Instead of showing an ounce of flexibility or basic human decency, they forced a heavily pregnant host and her guests to sit outside during an active Heat Warning. It was 93°F outside with a heat index making it feel like 105°F. This isn't just a matter of poor customer service; it's a severe health and safety hazard. Forcing women who are weeks away from their due dates to endure triple-digit heat index conditions while indoor, air-conditioned tables sit completely vacant is downright negligent. It showed a shocking lack of empathy. When we finally went inside just to take a few photos before leaving, it was confirmed that the space was completely unused. To value arbitrary, nonsensical "rules" over the medical safety and comfort of your patrons is a miserable way to run a business. We will never be back, and I strongly advise anyone planning an event to look elsewhere--unless you want a venue that treats its customers with absolute disregard.
