After taking my order, one of the many guys behind the counter dipped into the back for 15 minutes, which seemed like an exceptionally long time for a sandwich. I took my sandwich to eat at home. The sandwich was pressed and toasted as a Cuban should be, and it was filled with about half a pound of ham, no roast pork. In addition, there was so much mustard on the sandwich that it upset my stomach. Had I wanted a ham and cheese panini, I would have ordered one. If the person who took my order told me they were out of pork, I would have happily changed my order.

The workers are only here to make what was requested. Then her friend calls and says shes allergic to mustard after they made the entire sandwich. Then her friends comes storming in the store, saying she is going to call the cops and ICE agents. Incredibly rude. She claimed she knew the owner and said that her mother comes every day and when the owner came she had no clue. So here is a picture of the rude customers. I asked for a different bread and they accommodated me, however they put the burnt bread that was touching my salad back into the bread section. I think this could cause issues potentially if anyone were to get that piece of bread and were allergic or had a food intolerance to any of the items in my salad. I prefer the pineapple lemonade over the strawberry lemonade. I would prefer being able to have the ability to put a cap myself on my drink instead of having to carry the drink back to the counter to have it sealed and then given back to me.
