Most delicious Margarita Flight

First time here and to Disney Spring. Staff was amazing!! We loved the food and drinks We are from Michigan and WILL plan this into our next trip,

Swampwater
Sophia K.

Drinks in Downtown Disney! Nothing tastes better in Florida humidity than an alcoholic slushie. They have plenty of flavors to choose from (and you can even mix and match). We saw "swampwater", made fun of the name and of course, that is what I end up ordering, haha. You can hang out at the bar or there are also tall tables around as well. It's in the center of everything so you get to enjoy the Disney vibe. When we were there, there was also a nice band playing. Overall, it's a cool (pun intended) place to grab a drink from all the heat.

Bar tenders were rude. Drinks were ok but a bit too sweet. No last call at all. Nothing special

The reusable cups were great as well- the pina colada was creamy and tasty and $15 for a refill?

He deserves a huge raise, not just for my experience, but he clearly knows what he's doing with other people. The place was great, lots of TV's and tables. I love the little Larry O'Bryan trophy pins that were given out! Lastly, again, Nathan was amazing, took a picture with him cause in just a few hours he felt like a friend. Amazing overall experience

The better half ordered the smoked cheddar mac n' cheese (Grilled chicken, bacon, smoked cheddar cheese sauce, cavatappi). The entrees were delivered, fresh and hot, in a timely manner. If you like spice the Scorpion Burger will not disappoint, as it did not disappoint me! It was very flavorful and a decent sized burger. Whomever cooked it hit the medium rare aspect perfectly. The wife really enjoyed her gourmet mac n' cheese as well. Service was above average. Attentive, but not annoying. This restaurant is pretty darn big, with a medium noise level (for those that wonder). We would gladly eat here again.

All around tv's!!…read more This lovely bar, surrounded by tv's all over, is located right in the heart of the Caribe Royale's lobby. Delicious food, great drinks and overall excellent service. They let us watch the Colombian game on our own tv right in front of us. While other events took place in the rest of the restaurant. Upstairs is so cool. Ample space. Well decorated. It's a great choice to con eat alone, with friends or with the family.

If you want guaranteed seating, I'd recommend reserving a table online in advance. Otherwise, bar seating is first come, first served. A nice perk is that parking is validated, so don't forget to bring your parking ticket inside. The restaurant is conveniently located in the main lobby, making it easy to find. The atmosphere is great for watching sports, with plenty of TVs throughout the space. However, be prepared for resort pricing. Beers start around $9, cocktails are about $15 and up, and most food items are $20 or more. They also automatically add an 18% service charge to every tab. I ordered the smash burger with fries, one beer, and one margarita. The burger was a bit dry, and my total came to $59 before any additional tip. Overall, it's a convenient place to catch a game if you're staying at the resort, but I personally expected a larger venue and felt the food and drinks didn't quite match the price.

( Championship game UM vs Indiana). We got there in time for happy hour (5-7pm) so we had some discounted drinks & food until our table was ready . When we moved we kept the party going in our area. We had a nice comfy seat on a couch & thank goodness because it got extremely packed! They had several drink specials going for shots , beers etc . So we def had a good time. The food was good and so were the drinks . For drinks we had Long Island, rum & pineapple, peach Bourbon Palmer, Raspberry limoncello martini & a crush shots ( I wasn't a fan of the shot) it was to rep your team and we were repping UM! Even though they lost . For food we got the sweet bay fries , Loaded chicken nachos , giant pretzel , & bee sting flavor boneless wings. Our waitress was very very attentive even in all the chaos of the evening we always had water drinks etc. We enjoyed all our food . We'll def be back I think we found a new place to watch sports & a new HH spot!

The food for the most part was ok (standard bar food). The meatballs more than made up for this and for me was the star of the show. Lighting could have been a bit better. Whenever I'm at Disney Springs I love to take a break and enjoy the House of Blue ambiance. We didn't order "Four fried chickens and a Coke." But we had some amazing burgers. The staff was very attentive and very friendly. The location is well themed and I find it very fun. I should have checked to see if they had "Orange whip? Orange whip? Three orange whips? " but I didn't but maybe you could when you go. Consider it like a "mission from God."

I got the blackened salmon which came with green beans and roasted tomatoes. The salmon itself was nice, the blackened seasoning was good, had a good kick to it as well. The salmon itself was a little overcooked for my taste but it was a nice piece of fish overall. The green beans on the other hand were both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. Some of the beans were a pale olive and were super over done, some were bright green and basically raw. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen but this was definitely not a job well done. Also they gave me like three cherry tomatoes they probably could have done a little bit better with the quantity in that department. For the price they're charging the food should be a lot more consistent. I give it two and a half stars rounded up to three because I did like the guy that was playing the guitar and singing and the atmosphere was fairly decent. As far as food goes, big overpriced dud, steer clear.
