We love taking our dog to the paw pad. We go for boarding and grooming. Love that they get a lot of play time when they board and can watch them on the cameras play with the other dogs. They also have an option to buy the camera access for inside their crate. read more

I brought him to a same-day appointment after replacing a previous appointment scheduled at 10:10 AM. I then get to the office at 10:06 AM to describe what I wanted for my dog. Immediately, they asked if I need a groom or board, and I replied with 'groom'. However, I wanted to specify the services I wanted for my dog. The receptionist then grabbed my dog before I was able to make my requests, and I had to stop her and tell her the services that I wanted. My dog has had dry skin and itchy skin, and I wanted a skin-soothing treatment. The receptionist did not know what I was talking about, and I had to ask another receptionist for help. Their online portal has all the options, so I know I wasn't speaking anything out of the ordinary. They then took my dog after that, and I went about my day. An email showed up stating my dog was taken in, and services would be scheduled to end at 12:00 PM. I then waited till noon, and no answer was given. I then called at 1:28 PM, asking how my dog was, and they told me he should be getting his wash now, but I would come to find out that was a lie hours later. I grew tired of waiting, so then I decided I'm going to walk over there and call to get my dog back at 2:57 PM. Nearly 5 hours since dropping him off! I rushed to the office, angry, and demanded my dog back and asked what services were rendered. They told me a 'PRELIMINARY' was rendered, and that was all. He was NEXT in line for his actual wash. They then told me he would have been scheduled to complete at 4:00 PM. They told me five dogs were somehow ahead of me at the time of my turn-in, and I was FINALLY next in line. I then repeated to the receptionist that over a span of 5-6 hours, they were only able to complete 5 dogs with multiple workers? Never taking my dog here again due to the incompetence of all the workers from the front to the back, from over the phone to in-person. read more

Very disappointed. Took my doodle here last week and paid $150 for them to barley trim his hair. It appears they didn't even touch his face (which is my biggest concern so he can see). This is a photo of all the hair I cut off of his face alone myself. I called to see if they would work with me on pricing since I wasn't happy with my pups cut and they said there was nothing they could do. $150 for the bare minimum is quite steep if you ask me. I've taken him to previous groomers that do 100x better (sanitize cut, ear trim, and face shaping) for half the price. Probably will not return to this groomer. read more

They are always so good to Sophie. I feel like they go they extra mile to do whatever is necessary to make her comfortable and always seem to give extra attention. She is a little old lady and they seem to know her personality & go out of the way to make her stay as comfortable as possible without being asked...She is never shaking when she goes in and we are always welcomed w/open arms. If your dog has a special diet DO NOT take them here. We boarded our chihuahua for 2 nights and we gave them instructions for our dogs food that she needs to eat every 12 hours because she has to take her medication with her food. I told them to put water with her food multiple times in our written instructions and we even gave them multiple water bottles to pour in her food and they did not use them. She didn't eat her food completely because they didn't give it to her with the water so she missed her medication doses those meals. Super disappointed. read more

Drove 30 minutes to drop of my cat for an appointment I had made 2 weeks prior. Beautiful place, I was taking my cat to get groomed, but they only clipped her claws I feel like they didn't even try to groom her she called me and told me she almost lost her finger once a couple of years and wasn't going to groom her even tho I was not arguing with her or asking why she wasn't going to finish. I have taken my dogs to Glamour Paws for over 25 years. When Paw Pad open by my house I was very excited to have them closer. Today I went to drop my dogs off and paid extra for them to have play time. When I got back home from dropping them off I pulled up the camera's to check in. Today it has been raining. There are normally 2 areas - one for small one for large dogs. When I pulled it up, one of my dogs (15lbs) was standing alone in the rain with his tail tucked and the other (12lbs) was standing in the chaos trying to jump into the humans lap with his tail tucked. I called the office and asked what I can do - this is NOT what I was paying for. I even offered to give me a time and I can bring them back before their actual appointment. She asked the groomer and manager and they said I could not do that. They need to be here. I quickly said No, I am on my way to get them. They tried explaining that some of the big dogs were scared of the other dogs. I replied back that is not my problem. When you tell me my dogs will be on the small dog side, I expect it to be ALL small dogs. I have no problems with big dogs, my dogs just are not used to them. The manager had a smirk the entire time I was talking with her. The safety of the dogs is good! read more

I really like the grooming here. My only complaint is the $25 deposit they have started charging in order to make an appointment. I have never been late for an appointment nor have I ever skipped one or missed one. I don't feel it's right to penalize all the customers for what a few do. I can understand charging a fee if the appointment is missed, but to charge it in advance for a good customer is unfair. read more

When I made the reservation I was called back and left a voicemail to verify details and so I called back and the person had no idea why I was called...then figured out it was her that called. Still unsure what the details were needed to be worked out. At check in I asked for the dogs to be bathed before pick up. Edward was not bathed and Winston was still wet. Also at check in I asked for the dogs to be watched while eating because they sometimes don't eat and then eat each others food. Every time I looked on the camera Winston's food was just sitting there. Not even sure he ate at all while there and no one was in the room watching like I was told they would be. If  they couldn't be watched I should have been told that and not just yes we watch them. I dropped off with the food, leash and toys Edward's bed which was never returned. I did not call to get the bed back because I had to bring the dogs to their vet because they both got infectious kennel cough which our vet says was most likely from dirty facilities and/or the share play time with other dogs...I decided not to call to get the bed because I was afraid it was contaminated. So on top of spending $370 dollars for boarding, we lost a bed and had to pay $170 dollars in vet fee. I will not be using this facility again and I will not be recommending. read more

Honestly, the worst experience as a dog owner from a groomer. In my nearly 20 years in the Army and traveling all over the world with pets. I have never seen a worse job done. We asked for one thing and they brought out a shaved disaster ( no he was not matted). We were beyond emotional stressed and something's were said. We are sorry for that. However, when it's your job as a professional grooming facility is to get it done right and you mess this up bad. I don't have any words of how angry and disappointed we are. Communication is key and excuses are a dime a dozen. read more

Took my golden doodle for several grooming appointments and was never totally satisfied with the cut she received. The last time I took her she was there a full day (8-4) and was never given water. When she got home she drank non stop for what seemed like forever. I called The Paw Pad and told the person I spoke with about the situation with no water for my dog all day and she said she would let her manager know. No one ever called me back about this.
