I just had to leave with clumps of hair coming out and my hair dreaded all the way to the roots . It's going to be impossible to fix without pulling a ton of hair out and cutting parts off. Will take 6 months to grow back. Avoid at all costs. I asked to see the license of the employee and they claimed they just moved things around and couldn't find it .
