I needed a professional to style my hair for a night out and I found this salon. The hairstylist, Angelica, was able to fit me in that same day. I didn't know I was supposed to wash my hair extensions before styling them and she made time to wash and blow dry them with care. My hair turned out great! The owner also finished my makeup with lashes, eyeliner and eyeshadow too! I only wish I took more pictures. Everyone was really nice and welcoming, I highly recommend this salon and they have everything! read more

Great place for haircuts and the online booking is very convenient.. fair warning, you do get charged a fee when you book an appointment and you don't get your money back if you need to cancel.. it like forces you to have your appointment there. also, you have to deal with street parking. they don't have a dedicated parking lot. read more

My stylist is Jacqueline Elser, who I came across on Instagram and was drawn to her beautiful Blonde color melts on her page. I've been having my hair professionally styled for 17years, over the years I've had the luxury of trying a large variety of hair styles and colors from Blonde, Red, Brown, Balayage, Sombre, Ombre, and a hair extension queen for 10 years. Due to Covid, I have not had my hair done in 13months and was something I maintained at least every 3 months. I was looking for a new stylist since my stylist of 15 years is no longer an option. Let's be honest trying new Stylist is SCARY! Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and professional. She walked me through all my questions, constantly checking on my hair under the foils and offered refreshments. She transformed my hair and I'm so in love with my Cool, Golden Honey Balayage and oh that Money piece pop J Definitely will be returning to Jacquelin when it's touch up time! I LOVE my hair!! Plus, she was a sweetheart. I would highly recommend Jacqueline to a friend. This was my first visit to this salon, and I must admit I was taken back by how beautiful it is! When you first walk in there a friendly receptionist to greet you, chandeliers, product shelves and nail station locate in the rear of the building. Such a great ambiance. Was lucky enough to get an appointment with Kaitlin today for my haircut. She was super sweet & she did an amazing job! I hadn't cut my hair since last August so I definitely was over due for a cut. I was amazed at how cute the cabana set up was with their chairs and a hair washing station. It was definitely a warmer day today, but Kaitlin could tell I was getting warmer and would take a break from the warm blow dry and gave me some cold air on my neck hahaha. I was in and out under an hour and she styled my hair exactly how I prefer. She used some amazing smelling products in my hair too so that was definitely a plus. I'm so glad I was referred to her & I will definitely be returning to Kaitlin again. Poor stylist and even worse management from the multiple managers. These people are unprofessional and live to argue. Ruined my hair and could not even take ownership just made excuses how it was somehow my fault. No matter what was said the management didn't listen they just had something rude to clap back with good luck getting your hair done here. Don't waste ur money. Got an immediate appointment with Ashley on Wednesday, 9/4/19. Came in with sis and we were greeted and seated upon arrival. Staff offered cold water. Went in for a clipper cut due to cancer. Felt very comfortable and at ease. Everyone was so friendly and compassionate. They are awesome. Ashley was super nice, understanding and relieved me of any worries. So disappointed. Had my appointment canceled twice in one day. First time because they double booked and the second time for the same reason. I understood the first, but the second time really made me upset...guess I wasn't the client that was important enough to keep the appointment? This was the only day I had to get a haircut this month and out of desperation called 5 local Ultas, all closed, and was forced to go Great Clips where they chopped off FOUR inches when I only asked for ONE inch off the length. I went in for a haircut/olaplex treatment/blowout with Kaitlin. She was very easy to schedule with, accommodating to my work schedule and even texted me the day of to let me know she had a cancellation and i could come in earlier if it worked better for me. The salon is super cute, the girls were super nice, and Kaitlin is super great! She was friendly and fun to work with. She asked me about how I normally wear my hair and tailored the cut to what would work best for my extremely low maintenance, wash and go lifestyle. Guys, it f*cking ROCKS! I took about a hundred pictures of myself when i got home and have been flipping my new hair at everybody all day long. I am, probably overly, emotionally attached to my hair so haircuts are always a little stressful for me, especially when i get significant length cut off like i did this time. This lovely place is run by a wonderful and sassy duo of women that know, I mean Know, what they are doing. They have taken the time to study up in the chemistry of hair and makeup products that are beneficial for cancer patients. Their care for cancer people alone is so sweet. My mother was blessed to be under Ashley's tender care as she had her hair shaved off due to it's response to chemo drugs. Ashley made mother, as well as my sister & I, feel better about the whole process. She had excellent advice to share with us that nobody else has been able to offer in this cancer journey. O, and their shoppe is as cute as can be. I look forward to going there for my own appointment and I detest hair appointments. read more
