My boys returning home from The Paw Pad. Imagine a boxer exhausted. We love this place!

The Paw Pad is the best facility I have ever seen. My boys love plying here. The staff are clearly dog lovers and very enthusiastic to greet the boys. Maverick and Dakota always sleep for hours when they get home. What a treat for them.

Very disappointed. Took my doodle here last week and paid $150 for them to barley trim his hair. It appears they didn't even touch his face (which is my biggest concern so he can see). This is a photo of all the hair I cut off of his face alone myself. I called to see if they would work with me on pricing since I wasn't happy with my pups cut and they said there was nothing they could do. $150 for the bare minimum is quite steep if you ask me. I've taken him to previous groomers that do 100x better (sanitize cut, ear trim, and face shaping) for half the price. Probably will not return to this groomer.

We brought our two Maltipoos to Paw Pad this week. We have used this groomer previous with good outcome. However, this time, one of our pups got a good haircut. The other was butchered as shown in the attached photos. The first photo is what Charlie generally looks like after grooming. The srcond is what they did to him. We will never step foot in Paw Pad again.

Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of Herman and Lily Munster on Thanksgiving day. We really appreciate you!!!

Love that they get a lot of play time when they board and can watch them on the cameras play with the other dogs.

Luna was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in June of 2025 and now takes medication twice daily. If left at home with her sister cats she would not get her medication due to hiding when the caretaker entered the house. We booked a two week stay at the Scratching Post while we traveled. I thought she would hide her whole time at the Inn, but to our surprise it was the opposite. During our daily updates we learned after the first 2 days of being shy she opened up to the staff. She enjoyed spending time with them, petting, scratches and followed them around, the word velcro kitty was used one day. She was very well taken care of during her stay. She is already scheduled for another stay at the Inn.

It didn't workout for our normal sitters so I started researching places to leave my precious kitten. When I say they take fantastic care of your cat/kitten I feel that is an understatement. I would not hesitate to take her back. I highly recommend them. They only take care of cats so I felt that was a much less stressful situation instead of leaving them next to dogs. Even the rooms they keep them in are so much better than cages you see at other places. No cages here! They have little townhomes, standard suite or deluxe suite. I chose standard since I didn't think she needed the bigger room since it was just her. They also update you with pics and how their day went. If you can't tell I was incredibly pleased with this place.
