I ordered a medium size Sicilian with pepperoni and a 2 liter coke at 2:54pm for delivery. they explicitly stated that it will take about 45minutes-1hr. Now, the time is 4:33 and I called them back and they said that it'll take them another 10-20 minutes. This is unacceptable at least be forthcoming and say we're going to take two hours or more instead of fooling people into ordering. They couldn't even offer an apology for their shortcomings and proceed to tell never order again thru the phone. I guess this is how they treat customers that've ordered in the past and tipped well. Huge disappointment this week. This was my go-to for a plain slice, but the recipe or ingredients seem to have changed the crust lacked flavor and there wasn't enough cheese, even on a fresh slice. I had some doubts looking at the pictures but they do not do them justice. It was a thicker dough than other pizzas I've had. The Sicilian was not good. The crust was really hard and it tasted like school cafeteria pizza. The garlic knots did not seem like high quality dough and lacked the fresh garlic and oil character that fresh garlic knots have. Overall, it's a solid slice if you're in the area.
