What a disappointment! Ordered online. When my husband got to the business, he walked to the bar to ask where to get the food. The bartender ignored him. The bartender was visiting with another customer. After a few minutes, my husband asked if that was where he needed to pick up our sandwiches. The bartender said yes, but then continued talking to the other person there. Then, in walks two people, who order drinks. The bartender takes the time to make the drinks, before finally reaching up and grabbing a sack and handing it to my husband. When the sandwiches were taken out of the bag, I noticed one had written on it that it had no onions. I had ordered one with no peppers. Looked inside, and no onions, but plenty of peppers, which I didn't want. The sandwiches were both steak, chopped super fine, like ground burger. Extremely salty. So, bad experience reflecting on both Jersey Mike's and grub hub - long wait, no good status update, no estimated delivery before being charged, food sat so long it was ruined and order was missing an item that was charged. Probably no second chance after this poor performance. :(
