This review is specifically about the customer service I received when planning my son's birthday party. From the initial inquiry the young man I spoke to on the phone was so helpful in getting my information and providing a very detailed email about the party set up, including surrounding businesses that could provide food at the location. We have unfortunately experienced an influx of bad weather over the last week so I knew it was likely we wouldn't be able to have his party due to it being outdoors. When I called I spoke to a woman (who I wish I asked her name) that was so kind. She apologized profusely about the weather even though it's clearly out of her control and offered to reschedule us for another time. Unfortunately that wasn't an option because of my scheduling limitations but I appreciated how apologetic she was for it. We will be back for sure to get a good race in but I really appreciated my interactions with the staff here for this particular event.

Seeing his confidence grow with every lap was priceless. The environment felt safe and well-organized, and the team treated him with respect rather than focusing on his diagnosis. It wasn't just about go-karts -- it was about inclusion and giving him the chance to have fun like any other child. We truly appreciate businesses that create spaces where all kids can feel welcome. Ended up having to purchase tickets a week in advance. There is lots of parking on site. There is a lot to do outside of the corn maze itself. There were pony rides, zip lines, slides, swings, a hayride and more. The corn maze was a lot of fun because there are locations in the maze that you have to find and you use an app on your phone to track your progress. They have food trucks there and my daughter and I enjoy our guilty pleasure....funnel cake!! Overall we had a great time and will definitely go again next year.

Screams of fear and joy. This beautiful wooden rollercoaster became my favorite at Six Flags America. Superman:Ride of Steel is one of my favorites, but Superman ain't saving shit when it comes to this mighty Roar. This ride does have some jerkiness to it, but it has its smoothness too. Also "there were originally two roller coasters, with the first one built in 1998 at Six Flags America followed by the second one which was built in 1999 at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. Both rides were designed and built by Great Coasters International (GCI). In 2015, Discovery Kingdom announced the retirement of Roar at its theme park, but the park later revealed that it was being renovated and transformed into The Joker with I-Box track technology from Rocky Mountain Construction." At least the body structure was saved so the Joker's Roar can still be felt. I have been on this ride 5 consecutive times before I had to leave the station and do it again. If this confused you i will explain. If you ride the rollercoaster and no one is standing at the gate where your sitting, you don't have to get up. You can stay and ride the ride again. If someone is there, but no one is in the cars behind you or in front if you, you can get into that car and ride the ride. It beats having to walk around to ride the ride again. I highly recommend riding this ride and you might even ROAR.

EYE OF THE TIGER…read more This custom GCI twister is a rollicking good ride. An identical coaster operated at SFDK in northern California under the same name for 16 seasons before undergoing a transformation into the RMC-designed 'Joker'. SFA's version remains unchanged, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. With a top speed of just over 50mph and a ride duration of 1 minute 50 seconds, there's ample servings of both lateral and negative G's over the 3,468ft layout. I was able to nab rides in both the front and the back rows; it was my takeaway that the front actually offers up more airtime than the back, which is contrary to my own beliefs. Regardless, there are no block or trim brake sections to speak of, so as soon as the 24-person train disengages the lift, 'Roar' runs at full bore. Aside from the lift hill, there's very little straight track to be seen here. There's a steep, twisting first drop and a bevy of banking to go along with a handful of "headchopper" moments. There's even a nice little teaser section before the train engages the chain lift, which I enjoyed. Trains are built by Philadelphia Toboggan Company, which are nowhere near as comfy as the Millennium Flyer cars seen on other similar wooden coasters. But it's whatever. Eric S's SFA Coaster Ranking = 3rd out of 8! + coaster review in 40 words or less + Speeding along at full tilt, this is a spirited woodie with lots to offer for coaster fanatics like me. There is a play area with water spray structures, this was a hit on a hot summer days. There are bathrooms conveniently located near the playground and I was pleasantly surprised that they were clean. There are so many hidden fun things so keep your eyes open while you walk around! Love this park however it is not for older kids I would say ages toddler to 4 years of age. The…read morewater is shallow and does not exceed 3.5 feet however this is great if your child can swim and don't want to worry about losing sight of your child or having to worry. I was able to sit in one central location and see the entire park and my daughter. There is plenty to do from the multiple slides and obstacle courses but once a child is over 48 inches they are no longer able to ride. For now I will mark this as a favorite because momma was able to rest. There wasn't a line which was amazing and they now accept reservations. No vending machines or concessions so make sure you bring your own snacks and food. Lastly plenty of shades space and opportunities for seating and picnic tables .

There are many displays with information suitable for school age kids and students of all ages. The staff and volunteers are knowledgable and friendly. We went primarily to ride our new gravel bikes. There is paved road (Wildlife Loop, except it isn't a full paved loop). There are multiple multi use, unpaved trails. They are of various degrees of difficulty. We are just starting, so only went a mile or so up each. We will keep coming back and working on our skills and confidence. It's not totally flat, but not too difficult if you know how to use your bikes gears. From our limited experience the weekends are busier. We went on a weekday and it was mostly empty. Parking lot (with bike racks on rear) can be a little tight at the visitor center.
