I have, rather, an experience (or lack thereof) as I have been looking to switch Vets for a while and have called this office several times over the last 4 years to secure an appt and each time I've called, they always tell me they "aren't accepting new patients". My family has been with our other Vet practice since 1980 and their new management is ok, but not what it used to be. They're very capable, but I want excellence for my furbaby. I have a small, healthy dog who's newly become a senior and wanted to have an annual evaluation and I've never been able to secure an appointment. It always bums me out because I've such amazing things from my community about this office and the quality of care they offer their patients. For example, I needed to set up an appointment for my pet, and was told there was an opening on the same day. I was later charged for an emergency visit! If I had known that having an appointment on the same day (even though it was probably due to someone else cancelling their appointment) then I would not have scheduled for the same day! We are also always charged a fee for calling to set up appointments! Why is that a fee!? This vet needs to do better at not overcharging and needs to start letting customers know what they will be charged for.

If they have room to get your animal in I suggest going here. They genuinely care for your animal and will do everything in their power to help.
