once they have your lease their fine but to get out there are unethical and deceiving in their business practices. read more

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT move to The Parc At Day Dairy. The apartments and townhomes are new, but they are poorly built and we consistently got ants in our apartment even though they had pest control come multiple times and we personally sprayed repellent. The rent is WAY too expensive for the area (i think they are trying to subsidize their new shopping center). They allow pets and even though the policy is to pick up the poop, it is not enforced and there are droppings all over the grass. I have 2 children and every Thursday during the summer, the landscapers would come around, without fail, during nap time. I wish they came earlier or later, but they ALWAYS arrived right in the middle of nap time. They came by first with the weed wackers, then their lawnmowers, then the blowers. On Thursdays I constantly had a grumpy babies. That was frustrating, to say the least, and I have spoken to multiple guests tell me they had the same issue. The parking is scarce and we bought a covered parking space, but they gave us the farthest possible space away from our apartment. I asked for a closer space, because i have to haul around children, and they denied my request. Then to top it off, The Office is TERRIBLE and they have THE WORST customer service. There are 2 women in the office, Jessica and Eugenia, and they are unkind and not helpful at all. We were set up on automatic withdrawal for our monthly rent payment. On the last month we were there, they withdrew the amount for an entire month rent even though we were supposed to only be charged the pro rated amount for the couple weeks we were there. My husband and I figured this would easily be remedied if we went in and spoke to the office so they could easily cut us a check for the difference. I went in and explained the situation to Eugenia. She had the audacity to tell me that it was MY fault, and I should have stopped the automatic payments before the last months rent was due. Then she said I could go through my bank to cancel the payment and instead write a check, but then I would be charged a $20 late fee. So Then I asked to speak to someone that could actually help me. She gave me the phone number of the Regional Manager Janae, who works in Logan, and said I could call her. My husband and I both called her MULTIPLE times and still to this day have NEVER heard back from her. So we asked for other people we could actually get a hold of to get this taken care of. My husband got the phone number for Christy at corporate She was extremely rude from the beginning of the conversation, telling us that it was our fault and she wouldn't do a single thing to help us and she HUNG UP on my husband in the middle of their conversation. So he called her back and she didn't even let him talk, she just said "This conversation is over" and hung up again. We finally spoke to someone in Midvale named Ricky and she said she was going to cut us a check for the overage amount. We thought we were finally going to be done with this issue. We called the office at the Parc multiple times over a 2 weeks period to see if the check had arrived because we knew they were sending it there and we spoke to Ricky who told us the day it had been cut. Instead, the check was sent to the office at the Parc, sent back to corporate and then resent to the office at the Parc again. One time when we called, Jessica rudely told us that our only option to find the check was to go ask the post office. In total this whole ordeal took 3 weeks. Finally, when we moved out we made sure the entire place was utterly spotless and it actually looked better when we moved out than when we moved in. We only made 2 holes in the whole apartment to hang curtains however we patched those and also painted with their exact paint colors. They say in our final move out statement that they painted 3 entire walls and now they are charging us $45 for it. It has been a complete nightmare working with The Parc at Day Dairy. read more

Nice, clean and new. Management is nice and helpful. Everything is taken care of. Only complaint is cable / internet package is required (through Comcast) so no luck if you want to be a chord cutter. Overall, great. Rent is about $1100 for 1 bedroom. read more

this was the worst apartment experience we have ever had. after living here a year, we have had the rudest and unhelpful property managers that did nothing except make us feel uncomfortable in our home. we were more than understanding and wiling to live by the property rule, and still had a negative experience.
