Service was great, Andy used to be located at Barks n' Bows over by 32nd Street and Thunderbird. This is the new spot and name the business is under. My dogs were happily pampered after their visit here, they cheerfully walked out and were no longer shy and quiet as they first were when coming in to this new business spot!! They did an awesome job! My puppy had a bath and a sanitary hair cut. The staff was friendly and they gave her a cute cut. They clipped her nails too. They got us in within 48 hours of calling. I had to leave her there for several hours post cut and there was no issue and they were super nice about it. I wish she would have had water in her cage when I picked her up. I took my dog here for the first time this week. I was eager because the pricing seemed very reasonable and fair, and the owner seemed very kind and gracious over the phone. Even when dropping off my dog I was excited and confident they would do a good job. Unfortunately not. The did a total hack job on my poor doodle. There were several uneven spots, and even spots where it looked like they went too deep and hurt my poor dog. Paw Wash Scottsdale, AZ. I typed out with bullet points specific instructions for the cut of my dog. The instructions were short and clear. The groomer did not follow the instructions and cut the top of my poodle's coat flat on the top of his head instead of letting it be longer, which is custom cut for poodles. My dog's head looks ridicuulous. Even though she coudl not trim his paws because she said he did not like it, she still charged me the full amount. Make sure you use a groomer at this location who actually listens, is agreeable and friendly. read more

I have had my cat groomed here at least five times over the past 8 months. Typically the owner (I don't know her name) does the best work. They are somewhat flexible on last minute calls to drops off my cat for a hair cuy. They try to be as accommodating as possible. I've always had a good experience and the cat can't wait to go back to visit with all the dogs (jk). Simple fee on the services for debit/credit, for instance $1 for a $60 bill, which is fine for a small business. read more
