Ive been parking here for years now. This is easily the best place to park when traveling via the Buffalo Airport. However word of advice, it pays to make a reservation. In the past, I've seen people turned away because the lot was full. Also you can sign up for their points system in case you like free parking, I know I do. On a side note: I lost my wedding ring here, 2 weeks ago when I returned home shortly after a snow storm. As I used my hands and arms to wipe the snow from my truck, my band must have slipped off my hands in all the cold and wet snow. The people at the Parking Spot were so nice to allow me to come in and look for my ring on 3 separate occasions and even volunteered some of their time to look with me. When I was making a multi-day trip out of town, I had a couple people recommend The Parking Spot here in Buffalo to me. I am totally glad they did, and I will be sure to return. Located right across from the airport, it is easy to get in and out of The Parking Spot as they have a dedicated light on Genesee. I pulled in, went down the lane of open spots and pulled in. Before I could even get out of my car, the shuttle was pulling up to pick me up. I wanted to put my windshield protector on due to forecasted snow, and let the driver know I would be a minute. He kindly went to circle around to pick up a family and told me he would be back to pick me up after loading their items. No rush, no feeling like I was a bother. The driver carefully loaded everyone's belongs, gave us a card for our location and dropped us off at the departures area, carefully off loading everyone's belongings. Just note that if you aren't super familiar with the airport when you are leaving, you need to walk all the way to the left to the 2nd drive (closest to the parking garage) past the Taxi stand for The Parking Spot's pickup. There isn't a huge sign. There is a little bus shelter right there. When I was picked up, there had been 2 snow storms in that week, leaving a good 15+ inches of snow. Lucky for me, the cars to the right and directly in front of me had left. The driver hopped out of the shuttle with a Snow-Push Brush and cleared off my trunk to start so I could put my suitcase in there. He did even more, and I told him not to bother as I could get it and was just going to pull forward (plus the exercise felt good). I think he would have cleaned off my whole car! They are continuously going through with a plow truck and small front hoe to clear out spaces. It was easy to navigate around even with the recent snow. By the time I got out, the group of older ladies who were riding in the shuttle with me and were getting dropped off after me were already pulling up to the payment stand ahead of me. I am guessing the shuttle driver helped them a bit to dig out their car too! That is not service that you would receive at most parking lots. Get their coupon online which discounts per day or per week! I payed about $50 for 7 days of parking and excellent service. I definitely appreciated the cold bottle of water on the way out, too. As I am planning future trips, and don't like hassling others for parking, The Parking Spot will be the way to go for me! read more

I have used The Parking Spot before and will use them again as they have very reasonable rates, friendly staff, and a prompt and visible pick up van. My experience today, however, was over the top! It was ten degrees in Buffalo when my plane got in. The van pulled up within 5 minutes and the driver took me to my car, cleaned off the heavy snow, but I discovered that I had lost my car keys. (Tip for the future: they will keep your keys there if you ask) He took me to their office where I tried to reach a neighbor for help, then a car dealership, all with no luck. It was shift change for the cashiers, and the incoming one made me coffee "to warm me up". I was on hold with another dealership when Ida came in as her shift had ended. This wonderful woman drove me home to get my spare keys and brought me back, on her own time after her shift. Did I mention I live 40 miles away? A few days after Christmas I discovered that there are good people in this world and several of them work at the Parking Spot! read more

I like the little details.. Such as the newspaper and water bottles. Drivers are consistently nice and happy to help. Even at 5am! I've used TPS a few times, bit this past visit was a first for my parents. They were impressed! My dad forgot his book and was happy to have the newspaper's crossword puzzle to enjoy on the flight and on vacation! read more

The staff are so helpful. The rows are plowed now that snow is here. I'd like to point out Mike, Hau &Tom who I often run into. Mike can be driving or at the booth - he is always friendly. 2 weeks ago there was a great amount of snow - Hau cleaned my car and shoveled; he said "I'll make you smile" - Yes you did! Drivers are so extremely friendly and down to earth. I never have to wait long for a shuttle to or from the airport. Service is all around excellent. I really like the Parking Spot. The staff there is friendly. When you come in they tell you exactly where to go to so there is no delay going up and down aisles hunting for a spot, The driver is right behind you for the pick up. They give you a card with your exact parking space written on it. It's idiot proof! Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes at the designated pick up spot upon your return but its not bad. As you pay the bill , they are right there to hand you a bottle of water. All in all, I'm a loyal customer! read more

We parked at The Parking Spot last weekend. Overall, it was a very good experience. We found it to be very convenient: When we arrived, the shuttle was promptly at our car to take us to the terminal. We really appreciated the USA Today, when we arrived. When we returned, the shuttle was there waiting for us. Our driver, Joe Darone (sp?) was outstanding! The service was excellent, however my car was damaged by rocks, $3000 worth of damage, smashed windshield, large dents etc. They told us they would cover the cost of damages to smooth things over until I left, but in the end they were only willing to cover a small amount. Bad situation. Arrived at the Buffalo airport and no van. At least 30 people waiting. Called but still no van. Walked to The Parking Spot. Line so long to pay at widow with coupon we used credit card lane to save time but of course had to pay more. This was on a Memorial Day Monday they should have been prepared. Air travel is tough enough. Who wants to arrive in Buffalo and wait for a van and they wait an additional half hour OR POSSIBLY LONGER to pay? read more

I always park here because they give you a newspaper when you arrive, they frequently follow you around until you park so you don't have to wait in the elements, and the parking is secure. The drivers are friendly and the rewards system is good too. I have been able to park free several times because of the points I have accumulated. Reservations are easy and coupons are available on their website (and sometimes in the airline magazines) for additional savings. Now if I could only figure out a way to not let snow accumulate on the car.... read more

Park at your own risk! Picked up my car after 2 weeks and found a huge scratch along one door and multiple small scratches on the other side. The side with the huge scratch was parked beside my parents car the entire time...so it was not hit, but actually gauged by someone going in between the cars. First supervisor said they had cameras and would look into it, then the manager said they have no cameras in the lot and you park at your own risk. read more

This is the first time we've used The Parking Spot because of a very early flight. Reservations were easy to make via the internet and as promised, as soon as we entered the gate, the van was right behind following us to our parking spot. We were helped with our luggage and were dropped off at the airport in minutes. Upon our return, the van was waiting at the pickup point and had us in our car and on the way in no time. I strongly recommend for everyone to use The Parking Spot. Upon arrival, I was offered a newspaper and water. I didn't have to carry my luggage anywhere, the shuttle picked me up right at my car, loaded my luggage for me and the service was very quick. I was at the airport within 10 minutes of boarding the shuttle. When I returned for my pickup at the airport, the shuttle was waiting outside. Anyone who lives in Buffalo, NY knows how important it is to not have to wait outside for a shuttle in the winter. I usually arrive home on one of the late night flights and the last thing I want to do is wait 15+ minutes for a shuttle. The Parking Spot makes sure I get to my car quickly. Due to the expensive parking fees right at the airport, I used to have a family member drop me off and pick me up which was very inconvenient due to my late night flights. Since I discovered the wonderful service at The Parking Spot, it is much easier for me to park there for a fraction of the cost, and I do not have to inconvenience anyone. read more
