The website is easy to use and it's usually not a problem to find an appointment that works well with your schedule. Specifically, I'd recommend Tee -- he's been cutting my hair for 3+ years and has been a rockstar in that time -- always looking out for my best interest and he knows exactly what will work for each cut. She is so much fun to talk to and does a PERFECT job. I never feel any pain and she makes me feel totally pampered. Once she is done perfecting my eyebrows, she usually finishes up by filling in my brows, or adding some eye shadow to a touch of gloss. She always picks flattering colors and takes her time, I never feel rushed. I haven't gotten my makeup done yet at Hanan, but I have seen the results of others and it always looked great (but is a little pricey). I returned for my third visit and noticed I have so many split ends that I had to ask for them to be cut.
